Coffee & Geography

Coffee & Geography S01E08 Helen Young (UK)

Kit talks to Helen Young (she/her) over a brew of Typhoo, chatting about the North-South divide, GIS, crown green bowling, and psychic abilities, amongst other things!

Helen is a part-time geography teacher, juggling lots of other interesting jobs on the side. She describes herself as ‘average intelligence, but hard-working and super-efficient’ so few people have ever noticed this! A DIY enthusiast, gardener, bit techy, definitely the 'man of the house'! Helen is interested in equality of all kinds, but a vested interest in women's and LGBT+ rights. Lover of a simple life, marginal psychic abilities and a self-confessed terrible traveller!
