G'day, for ends it's Blister Guy and this is episode 1339 of Walk to Work and We Will Hearthstone podcast. Double legend story time for July. Now, as is often the case with things in my life, I've set myself up to fail. I often find these days, probably for the last decade, I don't have spare time at all because I feel it with things I have hobbies like playing Hearthstone and occasionally other games as well. These days a lot of Warcraft rumble. Previously, maybe some World of Warcraft every now and again when I'm wanting to explore the things that actually hit me in Hearthstone, you know, that kind of stuff, along with, of course, parenting, having a job and all that stuff. Now, the last time we did a double legend story time on this podcast, I wasn't doing the replays of my final boss. Now, I am. Somehow, I've made it so that if I do a double legend story time, the episode's going to be full and that's not a good thing for me because I've got to get to work. So, okay, anyway, a couple of things. Last episode, forgot to do a patron. Thank you. We should get that out of the way now. Jared from South Dakota and oblax1847, thank you both and thank you to all the patrons that support the way we do here at Mobile Hearthstone podcast. What am I called? Walk to work. Patreon.com/spitsky if you can afford to support. If you can't just tell a friend, leave a review, hang out, all that stuff. It all helps. It's all good. Oh, today's date, 30th of July, I think it's the month. Yes, which means 29th, so I've done. By the time we record, it'll be August, which means I'll know whether I've got triple legend for this month. So far with twist, I'm in Diamond 5, late Diamond 5, Diamond 4, bouncing backwards and forwards. I can't find an edge. I think that's really what it is. Like I've got a 50% win rate. I'm bouncing backwards and forwards. It's fine. I'm enjoying the format, but I can't find an edge to get a win with. And I guess I'll talk about that next episode, maybe, probably, probably, we'll see. But for now, let's talk about standard and wild legend. Got standard legend first, Friday night, felt pretty easy, was using the new dragon druid, concierge druid package thing. I think I saw Corbett posting the list first. I believe Tic-Tac had modified it to get to this point. I've seen other people posting it, which is a negative said best deck. Makes sense. Played that. It was very smooth, enjoyed it. Very happy with it. In wild, I played the demon hunter list that I had been playing previously, the spell demon hunter list that nobody else is playing. I mean, somebody played it once because I copied it from someone like six months ago and then she slowly modified it. Took out a quick pick and one of the touch of chaos is to add in two sigil of skydiving. They have been pretty good. Sometimes they're okay. Sometimes they're quite good. Other times they've been great. So good addition, I think. Overall, it was all a pretty speedy, smooth climb to legend from there with that deck as well. So without further ado, let's get in and do some replays, which means I think I have to unmute my phone to my volume up and go find where I put the replays. Is that how I do this? To do that thing or turn the volume up and then tap on the photos folder, which I keep over the volume slider as it goes. You want to adjust the volume. It's like, nope, really don't. Really don't want to do that. Okay, July legend. I'm guessing this one first, unmute. Yeah, this looks like standard. Okay, so this is me playing the dragon concierge druid. I believe we can hear that. We'll turn up a bit more. So to hear the spinner there. I can't remember anything about this final loss. So this is going to be a surprise. As much of a surprise for me as it is for you, probably, other than the fact that I win. I guess that part is always a little bit not a mystery. Anyway, here we go. So that's us. That's quite quiet. I don't think I've had the volume up in the game. Anyway, us versus a demon hunter. So let's just have a look at the opening hand. We have a splish, sorry, a gift wrapped well, a split split swap I'd like, a gift wrapped well, a sea breeze cellus and a swipe. Now, demon hunter these days and standards potentially could be naga, but it's generally just pirates, right? That's a lot of one months. So I feel like I want to keep this swipe. Do I keep the swipe? I don't remember. Is the gift wrapped well worth keeping? I mean, it is, if you have more dragons, it's generally worth keeping anyway. You are mostly hard melody for splish, well, often. But if this is an example where I think keeping the swipe is worth it. Clearly, we don't keep the sea breeze cellus. Sea breeze cellus does do a reasonable personation of a swipe at some point. But also, I want another dragon to go with the gift wrapped well. So let's see what I keep here. We'll push play again. Looks like I'm hard melody anyway. Both those are the cards that aren't swipes. Got back a second swipe and a splish splash well. So that's pretty good. Except that I don't have a second dragon with a splish splash well, but I do have two swipes. First kind of draw is a desert nest matron. That's a second dragon. So the very least on three way they're playing splish splash well or swipe, depending on what the demon hunter does. Demon hunter has done the treasure distributed. That's the one line of one, two pirate. Whenever you play a pirate, give this and that plus one attack. I just straight up here empowered into it, because I know that I'm probably going to want to take it out with a swipe next turn and it needs to have one damage on it to do that. And it's, when it's got one attack, it's the best time to face tank it. And every other time is worse than that best time. So one damage on the treasure distributor turned to for the demon hunter. So do you love skydiving? Right, of course. So the problem here, of course, is there's still only a single treasure distributor in play. But when, and then I said whoops, when the residual skydiving pops, now I'm just going to pause now, we're just drawing a Malfurion's gift, which is nice because that's effectively a third swipe. When that sigil pops, it's going to summon three one one pirates with charge. If the treasure distributor is still there, they will become two ones with charge and the treasure distributor will become a four one, which is okay if I'm all right with taking 10, which sometimes I am. But also, if I'm just hoping to get good swipe value in, or maybe play the Splish Splash Whelp this turn, like if I play the Splish Splash Whelp this turn, I'm taking 10 or eight and losing my Splish Splash Whelp, which is quite possible too, which is a lot of damage to take. And so I'm like, as minor inefficient as it is, now that they've played the sigilous skydiving, I feel like I kind of have to hear a power down that treasure distributor. And so this turn, I think it's been a little bit of time thinking about that, weighing it up, I'm going, it's just not worth taking 10 damage. So here about a second time, wasting one mana, taking out the treasure distributor past turnbag. At the very least, I figure I can desert an S-matron next turn, and then swipe or desert an S-matron. And oh, why hang on a second? There's a thing that's popped up at the side, which is, there we go, it took away my pause thing, so pause now. So I'd also drawn five the seconds, setting sun, a couple of turns ago, apparently. So that means that I can play desert an S-matron and a split splash Whelp next turn, if I want, without playing anything else, I guess, and still have the split splash Whelp active, which will take me from four to six minor on the following turn, which, if I want, is two swipes. So, I mean, this should work out. Anyway, the sigilous skydiving popped, putting three one-one pirates in play, and then they just played a hose and rough house. So that's the new three mana two-four. Whenever a friendly pirate attacks, give it plus one plus one. This is Hearthstone, so that's sticking. That's just, that, that bonus is there forever. At this point, I kind of need spell damage to go with it. Anyway, we're taking six of this turn. It does not feel very good. Also, I think now memory, I was watching where that hose and rough house that came from. It was the card they drew this turn, so it must be nice. Anyway, the card I drew this turn is a magical dollhouse. It is nice, can confirm, I have also just top decked a card I need. So I have four mana this turn. I want to play a desert an S-matron, I want to play a dollhouse, I want to use the dollhouse, I want to swipe the the hose and it'll take out the two two pirates as well. I mean, I can already see that's what I'm doing in here this turn. There's the dollhouse. Oh no, I didn't, I didn't even play the matron. Oh my gosh, is that a mistake on my part? I don't know. I think I probably should have played the S-matron. I think I was too excited to drop the dollhouse. Hmm, interesting. Didn't even notice when I did that, when I played at the time that I should have played the S-matron first. Anyway, here comes a dangerous cliffside for my opponent. That's the four mana location that summons a couple of one one pirates to charge and of course, if they attack with their face, they reopen it but they didn't have any mana. We're drawn and go with the flow. Here's our N-S-matron on five mana, yikes. So now we suspect well, because we've had five mana, we've got two mana left, I just could share a part down one of those pirates. So we've got a 3-4 N-S-matron and a 3-2 S-space weapon. We could have had that N-S-matron and play last turn. That would have been great. We would have taken two less damage last turn, maybe. Anyway, they've still got a pirate. Their location is not open yet but if they attack with their face it will be. They've got five mana. Here comes a patch disc burrado. That's given them plus three attack. One hero power would make it plus four attack to take out the S-matron cleanly. They've got three mana left. What's it to be? They're having a think. It's a hero power for enough. Two mana left. Hero power does make it clean to take out the N-S-matron. There it is. The N-S-matron is being attacked by their face putting them to 25, reopening the dangerous cliffside, giving them two more pirates. Coin gives them a ziliax. Oh my gosh, ziliax 3000 taking buffing the board. So the pirates now plus one plus one. This just pours that there. Their patch disc burrado is a 3-4. Their ziliax is a 3-4-3 and the ziliax is a 3-5 and we fell to a bunch of damage. Now the problem here of course is that my magical dollhouse is back open again. So I'm just going to be able to do a big swipe and clear. If not all of this stuff most of this stuff. The card I drew this turn is the tide pull pupil. That's the new little naga, the 2-1-4-1, where once you play three spells of holiness, Velcroys discover one of them. Really very good card. I've enjoyed playing this a lot. Anyway, excuse the clearing of the throw there. Let's push play, see how we go. I'm looking at my hand to seven mana. I think what they're thinking about here is like how do I make this work, expand it to your wise in a way that I'm happy with because I'm not entirely sure I am. Because none of the mana adds up how I want. I can tie pull pupil. I can't tie pull pupil, I've just drawn it but if I'm going to be like swipe, Malfurion's gift swipe, for example, then maybe I could tie pull pupil amongst all that but then that's a total of seven mana. So that doesn't work unless I use Malfurion's gift for wild growth but I don't need to do that. So with Malfurion's gift, we swipe, they're like how is this possible? I swipe the Zili X of 5, which does two to the little pirates leaving their partial Spritos, the lone standard at a 3-1. Now I'm on 17 health, so I hear a power, face tank, which is supposed to be the 15. The type of pupil I could play it but it's not ready to go. It needs one more spell to make it worth. I have a fire setting, so I've got seven mana in hand, next turn I have eight mana. But overall I'm feeling pretty confident about where we are with this match. They're playing power grind off the top, so they're drawing three cards and I'll get none, fine by me. Then I dropped a sigilous skydiving and a little battle fiend, you know, the 1-3 used to be a 1-2 for, well it used to be a 2-2, didn't it, for one. Anyway, here's a different wipe off the top, it gets buffed, it buffs the fire setting sun. We play the fire setting sun as a 5-13, is it? Oh yeah, it rushes into the 1-3 battle fiend, healing me for 5 and putting up a giant taunt. The sigilous skydiving pops giving them 3-1 ones that, what are they going to do, run into 5, I don't like this file with them. They've got 5 cards in hand, there's a lot they could do, but like some of the key haymakers have gone, they've already had one hose and rough houseer, they've already had ziliacs. I'm not sure what they're doing now. Tie poor pupil is still not ready to go. Here's a Illidari studies, I mean maybe that's an answer. They're pointing a tough crowd at the fire setting sun. Not the best answer, but also not the worst, I guess it's out of the way for it. I'm sure it'll just come down in the next turn. Dangerous cliffside opens, summoning a couple more 1-1 pirates in charge. They have 5 1-1 pirates now, and there's another battle fiend. Two of the 1-1 pirates are trading with the gift wrap whelp, because otherwise I guess they'd just eat the battle fiend. And then there's a part of this burrito, so they go face for 3-4 because they're here a pound. 5-6-7, putting me to 17. Oh no no, it's 4 attack, push me 13. So that was technically less than the last turn, now they've only got 2 cards in hand. They've got a board full of stuff. I'll just draw another magical dollhouse, yuck. So I can put fight the setting sun down this turn, which is really good, but I'm just going to swipe at the park's desparado, which kills everything but the battle fiend, and then play fight the setting sun, which attacks into the battle fiend, and then I'm going to play tidefall pupil, which gives me swipe or malfurions gift. Now decisions here, I think we'd take the malfurions gift because it's only one extra minor to effectively be a swipe if I want, but also maybe be like the arm again spell, whatever that's called. They're playing paraglide off the top drawing three cards, but they're on 22, I'm on 17, I have a 14 by the setting sun, one durability of my magical dollhouse left, and they know that I have probably another swipe in hand. I can't imagine they're very happy about this. There's a spirit of the team, it's got stealth, they're setting up for something. I draw a desert nesmetron, no, the dragon's in hand. I think I start counting here because I have a go with the flow. Now I haven't talked about go with the flow, but that's the one minor mage spell, which is freeze an enemy or give a friendly minion plus one, say plus one spell damage. Is it enemy or enemy minion? Yeah, it's probably just enemy minion. When reviewing this during the expansion reveal, I was like, I don't see how this works. It doesn't, I don't know what it does. It's just been so good, so good in this deck because it's a mage thing, so Concierge makes it free. It's the top one six spell damage to make the chalice's work. We haven't had a use for it so far this game, but I think we're about to, if my memory serves correctly. So we've got a dollhouse in hand, we're going to go with the flow in hand. We've got the last durability of a dollhouse in play. We hear a power because I was like adding up how close am I into lethal. Second dollhouse, Malfurion's gift gets a swipe. Go with the flow. I think if they go with the flow, there's one dollhouse used. I just used both dollhouses. I didn't even use go with the flow, and I just swipe their face for six, which kills the spirit of the team, and then attack them for something down on nine. I didn't even use it to go with the flow. So you can see how I can't remember how this happened because this was like Friday night, and it's Tuesday morning now. Monday night, that was the legend in the wild. Anyway, they can see. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. So I think key decisions here, we're keeping the swipe in the opening hand, and then getting rewarded by drawing more swipes. As you can see, there were a lot of one ones for us to take out. My opponent had a pretty good draw too, and I had drawing that magic of dollhouse on turn four so that I could magic of dollhouse swipe the hose and was really good. If I hadn't drawn the dollhouse, I was going to have to swipe the hose and not only swipe the hose, but then let's open the other game while we're here. I think I've turned the volume up higher on this one. Not only swipe the hose, but then leave up three, two ones that we're going to attack me, and then swipe the rest of them the following turn taking out whatever else was there. But if it had been ziliacs, like we're in a lot of trouble at that point, right? Not to mention, I should have played the desert nest meter in that turn that I played the dollhouse swipe didn't do that bit of a mistake there, but that's all right. But overall, I think reward for keeping the swipe moped me hand and rewarded for trusting the heart of the cards by drawing the others. All right, now let's get into the wild game. Again, this is the spell Demon Hunter technically has three minions in the deck, but scythe of the sole leaders scythe is going to hide them away so that all of the if you have no minions stuff is active. When I get these three spells in my deck, which allow me to discover one of the minions, common comment I get about this deck when people try it, they have fun deck, I replace the Jordan with, and I don't hear what the rest of it is because, oh, and other people saying that deck looks fun, what can I replace Jordan with? If you don't have it, I guess whatever you feel like, but try not to replace Jordan because it's the best card in the deck. I know a lot of people don't necessarily see that, but it's the card I often pick first. I almost never pick the silver moon arcanist, and this I absolutely need to. Even if it's aggro decks, I'm often picking the Jordan, probably before turn five, so I can drop it on turn five because it really does make the rest of the deck overpowered and incredibly good. People who don't concede when you cast deal with the devil, which is the four three threes with the ice deal for five mana if you have no minions in your deck, will often then just lose to jace dark weaver later. It's bizarre how the deck works. I know Drimsdale has dictated me playing a couple of games yesterday, and he's like this is looking grim, and then I won, you know, like, I don't understand, but the deck works, but Jordan is really key. So anyway, this game goes on a bit longer than the other one, so we should get started on it now. I remember more about this match. One of the things that I remember was that I thought my opponent had disconnected at some point, I had to force put the app and reopen it, so that'll be a moment of terror. So volume two quite turned up again, shaman opponent, could be even shaman, but most of the time it's not, I've found. Most of the time it's either Shadowwalk shaman, and a lot of them have been playing like the quest line, come to what it's called, that doubles the battle cries once you've completed it. Anyway, we get an opening hand with Mark of Scorn, Felderai Warbandon, Sigil of Skydiving. At this point, I don't know whether it's even shaman or not, right? Mark of Scorn is two mana draw a card if it's not a minion, deal four damage to the lowest health enemy. That's a really good value. Four damages a lot. Sigil of Skydiving, of course, is two mana, starting the next turn, summon three, one-one pirates in charge, quite good against aggressive decks, maybe not as good against shaman, but pretty reasonable against even shaman, I should say, and Felderai Warbandon, which is excellent against minion decks, and excellent against even shaman, but it costs four, right? That could be way too slow. Can I remember what I kept? No idea. If it turns out this is Shadowwalk shaman, I have a lot more time to get through here, but also they can loathe up a lot, and that can be painful. Although I did beat an Excel Shadowwalk shaman last night that played loathe up like four times, it's like, okay, cool, yep, I didn't do much this turn, cool, I'll play Kircher's this turn, you know? I'll just play the weapon, like you're still taking a lot of damage. A lot of decks, I think, struggle to interact with this deck, because they are looking to deal with minions, and I often don't present them very many minions, and when they do suddenly it's a lot of minions. So anyway, we're moving on, let's have a look at their mulligan. I can't remember what I keep out of these, but we'll soon find out. It's taking me a while to lock it in. I'm guessing I keep the Felderai Warband, and maybe the Sigil of Skydiving, look, apparently our full kept. Interesting. Here's the Soli of the Scythe popping up, putting the minions into the bound souls, and this is the key moment where I see whether our opponent is even. Doesn't look like it is, they have nothing triggering. So I hear a power to take, get one face damage and turn one, and the card we've drawn on turn one was the deal of the deck, well that's the five mana spell that usually summons two, three, three felhounds of the lifesteal, but if you have no minions you deck with us four. Four is a lot. Grew up to the waters, that's what the quest is called. That's one where once they've played six battle cry minions, the hair power becomes two mana, your battle prize doubled this turn. This is very powerful, so I'm guessing we're in for some kind of elemental lamplighter stuff, which I have faced a couple of times in wild this month. This questing explores the two mana two three if you've got a quest in play, draw a card. So I must have missed the last turn, I did, I didn't even talk about turn two, so hair power turn one, turn two I played Sigil of Skydiving. Now they have a two three in play, I could run my one ones into it, it looks like I'm massing over my Sigil scorn. What I drew last turn was Fel Barrage, which is two mana deal, two damage to the two lowest health enemies, it can be one enemy, this one with low health, and it can take Sigil, Fel Barrage twice, it will, and the card runs this turn is Fury, which is one mana plus two attack, once you have five mana it's plus three attack, once you have ten mana it's plus four attack. Strong card, not something we need right now, but I'm not against, I'm not above playing it on turn two and here I can just have three attack, take something out, but, oh sorry I should also say, and I probably haven't already, is there's a Kurtress Demon Render Hero card this deck plays, and it summons two one four demons with Rush, but the attack on those minions is improved by the number of times you attack this game, so I like to prioritize where I can, getting an attack in every turn so that you know they come down like five fours or eight fours or something, but it's one of those things where you can too easily tunnel vision on the idea of making sure you attack every turn and you don't commit enough mana to the board or moving things from the board and the process, so skipping an attack is not the end of the world as long as you're doing something productive anyway, questing explorer looks like we're now seeing a round mark of spawn because I think you know what, taking that out, drawing a card, getting three face damage and seems good, the card I drew was minim officers, that's the four mana spell that replaced my hero power, one mana deal five damage twice, strong card, and of course we hero power in here as well, so we take them down to 25, we've still got three one ones, they've got three mana's turn, but I am expecting a lot of elementally stuff here, of note it's turn three they haven't started their elemental chain yet, here it is pebbly page, a two mana two one battle cry draw and overload spell, you can't be overly little as turned into an elemental, so that's number one, so we just straight up go straight to the face with a felder, I wore them four damage to face from the 21, one of the one ones with rush trades into the pebbly page, my three pirates go face putting them to 18, so throw an 18, I have six one ones and play on turn four, and you're like I thought you said this game was going to go longer than the other one, you'd think so, but they drew an overload spell last turn, I'll give you the thinking about this, what are they going to do this turn, sandstorm elemental, this is a two mana two two elemental that does one damage to all the enemies, and overloads you for one, and they played a shale spider which is the three two two that draws in the card, so that's two elementals, their elementals are active, and they took out all my one ones, turn five though, I just dropped deal with the deal, you've got a three two and a two two, I've got four three threes, they've got only four mana turn, lightning storm, straight from hand, three damage to all my things, I'm like were you ready for this or what, but the good thing for me here, even though they had a lightning storm clear up all of my my fel elemental things, and they take me five, was they didn't play an elemental last turn, so that breaks the chain, so that keeps the game going along for us, just drawn another felder I wore then, I do it face putting them to 14, and then I play fel brush taking out their two minions, leaving me with four one ones and play, and I'm like okay you're on 14, I've got four one ones, 125, there's a second sandstorm elemental taking out my one ones, it's like they were ready for me, I do not understand anyway then they play ancestral knowledge drugs and cards, but their elemental chain is back on, they're at one now, okay turn seven I draw bound to soul, bound soul is nice, but I don't think it's what we need this turn, so I just hero power, then play mineral morphs, I steal five to the face with that, and then I play purely for cluster attack, I'm attacking them down to five, now here's the key, I've put them down to five, because I'm like okay, if they're elemental shaman with the quest, they're just trying to burn me out, their elemental chain has been broken a couple of times, they are running lightning storm, which is true, that is not what I would have expected from just straight up elementals, but we've put them to five, we have a hero power that does one damage, in hand we have a fan of flames, which is six damage, divide at like six shots of one damage to the lower health enemy, so they'll get their face pretty quickly, there's a, what's this one called again, oh I can't see it very easily, I can't open my hand, the little, the one minor spell that does one damage to all enemies, and if you've got six, if you're a minor there's six, that's life steel, and we have a bound soul, so like next innovate mana, I can go bound soul for, what's it called, arcanist, silvermoon arcanist, play the, oh I can't remember the spell, to do three damage to everything, gain a bunch of health, and then play the fan of the flames through eight damage, that'll kill them, if not for the fact my hero power just straight up this five, and they're on five, so they can, we're looking pretty good, we're looking pretty sweet here, I think the game is in the bag, they've only got five minor there's two inks that are overloaded, but let's see what they do, they overloaded twice last turn, it's running a little bit on my screen right now as well, so anyway they're thinking they're on five health, and I'm like this is great, we've got it in the bag, so the thing said mid-game came online, glacial shard freezes my face, I'm like cool, wasn't gonna attack you with my face, was gonna kill you with my hero power, that completes their quest, they've got four minor left, they now have a hero power that says double this, they press it, unique spell cry happens twice, I think it's two, there's armor vendor, armor vendor, that gains them four armor, eight armor, and the eight armor as well technically, and then they attack me, so now they're on 13, and I have a bunch of minions messing up my three felon flames, so we use the hero power putting them down to eight, now we look at what we have in hand, unleash fel that's sort of cool, so we're going to bounce off Jotan, as much as I want the silver moon arcanist, and the last minor is spent on a sigil of uh, alacrity, that's the one we next turn our draw card and reduce cost by one, so I could have gotten silver moon arcanist, done the unleash fel, would have killed all the minions and done three to their face, putting them down to five again, would have left me with a silver moon arcanist, but I'm thinking at this point, if they're playing armor vendor, they may well have more ways to protect themselves in the coming turn, must also note that glacial shard did advance their elemental chain if that's what they wanted to do, so I'm thinking Jotan is more reliable here, because as much as I think I've almost got them, I feel like I might be in for a longer game than it looks, which trust me, I am. Anyway, I bounced off for Jotan now, we don't remember Jotan, I've talked about it earlier, I didn't say what it does, it's a five minus four five, that's not great for the cost, battle cry for the rest of the game, the first spell you eat drawers turn is cast when drawn, it's not just cast when drawn, it casts a copy of it, so let's say I draw a chaos strike, it casts a copy of chaos strike, which draws me another card, gives me plus two attack, and puts a copy of cast strike in my hand, this is a lot of extra value, and it really really adds up, the best part is when you draw like fan of flames, fan of hammer, this was cool, and it does six damage divided, and you've got another one hand, and you haven't spent any mana on it yet, Jotan is just such a huge value engine in the late game, that will pull you through, now we're about to go into the train station, so I'm just not going to unpause it just yet, otherwise we'll probably miss what happens next, I can't even remember what happens next, oh I think I do actually, I have a trepidation of what's to follow, maybe it's not this turn, but in a couple of turns, anyway to recap our opponent is on five health with three armor, so eight health, we'll just bounce off for our first bounce on minion, which is Jotan, now off note here as well, once you've played Jotan, what can happen is you start drawing bounce souls as the first spell for the turn, and Jotan cast them for you, now what that means of course is you end up with extra copies of bounce-hole, not the end of the world, but what it does mean, like the whole thing with the salt he's assigned and the bounce-holes is they protect you from dirty rat, this deck would be particularly cold to dirty rat if you didn't have them, when you're playing around dirty rat you can just wait for the turn to play bounce-hole on the custom minion, when you don't need to play around dirty rat you can just bounce-hole ahead of time, it's really good, but if Jotan is casting them for you then you're no longer playing around it, and the key thing here of course is that Jay Starkweaver is like this thing you play at the end of the game that replays all the foul spells you've played, the other ones Jotans played, sadly but it'll do, and that's often the way you win the game, what we're dealing with here is a battle cry shaman deck, we haven't seen a dirty rat yet, but we have seen armor vendor and lightning storm, like they're ready to take on lots of, I don't know, pirate demon hunter decks, of which apparently there are a few, and pirate rogue aggro shaman, well not aggro shaman aggro priest, but you know lots of the aggro that's in wild right now, they're ready for it, which means I kind of expect that they may also have dirty rat for the matchups where they want to have it, they haven't played it yet because we haven't played a bounce-hole on the pasta turn, but we need to be careful now that we've played Jotan, that Jotan doesn't bounce-hole and put a card we have a card into our hand that we don't want yet, so let's see how we go, let's push play again, there's Jotan, says you'll likely pass the turn back, we're on 31 health thanks to their armor vendor, they have a 2-1, a 2-2, and a 1-3, so it's not like they're threatening us for a lot, parapower again, six-manal left, coin, calomostoplimalord, there it is, now calomostoplimalord, so just push play again so I can see the thing, calomostoplimalord is the 7-7-7 elemental, if you played an elemental last turn and voced one of the things in cante, I can't remember what they're called, one of them is summon a couple of 2-3s with taunt, another one is deal 2-3 to all enemy minions, we've only got a Jotan, that seems hardly worth it, oh no, oh dear, I just dropped, all right, hold, it's on hold, external in, yeah, is it still recording, and picking out is, I dropped the recording device and the microphone popped out, so hopefully the sound is better now, anyway calomost, one of them is six damage to the enemy hero, and one of them is to heal yourself for 12, and they just doubled the battle cry, so they just got to heal for 12 and 12 again, so this puts them up to 29 and 3 armor, so they're on 32, and then they trade their 3 minions into my Jotan, so now they have a 7-7, 32 health, I thought they were on 8 a moment ago, anyway, we've just drawn Solita's scythe for the turn, which is not a minion, but it was with a digital lacquerity thankfully, and then we draw a taste of chaos, which is not terrific because it's not finale'd, anyway, Phantom Hammer finishes off the calomost climb lord, does one to their face, putting them to 31, oh, and then we face Solita's scythe side hero power, attack them down to 26, oh we've got a long way to go, the only thing we have in hand is taster chaos and unleash fel, next time we'll let Tamana, I don't think we'll ever be on finale'd on this taster chaos, which is one mana, two damage to a minion, if you're finale'd, you get to discover, so they play Granite Forge born, which is a 4 mana 4/5, which is reduced to the cost of all our mittens in their hand by one, they play another shell spider, it's just drawing them two cards, an armor vendor, again, giving them, it's putting them up to 34, then a pebbley page, they start to hear a pang, so they're getting doubled with the battle cries, this is gross, now they're playing an ancestral knowledge, they're tapped out, of course, but they've drawn a whole bunch of cards and gained a bunch of armor, we draw chaos strike, joking, cast chaos strike, so we draw a card, we draw mana burn, so we cast chaos strike, that draws us, deal with the devil, I mean, we're also only going to get 10 months, we cast deal with the devil giving us four, three threes, we may as well mana burn them, because we're here powered, I'm thinking about it, whether I unleash fel, so yeah, we unleash fel, that kills the pebbley page, does one damage to a few things, then we taste of chaos the shell spiders that it's gone, we get to discover minim officers, sigil time predation, feel like I took minim officers, here we go, and then we just go face for nine with our face, so that wasn't the 24th, they still have a four, four and one, two, two, our three threes to the last deal, surely this slot will survive, of course, they've got a bunch of cards in hand, and 10 mana, they go face for five with their minions, and card off the top is grumble the world shaker, so that's a six mana, seven, seven elemental, the return to the minions to hand makes them cost one, then the hero powering, then there's a lightning storm, so my minions gone again, we're on 39, of course, but still a seven, seven is a seven, seven, they're on 24, there's an armor vendor, okay, I said they're on 24, now they're on 32 again, because that's grumble, return it to the hand, we're drawing a chaos strike, Jordan cast the chaos strike, so we draw another card, get plus two attack, there's a going down swinging, so this four mana, gain plus two attack, and attack all enemy minions while immune for the turn, so we cast the second cast strike, because it's four attack, we hear a power, now we cast going down swinging, so we've got seven attack this turn, we attack the grumble, so we don't have to worry about that, and we attack the armor vendor, I guess it's gone now at least, and then we get to go face for seven, we might as well mana burn them as well, because what I'm thinking now at this point is just get every fail spell out of my hand as I can, because I draw a bounce hole, I want to play Jase, and I want to be able to win with it, they're on 25, they're only got seven mana this turn, because they overloaded a little bit last turn, we've got metamorphosis number two in our hand and found the flames, found the hammer in hand, they're here, powering, they're playing a one mana granite force pawn, because they bounced it, that reduces the cost of hitting things in the hand by two, they're playing an ETC, so they're going to get to discover two cards over, now here's the moment I thought it disconnected, they discovered one card, why were there only two cards, they haven't played ETC already, have they, anyway I don't know why, maybe there's an error at this end, but I'm only seeing one card at this point, and it's just hanging in the screen, and so after a moment I'm like wait, am I disconnected, this is my final boss, I don't want to be disconnected, so I'm just going to scroll forward in the video a little bit here, past the, where we go, reconnecting to this game, so I come back in, I can still see the card floating, so I'm like alright, so I wasn't disconnected, and this is their rope burning out, so I had no idea what's going on there, I have no idea why there was only two cards in the ETC, I don't remember them playing it earlier, confusing, so I'm thinking there's some kind of display error on my end, anyway, their rope burns out, it's the end of the turn, they take that last card, okay it's our turn, we find a bound soul, bound soul casts automatically, that's a bit awkward, it gives us Jay Starquiver, I'm like you know what, I have to just run out Jayce right now, because what if they have dirty red, so I run out Jayce, Jayce casts, here we go, minor burn, that's giving them two less minor next turn, metamorphosis, that upgrades my hero power to deal five damage, taste of chaos just deals two damage one of the minions, deal with the devil summons four, three, three is the last deal, chaos strike, plus two attacking drawing a card, and the card we drew is another minor burn, fan the hammer, kills their ETC and puts their granite forge burn down to one health, here he gives me plus three attack, fel barrage, finishes the granite forge, forge burn does two, they face burn into 23, unleash fel does one to the face from the 22, sigil of sky diving, chaos strike gives me another plus two attack, that draws another bound soul, another deal with the devil gives me two more three threes of the last deal, because my board space is full, and now I'm out of mana, so five damage to the face of the metamorphosis, we got plus five attack, we mana burn them again, and we attack them for seven, putting them to 10, now they only got six mana to the same because I mana burn them twice, and I have six three threes of the last deal and a chase, seems reasonable to me, I think, also we're on 47, and in hand we have a metamorphosis, a fan the hammer, and two bound souls, of which won't do a loss, place with shard freezes my face, and a snowfall guardian freezes my whole board, and granite forge burn reduces more alimeters in the hand to stuff, and then there's a blade master ocarni, so a blade master ocarni of course is the one that they choose minion or spell, and the first one of those that I play is counted, but I don't know which it is, my sigil of sky diving triggers and does nothing because my board is full, I got two bound souls in hand though, so that's nice, and we draw it unleash fel, so unleash fel casts, stealing one damage to everything, including their face, healing me for not much, we hero power their face with fire, putting them to four, now we cast a bound soul, because let's just see if I'll count it, yep, and I'll count it as set to spell, so that counts that, and then we just play the second metamorphosis, we have in hand, and we should be able to do them for five, now I'm just looking at that counting everything, second metamorphosis, refreshes the hero power again, we get to use it again, we do another five to the face, and finally we got them, but my goodness, I thought we had the game sewn up 10 minutes ago, I mean this game is 11 minutes long, but you know what I mean, 10 minutes of commentary load, when I put them down to five mana, five health, sorry, with the metamorphosis and play, and suddenly they complete their quest, by glacial sharding my face, use the quest to double the battle cry and then play an arm of endogaining eight health, I'm like what, that's not what I expected, but anyway, that's legend and standard and in wild, all on one episode, and there's a train here, so let's get on this, I kind of did well, I hope the microphone popping out, it didn't cost us, I left it, check that tonight, anyway look, follow me on twitch twitter and youtube, adblistagai, follow the podcast walkthrough here on twitter and come hang out and discord discord.me/blistagai, it's always a
