Just Dumb Enough Podcast

Eating Disorders with Jessica Setnick

The topic of eating disorders can make people really uncomfortable. It's not something that sees much attention, and according to my expert, it might be so well hidden for a number of reasons, including: shame, trendy diets, an injury, or just because the person engaged in the bad habits doesn't realize they have a problem. My guest today is Jessica Setnick. Jessica is a dietician with over 25 years of experience, who also regularly consults with other health professionals on a global scale to ensure better education. She's here today to discuss the various and numerous eating disorders, and the impact it has on your life long term. ( JessicaSetnick.Com  Instagram: @UnderstandNutrition ) Also a little shoutout to Podbean, my host site, for once again featuring the show on the front page! It's always a huge honor and I hope I can use this momentum to take back a top education spot as well as grow the audience even more! If you are a new listener, I'm so happy you've found the show! And if you're a long time listener, thank you so much for being with me along this wild and crazy journey. Either way, I hope you'll be around for years to come as I do my very best to make this show into the greatest version of itself! For now, Let's make sure our diets aren't harming us. If you enjoyed the episode, please take a brief moment to rate the show five stars on iTunes, Spotify, or Audible.  If you really like what I'm doing, remember to subscribe for more episodes every week and check out the over one hundred episode backlog! Let me know what you'd like to hear next by reaching out and emailing me: DumbEnoughPodcast@Gmail.Com or send a message to me on any of the show pages: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or wherever else. I am always looking for new topics, guest ideas, and questions from the audience. Updated March rankings are as follows: 1. The United States, with Oregon, Texas, and Wisconsin as top states. 2. The United Kingdom. 3. Canada, with Ontario taking back top province. 4. Australia, now led by Victoria. 5. Ireland, holding on against some stiff competition. That's it for today! I'll see you all back here on Thursday to learn more about working dogs!
