Contrast can be extremely uncomfortable and downright frustrating. Episode 34 was about what to DO when you manifest what you don’t want. This week's episode is all about the gifts of contrast and how we can benefit from creating the opposite of what we desire. Once the sting of disappointment and confusion wears off, hopefully, we can pause, see the bigger picture, and start to appreciate the hidden gifts of contrast.
