(upbeat music) - Better strap yourself in. It's time for the Howie Car Show. - And they have to whitewash Harris' background, but I think we've all seen her. I mean, she's incredibly vapid. - Dude, I love Venn diagrams. It's just something about those three circles. - And she doesn't have any accomplishments. - In the United States of America, where we are manufacturing electric school buses and they are really cool. - The vice president didn't tell you it was America's biggest electric bus company just went belly up. - Live from the Matthew's Brothers Studios. - Clearly, there was never an intention to show disrespect to any religious group. - Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time. - One of the drag queens from that controversial Last Supper parody, doubling down as backlash grows. - I'm charting you in the direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of delivery. - Rum swabs, hacks and moon bats beware. It's... (upbeat music) Howie Car. Welcome to the Howie Car Show, 844-542-442-844-542-442-442. Rutgers professor under fire for online posts lamenting, you know where I'm going with this. Failed Trump assassination. It's an English professor, not a biochemistry professor, not a mechanical engineering professor. She, an English professor, who used to be a reporter for the Jersey Journal, Tracy Bud, any relation to Billy Bud of Joseph Conrad fame? No, I don't think so. Tracy Bud took the Facebook to say, "Let's hope today's events inspire others," she said. Oh man, they shot his wig, sad. She makes over $72,000 a year as an adjunct professor at Rutgers, the state university, state university. Has a, doesn't have a state university type name, but most people know it as a state university. New Jersey does not need people like this teaching our children, said the Republican gubernatorial candidate, Ed Derr, yes, but that's what they have. And I'm sure that she's not going to be chastised or punished in the least for being saddened by the, she ought to go to, maybe she can go back to work for journalism and get a job writing headlines for the Washington Post, laying out the front page. 844, 542, 42, 917, the Washington Post should change their motto from democracy, dies in darkness, to truth, dies on the front page. It dies throughout that whole paper. How about that, how about Max Boot? Is he still employed as a columnist for the Washington Post? Can we check that out? His wife was just arrested for being a spy for South Korea. A spy! This the guy, he was born in Moscow. His wife was born in Seoul, South Korea, and she's a spy, allegedly, according to the feds. And he's still, he hates Trump. He's the guy that writes the wacky, you know, has his picture in the column, is him wearing some wacky pork pie hat. I don't know if he's still a columnist or not. Anyway, time for the Trump line. Can't they get some columnists that were born in the United States of America? I mean, I don't have anything against people coming to the country if they wanna, if they wanna play by the rules. But don't be a spy. Don't be married to a spy. On the Washington Post's website, he is still a columnist covering national security. National security. Well, he has some good sources. He put up a story today, Venezuela's stolen election shows the bipartisan failure of U.S. policy. Oh, it's bipartisan. Okay. Whatever that means. Oh, the Republicans have had so much power for the last three and a half years, right? Okay. All right. So I guess, I guess it's not a big deal to be married to a spy at the Washington Post. Oh, man. How are you? Here's some people think my wife should be comless running might. Do you know what a Harris Hillary ticket would sound like? (laughing) Yes, indeed. Yes, indeed. Billy Bud was Herman Melville. I'll check that out. I don't know. I can't remember. Imagine if Boston had got the Olympics, where was everyone going to stay? All the hotels have filled with illegal aliens. That's another angle I had never even considered. Thank you for pointing that out. Today's Chumpline is brought to you by American Independence Gold Group until Wednesday, July 31st, American Independence Gold is saying, thank you to any investor that spends a minimum of $10,000 with a Valkambi gold bar. (beeping) Yeah, they were counting in Caracas until the pipes burst. And they're getting in a lot of late, late mail in ballots without any postmarks on them. But it's okay, it's okay. Every vote counts, every ballot counts. Not every vote counts. Every ballot cancels out a real vote. That's democracy, baby. - The Secret Service can't protect a former president, but they can protect your pronouns. (beeping) (laughing) - Well put, I like the way this chump line's going. - Christopher Ray now wants to revoke all Purple Heart medals issued to anyone wounded by shrapnel. (beeping) - Yeah. What killed Uncle Bossy, by the way? How do we know that Uncle Boss, before he was consumed by cannibals, ingested, perhaps shrapnel ended his life. - After public outcry, Paris Olympic Committee announced today that the closing ceremony's theme will no longer be springtime for Hitler. (beeping) - No, it's gonna be YMCA by the village people. It's kinda gonna go full circle. 603 says South Korea, yes, South Korea. Max Boot's wife is charged with being a spy for South Korea. She was paid off with the designer bags and sushi. Designer sushi and designer bags, to the tune of $37,000. But I'm sure he didn't know about it. Just like John Tierney did know that his wife was laundering money for her racketeer brothers, millions of dollars, the congressman from Massachusetts. - When asked about multiple sightings of the would-be assassin at the Trump rally, more than an hour before the shooting took place, a Democrat spokesman for the Secret Service reportedly responded, and I quote, "I saw nothing, nothing." (beeping) - I thought he responded, what difference at this point does it make? - I did not realize that coconut trees grew in Montreal, Canada. (beeping) - Only in the exclusive West Mount neighborhood where she resided, 'cause she had such a hard, scrabble background being the daughter of two professors. - Meanwhile, at 34 Fairview, it can't end last weekend. - Oh crap, another piece of taillight. (beeping) (laughing) - It's coming out of the ground, you know? I mean, we're getting the blackberries are getting ripe, you know, those little tomatoes are turning red on the vine. It's, and taillights are turning up in, can't end, in Norfolk County. Norfolk County is famous for, you know, it's like vidalia onions, you know? Can taillights. - If you have a problem figuring out whether to blame me or send John to throw a hat back and to go online, then you aim to throw it. (beeping) (laughing) - Yeah, it's not, Joe knows nothing about it, but that's not the only thing Joe knows nothing about. - The investigation into the assassination attempt of Donald Trump brings a whole new meaning to the term secret service. (beeping) (laughing) - Yeah, it's easy to be secret when you don't have communications, radio communications with your law enforcement partners, as they now say. (upbeat music) (beeping) - That was your last Trump line message. Thank you for calling Howie Carr, you chump. - All right, that's it for the Trump line today. What are the results thus far? - Today's poll question, which you can vote in at Howie Carr Show.com, is after this weekend's events in Paris, how do you feel now about Boston losing out on the 2024 Olympics? Are you saddened or gladdened? - I'm gladdened. I was gladdened when it happened, and I'm even more gladdened. Now that I see what gay Paris is undergoing. - 94% of the audience agrees with you. They are gladdened. It is not here. - All right. 844-500-4242, 844-500-4242. I will take a few calls. I'm gonna give you a chance to decide what is real Kamala and what is fake Kamala. This is Kamala on two different topics. We'll take a couple of calls first. Edward, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Edward. - Hi, Howie. - Hi. - Thank you. I'd just like to know if there was any dissimilarities between this, the Butler rally and all the other, what, dozens of other rallies? - Well, I mean, the big difference was he didn't get shot at any of the other ones, but I don't know what the difference is, but I mean-- - No, no, no, no. So what was so different about this one? - I don't know. I mean, that New York Times story, though, is devastating that the Secret Service was there a day after the shooter was there, scouting out the place. They had no drone. The 20-year-old nursing home attendant did have a drone. Nobody, they placed this building where he had a straight line of shot. They placed it outside of the security, so he didn't have to go through any security. Just brought a gun right into the building. I mean, I don't know. I don't know how bad it was, Edward. I assume that this new guy will be asked the same questions tomorrow, and I assume, once again, that he'll just give him a shuffling answer about ongoing investigations and sources and methods and the same stuff that both Cheetah and Ray gave him last week, but they have no answers. This is terrible, what happened? 844-542-42, Roger, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Roger. Hey, Howie, when Christopher Ray, our hero, was testifying in front of Congress, he decried like the $500,000 shortfall on the budget. Think about how much money it costs for that Marilago raid, and for spying on the seven-year-old babushka-wearing old ladies armed with the rosary, he's in church. It wasn't just getting all those armed guys. They had a sword inventory, all that evidence, and then take that photo op. Do you remember they had the photo op? How about the fact that they had to take that memo from the CIA, this was back when Trump was president or running for president, from about the Navy veteran, who was there, was it page? Wasn't it Carter Page? Carter Page, and they forged it so that it said he wasn't an asset of the CIA, to make him an asset of the CIA. How about the $75,000 table, a table? 75 grand in McCabe's office there. McCabe was the one whose wife was taking $700,000 from Hillary Clinton's bundlers to get elected to the state senate in Virginia, $750,000 for a state senate seat, and her husband was trying to frame Donald Trump for president. I mean, how about all that stuff, Roger? There's a million stories like this. - No, no end to it. Oh, the other thing, you guys have your Moby Dick t-shirts, but is Melville. - Yes, I know, yeah, I know, I made a mistake. It wasn't Joseph Conrad, it was Herman Melville, yes. - The one thing, I agree with you 99% of the time, but it's important to slip behind enemy lines and listen to the fake news. There's sins of omission and sins of co-mission. I think if you can stomach it. - I can't. - Just listen for five minutes. - I can't. - No, it is really, it's unruly, but anyway. - Yeah, I get it on the feeds, on the internet, just from the conservative websites or someone tweeting out like this headline, Richie Torres, the Democrat, tweeted it out this morning, this front page of The Washington Post. I mean, it's just unbelievable. I mean, there's no way you can put that, you can lay out a front page and put that picture at the top of the front page and then put underneath it, Israel strikes. I mean, unless you're trying to lie, unless you're trying to give the impression that Israel killed those little kids on the Golan Heights. Just, but they did the same thing. You know, MSNBC and MSNBC headline, Rocket attacked an Israeli-occupied Golan Heights leaves multiple dead. NPR, a rocket hit Israeli-controlled Golan Heights, a rocket, and how we got it. (upbeat music) - Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. Biden just called himself a former president. Soon enough, soon enough to mention Joe, soon enough. The Republican, here's another one. The Republican speaker of the house says whatever he proposes is dead on arrival. Malfunctions, reboots, brain. This is from RNC research. Well, I was thinking his thinking is dead on arrival. I was thinking his thinking was dead on arrival. May we quote you on that, Mr. President. 844- - Think about what you'd think about. (laughing) - Oh boy, John from Kansas, a Harris Hillary ticket, cackles and cankles. All right, 844-542-42. Dave, you're next with highway car. Go ahead, Dave. - Hey, how, yeah, when you were talking about drones, what I think it'd be addressing to know is that who gave the order to turn down, I believe it was more than once, that it was offered by the local authorities with their two drones above the venue. - Yeah. - You know? - There's another question for Jordan or Fallon or one of those guys tomorrow. But their drones could also take out the guy. - Right. - He even said so. It's like the one I own. It's a fixed blade unit. If I run into you with this thing, you will get cut. You will be messed up, okay? Oh, that's probably what they're flying. Oh, it's ridiculous. No, they were told to stand down. It's somebody told him to stand down. - But we'll never know. I mean, I wonder if they have the, I'd like to hear the local communications. I wonder who's got those local communications now. I'm probably the FBI, which means we'll never have access to it. Thanks for the call, Dave. 844-542-542. John, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, John. - How are we thinking of my call? I have several questions about this. I want to know how many rounds were found and how many shells were found in the locations of each. And was there any DNA of them and so on? - Well, how about the bullets, John? Where are the bullets? Other than the ones that are other than the ones that, you know, I mean, that were in the firefighter and the two guys that were wounded. I mean, those are three bullets. Where are the other five bullets? - That's my question. Where are the bullets and where are the shell casings and where are the shell casings found? And what kind of DNA is on those bullets? - Well, here's another question too. You know, they, apparently, he had no, the guy had no identification, but he did have, but they somehow they got his DNA somewhere. How did they get his DNA? How would he give it a DNA sample? He'd never been in the military. He'd never been arrested. So where did, where did his DNA come from? That they could get it so, so almost instantaneously, John? - That's a very good question. I know they raided his house, but that was like- - That was after. Yeah, that was after. Yeah, yeah. This was like, you know, immediately after they handed something to this guy who was a, wasn't he an ATF agent? He was an ATF agent. They handed him something and then they had an identification shortly thereafter and this ATF agent has gone, gone MIA, he's, he's, he's vanished. 844, 500, 42, 42, 844, 500, 42, 42. So we're trying to get something on the, there's something on the tarmac for about Speaker Johnson? - Yeah, it's, you can't really hear it. The audio from the engine's is bad, but a reporter asked him about, you know, Speaker Johnson and he said, you know, what do you think about Speaker Johnson saying this is dead on arrival? And Biden responded to saying, yeah, that's what he is, dead on arrival. And they were like, he's dead on arrival? - Yeah, he's dead on arrival. So they were wondering what he was talking about. And then he later corrected it too. I mean, his ideas were, yeah. - Oh, so that's what he meant? That's what he meant. - That's what he was, yeah, he was correcting his earlier statement on the tarmac when he said yes, he's dead on arrival. - He's dead on arrival. - And somebody's like, what? The Speaker's dead on arrival. - Does he have Secret Service protection too? So we found him talking about former presidents here. So we get this clip. And no president, no former president, not me, not one, not one, has and should have been given the, given any exception to this. - Huh? - Give him any, give me. - I thought you said he was better today. - He was great at the beginning. Like I really, I thought it was like a different person or like CGI. - It's the drugs. It's the drugs, yeah. - I guess Dr. Feelgood felt good and now, yes. - Yeah, he felt worse. - But worse you get the shorter the drugs work for. That's the way it is. That's just the way it is with most drugs. Maybe not all of them. 844, 542, 42. Someone says, why was Biden's upper lip so stiff? - Take your pics. - Again, your WMD diagnosis is as good as ours. - A, Nova K, B, Botox. C, something you and I don't know. - Because we don't have MMDs. - We don't have MMDs, we're not chemists, we don't know. - 844, 540, 42. Steve, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Steve. - Hi, Howie, how are you doing? - Good. - So Butler PA, I would say would be our modern shock heard around the world. But why did the mainstream media live stream this? - Yeah, I mean a lot of people are saying that that, you know, CNN very, very seldom covers a Trump rally live and it's Saturday afternoon in the middle of summer and they suddenly decided to go live with this thing. - Yeah, and how did they pick up that bullet? - Yeah, well, you mean how-- - We're supposed to beat camera. - Yeah, well, I think they, I think that's possible. - That's the only way you can pick it up. - I think that's possible. They're shooting, you know, you hear a shot, you start just, you just start shooting off. It's not like the old days with the Speedo deluxe or whatever they call them, you know, the stuff that Ouija used, they have a lot more sophisticated stuff now. And I'm gonna take them at their word that they got the picture. And that's why I'm wondering why, you know, why Ray had to go with that fantastic lie about the shrapnel, you know? As someone just speculated on the text line that he was just trying to provide some sound bites for the fall campaign for the Democrats, which is as believable as anything else. And again, the fact that he was appointed by Trump, Trump will never forgive Christie for that recommendation. That was by far the worst appointment that Trump made in his years as president. I mean, Jeff Sessions, he just turned out to be inept. I mean, Christopher Ray turned out to be a backstabber. And the worst thing he did was not telling everybody that the laptop was real. And Barr too, I mean, Barr was okay in a few ways, but that branded him as a, not just a faithless minion of Trump, but just almost as a traitor, not to tell, I mean, that's almost like treason, not to tell what you know when they're lying like that, to steal an election. - Now someone else says Coons was urged him to run for state office. Is there, if we got that one yet? - I'm looking forward, that's not a sound bite. I'd have to go back and get it. But yeah, it seemed like he said Chris Coons urged him to vote to run in 1972, 'cause he told the shaving cream hotel motel story again. But apparently Chris Coons was there this time, even though Chris Coons was born in 1963. - So maybe, maybe Chris Coons was doing it a motel. - Maybe it was at the, maybe it wasn't like a breakfast for the Knights of Columbus or something, or the Thanksgiving parade, you know, and the elementary school was marching and Chris Coons, I think Chris Coons was bald when he was nine years old. He was probably having, already having male pattern baldness starting. But he, counselor Biden, you should run for the Senate against that old man, J. Caleb Boggs. He's 63 years old, you know. We're gonna try to look for that. Apparently, now people are texting about it. The RNC research hasn't put it up yet. They're usually the fastest with getting these things out. - I've been rolling back on the live feed on the internet, so I'll try to grab it during the break. - All right. (laughs) Every child born in the U.S. has their DNA done in the hospital. Did they have it done 20 years ago? Is this a new, is this a 20-year thing? Is that what it is? Eight, four, four, five hundred, forty, two, forty, two, five, oh wait, is Biden still six, three today? He was never six, three. I'll tell you though, that day coming out of the kitchen in the Mexican restaurant, he was more like five, three, when he was bent over. Tom, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Tom. - Hey, thanks for taking the call. Hey, just a couple of things about this assassination attempt. Number one, I found out that I listened to CNN, and it was reported by the New York Times that the local law enforcement agencies and the Secret Service were not on the same communication devices. - Yeah, it's really a good story. I recommend if anybody can get through the paywall to read the story. I read it at the top of the show. Go ahead. - Okay, so to continue on that, we have never seen the rifle that kid used to shoot President Trump. Did it have iron sights or was it a telescope? Or a scoped rifle? The other point is, have they done any ballistics tests from the bullets that entered the victims? A ballistics test to match that rifle? The other point being is, how long after the kids fired the first shot did whatever sniper, whether it was Secret Service or local, you know, how long did that take? And the thing that I'm worried about is that I'm getting this feeling that the Secret Service allowed this kid to take the first shot. And if you have a semi-automatic rifle like an AR-15, you can fire eight shots within eight seconds. Didn't they say, did they go back on the audio tape and say that there were eight or nine shots fired? And they think three of them were from the Secret Service. So he got off five shots. He shot, he hit four people. - Well, they also claim that on the roof when they found his body, which was a head shot, by the way, okay? That was a precision shot, which, you know, I mean, if all of a sudden, if all of a sudden you hear a gunshot and you don't have your rifle scope on that individual, and let's say it's maybe 100 to 200 yards away, yes, a professional sniper can probably get on that target within four or five seconds. But something just seems very wrong here and a lot more questions need to be asked, plus the other fact that there was the investment firm, Austin Wealth Protection, short-stop 12,000 shares of Trump's media companies. - Yeah, true social. - The Friday before the assassination. - Yeah. - All of the money. - I know, I know. I'd say, yeah, people have pointed that out over and over again. We have no explanation for any of that. How about John Kelly for Chief of Staff as a terrible, that was a terrible pick too. There's no question about it, but I don't think they got rid of him, you know? And this, you know, Ray gets a 10-year contract. If Trump gets back in and fires him on January 20th of next year, they're still gonna have to pay him off for like another four years, at probably amount to over a million bucks. It's ridiculous. It was a terrible, terrible pick. And that's the first thing he's gotta do. That's the first thing he's gotta do is fire. He's talking, that would be a good poll question. Who's the first person he should fire if he wins the election? 844, 500, 42, 42, 774 says CNN covered the rally because they thought he was going to announce the vice presidential pick. I don't know. That's what they may be saying now. You know, I think we would have heard that he was, you know, that there was a chance that he was going to announce the VEEP pick. And I never heard that, that's Saturday. I don't know about you. 508 says 11 seconds from first shot to Secret Service response. Yeah, again, he squeezed off five shots, apparently. There are a lot more questions. We know, we've learned a lot more than we did than we knew a week ago. And this guy's gonna be back up there tomorrow. It should be a pretty interesting hearing again tomorrow. 844, 500, 42, 42, I'm Howie Carr. The Howie Carr Show will be right back. (upbeat music) (upbeat music) (upbeat music) - You're listening to The Howie Carr Show. (upbeat music) - It's, this Chris Coons cut is all, it's all just kind of jumbled together. It makes just absolutely no sense. But it could be, you know, interpreted that he was told by this nine year old bald kid with thick glasses to run for the US Senate back in 1972. So here it is. - And get engaged and you want to change things. So I kept trying to change the Democratic Party in my state which is very conservative. And then a group of people came to me as my senator knows, Chris Coons, came to me and said, "Look, we want you to run for the state Senate." I said, "I can't, I can't go to Dover all the time." I'm just starting to offer my part-time public defender. And then they came back to me and said, "Why don't you run for the county council?" I said, "I can't." I said, "You stupid SOB, it's right across the street there." (audience laughs) So he, it depends on how they transcribe it, right? They could put a period in there, maybe. Chris, they came to me, period Chris Coons knows. But Chris Coons said to me, that's right in there. I mean, it could, if I were still doing weekend at Brandon Holmes, which I'm not doing right now, I could make it so that it was Chris Coons told him to run. Seriously, they played it one more time. Chris Coons told him to run. - We're trying to change the Democratic party in my state, which is very conservative. And then the group of people came to me as my senator knows, Chris Coons, came to me and said-- - Chris Coons came. - "We want you to run for the state Senate." I said, "I can't." - And he said, "Okay, if you can't do that, can you at least buy me an ice cream cone?" Before, I snuck off the playground to talk to you and I urge you to run for the Senate. And can you please give me an ice cream anyway? (chuckling) Oh Lord, 844-542, yes, someone says these were puts, which is, I don't know exactly, it calls and puts. Puts is you're betting the stock to go down. A call is you're betting the stock to go up. It's a bet. But it's a putt, it's 12,000 shares, but it's actually like 100 or 1,000. I don't know how many it is exactly, but it's more than 12,000 shares. Ed, very quickly, we're almost out of time Ed, quickly. - Yeah, just comment, Trump shouldn't buy a direct erase, you make them work out his contract in the mailroom. (laughing) - Thanks for the call, Ed. I'm Howie Carr. [MUSIC PLAYING]
