Gary Hines (Music Director and Producer of the 3-time, Grammy Award-Winning Sounds of Blackness) joins live from the recording studio where he is in pre-production for a new single that may be Sheletta’s new jam. Gary speaks to the necessity of youth involvement in the Sounds of Blackness and its legacy. Gary and some members of the Sounds of Blackness will be traveling to Los Angeles later this week as a nominee at the NAACP Image Awards. He also extends an invitation to his upcoming event at the Minneapolis Art Institute performance for Alicia Keys Exhibit on March 7th.
