(soft music) - Yeah, morning Ray, a sunshine, but on and safe, Kamara, the slippery slope. While coming down a muddy slope, or one with endless gravel, we have to be very careful. One wrong step could send us sliding down. And when we start slipping, we need to grab with the hands, feed anything to arrest that descent. The same is true of life. We could hit a bad bump at any turn. And then the slide into depression, victim story, self pity, is an easy one. Unless we exercise all our will to arrest it. Make a conscious choice to stop feeling bad for ourselves, stop dealing on the issues, and decide to find reasons to be happy. We have to pull ourselves out of that slump, and chase away the gloom, and keep doing till we find ourselves in the light again. The good part is, once we raise our spirits, they do stay buoyant for a while. Till the next bump, at least, then we do the same. This may seem like hard work, but the slide into depression and being in that funk is way, way harder. There it'll fight it from the word go. Sunshine in your day.
