Just 46 migrant apprehensions this past week in Brownsville. Compare that to over 2,100 in Eagle Pass in the last five days. I wonder why Biden chose Brownsville. It's a shale bark. Live from the Matthew's Brothers Studios. Here's a thing. We have done the work to make sure we're dealing with a broken immigration system. When the lie detector test determined that was a lie. Close your captain Howie Car. President Biden had his annual physical yesterday and his doctor says the results show he is fit to serve in the White House. How was your physical? Good? Good? Good? Yeah? Yeah? Too good. Matter of fact, you know what the doctor said? The doctor said I was too healthy. You know? In too good of shape. Don't even know how. Too good of shape. He didn't go to your physical debut. I did not. Rump swabs, hacks, and moon bats beware. It's Howie Car. 844-542-844-544-542-4242. The text line is really moving today. People listening to the dueling speeches or Trump had a speech. Brandon is just a drooling, I guess. He's not dueling. He's drooling. 508. What are the odds the wildfires in Texas aren't all naturally occurring? The same as they are in California, which is not very naturally occurring. 508. Brandon had the House and the Senate, but he couldn't pass a bill. Yeah. You're not supposed to ask that question now because you're a Democrat operative with a press pass. 71. I had a heart catheterization procedure done last summer. There were three of us in the unit. Two of the three needed interpreters. I wasn't one of them. Is a cartel considered NGO? That's a really good question. 339. 727. Send the military age men to Ukraine. As if they don't have enough problems in Ukraine, right? That just be even more crime and this disruption and destruction in Ukraine than there is now. 844-542-42. The amount of panhandlers in the subways has exploded. Yeah, near the suburbs near shopping centers has exploded. Yeah, that's their idea of working for a living as panhandling. 844-542-42. Time now for the chumpline. Our Mitch McConnell calling. I know I'm very surprised some people buying out some of my retirement, but but I assure you I'm just as fast and as vibrant as I've always been. Well, I'm in the problem of mine. Is there a McConnell? Uh oh, we got to reboot him again. As a U.S. Senator from Kentucky, I always preferred before Rand Paul Jim Bunning, the former Pitts for Philadelphia and Detroit Tigers pitcher. He was he was a great pitcher and I liked him as a senator too. Can I get me a hunting license and one of those 800 round clips from my gun, please? Yeah, I was looking around for some actual audio of that discussion yesterday. I haven't I've seen any. I'm gonna keep looking for it. The Kataanji Jackson Brown talked about how or Brown Jackson talked about the 800 the guns that fire 800 rounds per second per second. That's after the feds responding to a question from Clarence Thomas said they fired 600 rounds per second and she opted a little bit. Not only is she a not a biologist, she's not a gunsmith either. I'm guessing it won't be long before liberals claim that Lady Justice now identifies as a man. Lady Justice has gone on the lamb. I said that yesterday, I think when was the last time you saw the statue of Lady Justice, you know, with the holding the scales of Justice and she's got the blood she's wearing the blindfold because Justice is blind. Justice is the only way Justice is blind now is if it's blind drunk like Hunter Biden. See Congress is putting function in this. The function of this trigger is to cause this kind of damage 800 rounds a second or whatever. Is that it? That's it. 800 rounds per second or what? I'm not a big gun expert but you know I I wouldn't have said that. Nicky Haley said she would drop out once Liz Cheney enters the race. Aren't you getting the Liz Cheney vibe? That was a really good headline from a couple of days ago. Nicky Haley starting to give off the the Liz Cheney vibe. Joe Biden has told Joe to stay focused on the border or you won't get his ice cream. Yeah Joe Joe picked Brownsville, Texas because he thought it was a it was a type of a new type of chocolate ice cream from Ben and Jerry's. I was not sitting next to Hunter when he was drunk or high and threatened sometimes. Dude actually I was sitting at my father's kitchen table with Ambrose Ambrose then again watching some bridge collapse in Pittsburgh that's when the lightning struck and it ran up the ran up the hill from the lake and it set fire to everything and almost killed Willow the cat and the the firefighters who put out put out the fire in ten seconds when they arrived. At last the turtles going into hibernation one positive step to getting back our nation. This old geyser whose brains in the freezer has been in Washington since God's creation. He only gets brain freezes every once in a while though. He hasn't had one for a few months. Of course we haven't seen much of him in the last few months. Howie last time I had a million dollars put into my bank account I wasn't in the right frame of mind either. You're not a great artist okay like like Hunter Biden he's a he's the Picasso the Michelangelo of our 21st century. You just don't appreciate his genius until he maybe cuts off his ear. Howie Jeff Dio calling I've had it with your bullying. I'll debate you anywhere anytime just as long as you pick up the fair I gotta go. DoorDash 844 542 42 an interesting story about the DoorDash I just posted it on Twitter kind of kind of explains a few of the things that have been going on lately. We're gonna be talking about the candidates who are trying to keep the state of Massachusetts a two-party state in the final hour of the show this evening. After next Tuesday Nikki Haley's new pronouns will be so long farewell goodbye and I won't be seeing you. You think she'll really be off and out probably. I don't I don't see much future for her. They say that Trump could wrap it up as early in terms of getting the requisite number of delegates as early as March 12th and Super Tuesday is March 5th. 603 says you had it right the first time with just this Jackson Brown running on empty. Yes she is running on empty like like so many others. You know I'm not surprised that they said that Biden's physical came out all right. What I'm more surprised about is that they give Kareem Jump here in office. I figured she'd have a little table in the corner like at the doctor's office for the little kids where they could draw with the crayon. Hey come on she broke the glass ceiling man she's the first black immigrant lesbian and she went to the Ivy League too. That was your last chumpline message thank you for calling Howie Carr. Uh oh we got to reboot him again. You see how much worse is he than Chuck Schumer who recently referred to the dictators in China, Iran and North Carolina. I don't think he's that much further gone than Chuck Schumer or certainly not Nancy Pelosi is in the same league. I'm Howie Carr. Watch Howie Live at rumble.com/the Howie Carr show. Illegal aliens, Biden's, Kennedy's or everyday Americans? Illegal aliens. 46% say illegals, 41% say Biden's, 10% say Kennedy's everyday Americans back up to 3%. Very delusional, 3% listening today or hopeful maybe. 844-500-4242. Sketty, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Sketty. Hi Howie. Thank you. I've been, I've been in hope for a while but I enjoyed it because I think it's a listen to you talking. So one thing I want to just come out and say first if I may. Just one thing and then I'll talk about something else real quick because I know they don't got much time. Don't you think Donald Trump sounded a little tired? Yeah, he's not like he's messed up like buying words and stuff but I noticed he did kind of, I don't know, mash his words together and stuff. I'm really worried, I think. He was partying all night with a certain radio host wasn't he? He said, Sketty, he's kind of busy these days. He came down last night. He didn't have his tie on. He waved to everybody. I mean, he was enjoying himself but he's got a lot of things on his mind, don't you? Thanks, Sketty. I know it's a bogus case but they tried to, this circuit court judge in Illinois threw him off the ballot yesterday. I mean, he's got a lot on his mind so he was at Palm Beach last night. He flew down to Texas today and he's going to be all over the place for Super Tuesday doing all these appearances in the next few days. I thought he sounded pretty good. I mean, maybe he's a little weary but he was trying to make a lot of points by going down that list of horrible crimes that have been committed by illegal aliens just recently. Thanks for the call, Sketty. Dan, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Dan. Yeah, I made the point that I mean, I would be curled up under the bed in a fetal position if I was going through everything he's going through. I don't know how he does it. You know, that's what the mailroom manager said last night when we were going home. She said, I don't know how he does it. He's always got a smile on his face and he's down mixing it up with people. I mean, would you like to go down and if you've just gotten thrown off the ballot and you have all these people coming after you day after day, would you go down and have dinner with, you know, in a room with 100 other people? I don't think so. I wouldn't. I know. And he's standing on a border that was fixed a bunch of years ago. That's got to be disheartening too, you know, watching him stream through. But anyway, about those dueling speeches, how I think Brandon's been reading those hand cards wrong. You know, he was, I think, according to the time honored art of rep our day, supposed to be saying something self-deprecating. But I think he's been saying stuff self-defecating. Just an easy, simple mistake. You know what I mean? I'm telling you, I'm telling everybody, if you haven't seen the video of him walking on the border today, it's, it's really sad. It's, he, he looks, I'm telling you, like, like, I remember zombies looking like in, in the old movies when I was a kid. He doesn't have his arms straight out like a, like a hardcore universal zombie from the early, early 40s. No, the zombies had their arms out too, like the mummy, didn't they? But he, he looks like he just, he's walking this. He's just got that stiff gate like his knees don't bend. Right. And he's like going back and forth like this. You know, it, oh, it's just, he really, really looks bad. Thanks for the call, Dan. Ronald, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Ronald. Hi, Howie. Yeah, sorry for the static. I just wanted to point out something as far as Biden at the border. Yeah. Forget about it. They put him in the least perspective where they're all coming through and you know that. Right. And he talks out of fable to get about it. It's like, come on, it's like, you know, it's like, come on. You know, when it, whenever he says I, you know, I, I, I couldn't get the bill through Congress, he had a majority, a, a pretty solid majority in the house. He had a enough votes in the Senate to get anything through. He wanted, he didn't want to get anything through. He wanted them to surge the border. He believes in the fundamental transformation of America into a third world hellhole. That's what he's getting. And now he's lying about it, or his handlers are lying about it. And Howie Carr. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. 844-542-844-542-42. Although the, the border has been broken under Joe Biden. There are still courageous law enforcement and federal agents who tried to keep a handle on this tidal wave of illegal alien crime that is, doing such a, such a terrible, it's exacting a terrible toll on our society. One of the groups is Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, and they have an outfit called enforcement and removal operations, ERO. And ERO Boston has been busy. It's always busy, but joining us to talk about what they've been doing lately is ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd Lyons. Todd, thanks for being with us again here on The Howie Carr Show. Hey, Howie, how are you doing? Very good. This is a horrible story. There are a couple of horrible stories here just from the last couple of days. You guys arrested three illegal aliens from Portugal charged in the death of an infant, infant boy down in Rhode Island. Tell us about what happened there. Yeah, I would, so like you've seen in most major jurisdictions, you know, non-citizen crime is on the rise. And a big part of it is a lot of it is individuals that could have been encountered by my officers not to go out and re-offend, but you have individuals that are released by local jurisdictions, whether it be police departments or from a court that go out and commit heinous crimes. So here we had three women that were charged with, like you said, murder of a two-year-old infant which had significant bruising on his face. The father was also subsequently arrested. And then we had the other case that's made a lot of national news about the arrested in Gloucester of the individual that was arrested for sexual assault on a minor under 14 years old. One thing I'm, I'm, you know, perplexed by following their, I'm looking at your press release, following their arraignment, all three of these illegals posted bail and were released by the Sixth Division District Court of Rhode Island. One of them has been in the country illegally since, since for more than 25 years, more than 25 years. And yet they're just let go. And the child's alleged father was remanded to the, to the prison, to the Rhode Island prison in Cranston, the main unit. Why were these women let go? Yeah, and how that's a big thing that's really just hardening for a lot of the people with ICE and especially ERO. When we do identify individuals that are here in the country legally, when we do take those steps to ensure that we place an immigration, an immigration container on them, you know, those individuals. And you know, how a lot, a lot of it is some leftover remnants of ICE being labeled as separating families or just conducting, you know, really large rounds up. And like you've given me the opportunity so many times to explain what we do. We go after the worst of the worst. So like the case in Gloucester, they use three cases down in Rhode Island. These aren't the people you are back in your neighborhood. You don't want these people with the opportunity to re-offend. They've already broken federal law by being in the country legally anyways. Right. Right. So, okay, let's look at this case in in Gloucester. You guys, ERO nabbed the unlawfully present. I like the way that's unlawfully present. 34 year old citizen of Guatemala. He was recently convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. Now, it then, but the story says in the Amerean from the Herald, the illegal alien had been released by Gloucester District Court, despite ERO Boston having filed an immigration container against him. I mean, Todd, I, you know, I hate to see mole-fashioned here, but isn't indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 a fairly serious offense? That's extremely serious. One of the conditions was he was placed on probation and a registered sex offender in state of Massachusetts. Those are the people we don't want to re-offend where he can go out and, you know, victimize the child again. In this victim, there's no justice for him or her. And one of the other issues is we don't know exactly when this individual came in the country. So he could be one of those possible 1.2, 1.8 million getaways. And if he, we don't keep proper tabs on those individuals or take them back into custody, they have a chance just to hide in plain sight and blend back into society, back into the neighborhood, just to re-offend. So where did you guys pick him up if he was released by the court after he was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14? Where did he, where did you guys catch him? Well, he actually did reside in Gloucester and he was on his way on foot going to work, which is another mystery in itself and the fact that he's very legally working in the commonwealth. But yeah, the great thing is you might have seen some of the other press releases. Essex County sheriffs, when they did take him to the jail, they ensured that a part of his detention file had that detainer in there. So there was definitely folks knew that we wanted this individual. And unfortunately, we've seen it how you and I have talked to many times about individuals being released from the court system to go back out and re-offend again. Right. Yeah, I know. And there doesn't seem to be any, I mean, you know, they had that rare indictment of a district court judge when Trump was president, but that's, I mean, that was it. And most of the time they're just, they're just in the wind after they're, after they let go. And you know, I'm just looking here at another, this is a federal case that you aren't involved in, but it just shows what happens. Boston, they call him a Boston man, Robinson, Alberto Bayez, Nova, 39 of Jamaica Plain. And he was sentenced to 22 years in prison for child exploitation charges. So he's up here in Boston. And he's working, he's using social media to recruit child victims for his insidious purposes in, and they're all in the Dominican Republic. So they're even, even when they're up here, they're still preying on people in their homelands, aren't they, in many cases? It did be exactly how. And the other thing, too, is they're preying on a lot of their other immigrant communities here at the States as well, just because so many people have this idea that if they come forward to I, so they work for federal authority, they'll be deported as well. That's 100% not the case. You know, the individuals like him, there was another one that we just worked with the U.S. attorney on. He was indicted for deportation. I was right, he re-entered, we had to deportation. He was an aggravated felon that came back. We were able to get a 10-year federal sentence on him out of the U.S. District Court. So when we have the opportunity, we have a great chance to be a great law enforcement partner. But it's really disheartening to see a lot of these jurisdictions, especially sanctuary cities that want to be a welcoming community, yet they're welcoming crime by not working with us. Yeah. Well, I'll just read you another one here. This is from yesterday, again, from the U.S. attorney. Brazilian citizen, previously convicted of indecent assault and battery on a minor. Stop me if this, if you've heard this one before, it's like the Guatemalan sentenced for illegal re-entry. I mentioned this one yesterday, gohereme perara 27 was sentenced to time served approximately six weeks, six weeks. And he had been convicted, he had been convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older and three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. I mean, you know, how do you, you know, you're a convicted sex offender and you get caught in your illegal alien and you get six weeks? What happened? Do you know what happened to this guy? No, how, and unfortunately, that's, you know, there's just too many of those. Yeah. Now that the Gloucester case has gone national. And I've said it before, the problem is that, you know, my office up here doesn't have the manpower to go up to every single one of these you know, public safety threats that are non-citizens in the Commonwealth. You know, my folks have to decide every day, are they going to go arrest the fentanyl dealer or the child sex rapist? Because we don't have enough people to go for both. But there are just so many of them out there that we really need to help these, you know, other jurisdictions and courts that hang on to these people or give us a chance to put hands on them so they don't go out and re-offend again. We're talking to Todd Lyons from ICE's ERO Emergency Removal in Boston. Now, people want to know, who was this judge in Gloucester who let this guy go after being convicted? Or do you want to name him or her? Not right now. It's just, it was definitely a good record. And again, that's very, very unfortunate because a lot of, a lot of agencies, like I said, Essex County, Mass State Police, they don't, they understand the dangerousness of these people. So what I don't understand is how a lot of these jurisdictions or think that a two-year probation on someone that's here illegal anyway is any benefit to the state. To have a non-system public safety threat be placed on probation, re-released to offend again, in hope that that person enrolls into sex offender registry is, is just mind-blowing to us, especially at the federal level. You know, now that I'm looking at this, this whole story about the Guatemalan, which has gone national, this illegal alien from Guatemala in decent assault and battery on a child under 14, why is this in district court? Why didn't this get kicked up to superior court? I mean, this, this seems like, isn't that a felony in decent assault and battery? Yeah, yeah, that's a very, yeah. It's an aggravated felony, which you would have thought it would have went a little higher than it did. God, it's just, things are out of control. I'm glad you guys are doing anything though, Todd. You know, I'm just, I'm glad they let you do anything. It's, I, and I'm sure it's, it must be beyond frustrating every day going to work in this, in this situation. You know, it definitely is, Holly, but one great thing for the men and women of, especially, ERO, Boston, is the fact that you give me the opportunity to come out and sing their praises and let everyone know exactly what they're doing and the truth behind what ERO does to make, you know, state of Massachusetts safe. So for that, we really appreciate the opportunity to get on here, explain exactly the good things that we do every day. Well, we think ERO enforcement and removal operations in Boston for ICE, we think you guys are doing a great job. You know, Todd, I'll ask you one question on the way out. How come the Herald always runs these stories, but the Boston Globe never does? Well, yeah, I could never tell you, we actually did have one story in the Globe the other day, which was really mind blowing. I think I got more texts about that than I did anything. I really wish more people would pick it up though, how I really do, because it's not, I don't think it's apolitical. I think it's a public safety message, right? So I definitely agree. I agree. Yeah, I'd say that we, you know, we, we at the Herald, we will run the stories because we think it is a, you know, it is, it's adventurous to our readers and our listeners on the radio. And it's, and it's also, you're right, it's a public service. It, it, it lets people know what the, what's going on out there on the street. It's, it's, it's not all peaches and cream, despite what the, what you're told by Mara Healy at all every, every day. Todd Lyons from ICE's immigration and enforcement and enforcement and removal operations, ERO and Boston. We really appreciate you being with us, Todd, and tell everybody who works for you. Thank you and keep up the good work and thank you for your service. We really appreciate it. They, you know, getting them off the street, you know, even for as brief amount of time as possible. And a lot of times they sneak back into the country, you got to, you got to try to do something. Thank you, Todd Lyons. I'm Howie Carr. Howie will be right back after this short break. Days then confused, as they're saying, and that's a, that's accurate. And of course, the, where is everybody? Of course, the comrades are disputing that. How do you know he's dazed and confused? Just because he's got the thousand yards there, as the cops say, and he's slack-jawed and he's not moving. That doesn't mean he's dazed and confused. This is, these are some of his remarks. Cut two. In addition of 4,300 additional asylum officers. Additional asylum officers? Additional asylum officers. Asylum. Cut three. When, when, when the criminal gang say, well, get you north, what's 8,000 bucks, they say, no, wait, let me get this straight. I'm going to go north. This is going to cost me six, eight, probably more closer to eight, I guess, thousand dollars equivalent. Do I hear, I have $6,000 for getting over the border in a life of crime and free welfare. Do I hear eight? I got 6,000. Do I hear 8,000? Do I hear 8,000? Cut four. I'm not going to pay the cartel thousands of dollars to make that journey. Knowing that will be turned around quickly. Look, we also need more cutting-edge inspection machines to detect and stop fentanyl. Cutting-edge? A whole well bird. It's no one cutting-edge inspection machines. Don't cut me. Don't cut me. Cut five. This, this compromised bill would provide an additional four, three, four hundred and twenty-four million dollars. Four, three, four hundred and when billions, a trillion, seven hundred, million dollar, billion dollars. Could you repeat that, Mr. President? I didn't quite get that number. This, this compromised bill would provide an additional four, three, four hundred and twenty-four million dollars. Thank you, Mr. President. Could we quote you on that? Cut six. Bill. And I want to thank again, Congressman Gonzalez, helping me get that through and get the past and that was the law. Ed, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Ed. Hey, Ed. Sorry. Hey, Howie. I was listening to that interview with Officer Lyons from ICE. And, you know, you're a lot smarter than most of us are. You're in tune to things and help educate us because I've always had this, this question. Whereas ICE is a, is a, an arm of federal law enforcement, just like FBI is a federal law enforcement. Am I correct in saying that? Correct. Yes. Okay. So, so please tell me why an immigration officer, a nice officer, can not arrest somebody in the street for being here illegal. If, if being here illegal is a crime, why do they have to wait for one of these, one of these people who actually commit an offense? I know. They go and arrest them. Is that? Well, you know what they're doing? Ed, what they've done under, under Biden is that they've put all these people on parole. They, it used to be a rare occurrence. People that used to be on the border patrol and are retired say that, you know, in the old days, if, if there was like an, an emergency or you thought somebody was on the level, you would put them on parole so they could go, you know, into the country before they had a hearing. Now they just routinely rubber stamped them on parole. That's why they don't, that they don't call them illegal aliens anymore because technically they're on parole, but they came over under phony names. They have no intention of ever going to their quote unquote asylum hearings. 97% of asylum hearings appeal, they're denied because they aren't seeking anything other than asylum from hard work.
