I have seen the lily push its way up through the stubborn saw. I believe in miracles for I believe in God. I believe in miracles of same soul set free. Miraculous the change in one redeemed through Calvary. I've seen the lily push its way up through the stubborn saw. Cause I believe in miracles for I believe in God. Father God on this morning may we join our faith together which are wonderful people here on this morning. Let the word of God get deep into their hearts and in their spirits. Lord sometimes our faith get weak and we need it strengthened. Somebody tuning into this broadcast this morning they need their faith strengthened. And your words as faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Let the word of God drive the doubt and unbelief away. Minister to your people this morning we need a word from you. Encourage your people this morning. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray somebody say amen. Thank you Jesus. Good morning to you Saints of the Mosai. Isn't our God absolutely awesome. On this morning as we continue our series you are never alone. Absolutely never. He is with you 24/7. You just can't beat that. I don't know a person on this earth who can be with you absolutely 24/7. 24 hours a day and seven days a week with you. As much as you love your wife. As much as you love your husband. You can't be with them that long because all of us got things we got to take care of. But the Holy Spirit this spirit of Christ who lives in you. Jesus said when the Holy Spirit comes to live in us he is there forever. Even after we die and go to heaven the Holy Ghost is still going to be on there. Come on still going to be there. You can't beat it Saints. I dare someone to lift your hands to heaven and say I am never alone. You have to get that reality that the Holy Spirit lives in you. The Apostle Paul says no you not. That your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who dwells in you. Dwell means to live. He lives in you. But on this morning I want to talk about peace in your storm. But someone needed to hear that word. Peace in your storm. In the book of Mark chapter 4 beginning at verse 35 through 41. The Bible says and the same day when the evening was come he said unto them. Jesus said to his disciples let us pass over to the other side. He said let's take a trip. Let's go over. He didn't say anything about going on. He said we going over to the other side. It was his idea. He initiated the whole thing. You see I love when Jesus initiates something. Because when he does he is responsible for you. It's our job to obey and once we do what he asks us to do he is 100% all in obligated to see to it that what he made us a part of that it has to come to pass. I'm talking to somebody this morning. You have obeyed God and some challenges have arisen and you feel like I'm a missing God. I'm out the will of God. I thought God asked me to do this but I want to say this. Just because God asked you to do something it doesn't mean that everything is going to be alright. It doesn't mean that everything is going to be smooth sailing. There will be challenges. There is a devil there to oppose you every step of the way. Be sober Peter says first Peter five eight be vigilant because your adversary the devil. You have an opponent. The word adversary means an opponent. One who opposes and he opposes us at every turn. So Jesus said to these disciples let's go to the other side. He was on a mission. There was somebody on the other side of the lake that needed deliverance. There were cities on the other side of that lake that was in bondage to the devil. So Jesus wanted to go and plant the seed to set those people free. Are you hearing me and whenever you are on a God assignment trust me all hell. You may start off smooth sailing but all hell is going to break loose somewhere in there. Now watch this the next verse verse 36 says when they had sent away the multitude. They took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships. And there arose verse 37 here it comes. Here it comes here comes the challenge. And there arose just out of nowhere. Bam. The Bible says there arose a great storm of wind. And the waves beat into the ship so that it was now full. I mean this storm had a personality. This storm was absolutely demonic. It couldn't come from God we about to find out it couldn't come from God. Jesus ain't going to rebuke something that God sends. Are you listening to me? If it was God he wouldn't have been able to rebuke it because he would have been fighting his fathers will. But watch this. There arose a great storm of wind and the waves beat into the ship. I mean this thing had a personality didn't it? You see on the other side of the lake there was a demon possessed man who needed to be set free. And the devil know Jesus make it to the other side is game over. Game over. So he did not want him to make it to the other side. So he did everything in his power through this storm to try and stop Jesus. But you can't stop the will of God. You can't stop him. He is absolutely unstoppable. Verse 38 says and he was in the hinder part of the ship asleep on a pillow. Lord help me Jesus do you know anyone who can sleep through a storm. Glory be to God. He was asleep on a pillow and they his disciples engage him. They awake him and say unto him master, carest thou not that we perish. We bow to die. We bow to drown. How can you sleep in a time like this? Have you ever been in a situation where you felt like God was asleep? You got a call on him. Come on somebody. You got to engage him. Jeremiah chapter 33 verse 3 he said call unto me and I will answer you. Answer you and show you great and mighty things that you know not. Glory be to God. Now you're listening to me. He said I'll show you great and mighty things that you know not. But he will answer and the disciples engage him and they begin to cry out to him in fair because they realize we are about to go down. This bolt about to flip. We about to cap side. We need help Jesus. And the Bible says he arose. Blessed be the name of Jesus. And he rebuked the wind and said unto the sea. Peace be still. Blessed be the name of Jesus. And the wind ceased. And there was a great calm. There was a great calm. Who would say pastor I'm in a storm right now. I need peace. I could use a great calm right about now. I got good news for you. When you study this story here. This passage of scripture he was in the boatwood dimmed the entire time. In this particular passage he was in the boatwood dimmed before the storm game. He is your answer. He is your way out. He is your way maker. He is your miracle worker. He is your promise keeper. He is the same yesterday. Today and forever. I don't care which storm you are facing. Your Jesus has power over that thing. God arise and let your enemies be scattered. And he arose and said he rebuked it and said peace. Be still. And there was a great calm. And he said unto them why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith? Have you been in a place like that? Well what you were dealing with just sucked a life out of you. Sucked all your faith out of you. And just left you shaken. I have been in situations like that. And you always listen I don't care who you are. There are times in all of our lives where we are shaken to our call. Well this happened to these disciples. But Jesus was there for them in the midst of their doubt. In the midst of their turmoil in the midst of their struggle. He was there to give them peace. And there was a great calm a great calm speaks of peace. Lord help us Jesus. And they fed exceedingly and said one to another what manner of man is this. That even the wind and the sea obey him. And when you go to chapter 5 verse 1 the Bible says they made it over to the other side. They made it. They made it to the other side. You will go make it. I'm here to tell you you go make it. Jesus is on board. My mom used to say if Christ is in the vessel you can smile at the storm. This storm shook them out. Well they weren't smiling. They were horrified. But he brought them out and he gave them peace. And the same way he brought these disciples out he is going to bring you out saints. I speak to every demonic storm. I said peace be still in the name of Jesus. I rebuke every demonic storm that's coming against your people. To make them fearful. To make them doubt. To suck their faith out of them. I rebuke every principality every power. Every rule of the darkness of this world. Every spiritual wickedness in high places. I rebuke it in the name of Jesus. We release the peace of God into your situation. Into your turmoil. Into your frustration. Into your fear. Into your doubt. We rebuke it. We rebuke it and release the peace of God. I dare someone say thank you God for peace. Thank you God for giving me peace. Thank you God for giving me peace. Thank you God for giving me peace. Thank you God for giving me peace. In the name of Jesus Christ. Somebody say amen. Look I want to give somebody a chance to come to Jesus. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. That whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world. To condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved. He loves you with an everlasting love. He cares about you friend. I want you to bow your head and humble yourself before the Lord. Bow your head in reverence and say Lord I believe you are the Son of God. You died on Calvary Cross for me. They crucified you, buried you in a borrowed tomb. But on the third day God raised you from the dead. You are now seated at God's right hand and soon and very soon. You are coming again. Thank you Lord Jesus for forgiving me of my sins.
