Like my friend, who simply indulged in the joy of her experiences without thinking about sales or deadlines, we too can focus on our joy, rest, peace, and satisfaction without expecting anything in return. Second, we need to reconnect with our intentions. Knowing our 'why' gives us direction and helps us align our thoughts and feelings with our goals. Lastly, we must be mindful of our thoughts about money. Instead of focusing on lack, we should immerse ourselves in feelings of abundance and enjoyment.
It’s also important to remember to treat ourselves with the same care and attention we give to our loved ones. Ask yourself if you are taking care of your needs with as much concern as you do for others. Reflect on how you talk to and encourage yourself—are you as kind and supportive to yourself as you are to those you cherish? By doing so, you might find that not only do you feel better, but you also start seeing positive changes in your life. So, let’s shift our focus to what lights us up and brings us joy, and watch how effortlessly abundance flows into our lives.
