This is AP News. I'm Rita Folle. A strike in Gaza has killed dozens of people waiting for aid according to health officials there. The AP's Karen Shamas has that, and an update on how many Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of the war there. More than 30,000 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip since October the 7th according to health officials. As a new strike in northern Gaza raises the death toll, Gaza's health ministry has said dozens of people were killed in an Israeli strike on a crowd of Palestinians waiting for much needed humanitarian aid in northern Gaza. An official said hundreds more were wounded in the strike in Gaza City. I'm Karen Shamas. Donald Trump and President Biden will each be in Texas today. At the border, hundreds of miles away from each other. Immigration is a hot topic in the presidential election. The Supreme Court agreed to hear Donald Trump's immunity claim. The AP's Sagar McGani, with the latest on this, the Supreme Court says it will decide if Donald Trump can be prosecuted in his election interference case. Lower courts have rejected Trump's novel claims that former presidents have absolute immunity for actions falling within their official job duties. It appeals panel here in Washington had ruled a federal judge was right to say that the case against Trump can proceed and he can be prosecuted for actions while in the White House and leading up to the Capitol riot. The high court justices are moving fast, saying they will hear arguments in late April and make a decision no later than the end of June. Sagar McGani Washington. Comedian Richard Lewis has died at his home in Los Angeles after suffering a heart attack, according to his publicist, Lewis was 76. Richard Lewis was known for turning his anxieties into stream of conscious stand up. He also starred with Jamie Lee Curtis in the TV series Anything But Love, as Prince John in the film Robin Hood Men and Tights, and in Curb Your Enthusiasm with Larry David, who he met at sports camp as kids. Lewis said in a 2008 AP interview, musician Lou Reed told him what his legacy would be. He said, you're going to be that neurotic Jewish comedian. I don't care if you win three Austin's. That's it.
