President Donald J. Trump on 9-0 SCOTUS ruling and Fani Willis | 3.4.24 - The Howie Carr Show Hour 1

As the president said himself, Howie hit the jackpot! He had scheduled an interview with Trump for this morning, and it just so happened SCOTUS decided to release their ruling on the Colorado case minutes before. Tune in for real-time reactions from the former (and, hopefully, future) president to his victory over the Deep State.

(upbeat music) - Better strap yourself in. It's time for the Howie Car Show. - The High Court just said moments ago that Mr. Trump can stay on this year's presidential ballot in Colorado. - It's a little dirty, it's still good. - Unfortunately for America, the court isn't necessarily wrong. - It's just a little slimy, it's still good, it's still good. - So to think that the Congress is gonna solve this, they barely can get a post office day in these days. - It's just a little airborne, it's still good, it's still good. - It's good. - I know. - Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. - My larger reaction is disappointment. - Oh, the tears of a sadness, me and me. - President Biden, number one, stop weaponization. Fight your fight yourself. - Don't use prosecutors and judges to go after your opponent to try and damage your opponent so you can win an election. Our country's much bigger than that. - Rum swabs, hacks and moon bounce beware, it's. (upbeat music) Howie Car. - This is a great day. I mean, we thought that we knew pretty much that this was the way it was gonna turn out in the Supreme Court. But still, it was a nice, nice victory. And many even nicer was, we got the first interview with President Trump after the decision came down. Before he went out to the ballroom at Mar-a-Lago to address the press, he spoke, he took time to speak to the Howie Car Show. We got it on tape, but we did just want to say that we really appreciate the fact that he made time in his busy day to speak to me. And through me to everyone who's gonna be voting tomorrow and including in our three New England states of Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont, those are the three New England states that we will be voting tomorrow. So without any further ado, let's go straight to this morning's interview, which was conducted around 10.30 this AM. Go ahead. - Welcome to the Howie Car Show. Joining us now on the line is President Donald J. Trump. He just got his victory that would all been anticipating a big win for America in the U.S. Supreme Court. Let me be the first in the media, I think, or I hope to congratulate you, President Trump. - You are, you are. We had this, you got lucky. You had to hit the jackpot because just found out about it. And they said, Howie's on the call, he's holding for you. And you are actually the first, so that's fine. That's good, that's good with me. How does, I know this was anticipated, but you have to feel pretty good about it. - Well, I do and I was very honored by a nine to nothing vote. And this is for future presidents. This is not for me. This is for future presidents, all presidents. And the next thing coming up, I think which will be of equal importance will be immunity because the president has to have immunity or they won't be able to function, they'll be ceremonial. So I think that's a very important one coming up. And, but this was a very big decision. It was a great decision. I heard very well reasoned. And look, it'd be very hard to take away the vote from a person that's leading both Republicans and Democrats is essentially the presumptive, as they say in politics, presumptive nominee in the Republican party and also leading Biden by a lot. So we're leading the Republicans at a level that nobody's seen before. And we're also, nobody's actually seen this. We could have a clean slate tomorrow. We could super Tuesday is the big one. And that's tomorrow, I hope everybody gets out of votes. We could clean it out. - Including in three New England states, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. You know, I keep reading these headlines. Nikki Haley won the Washington primary. Mr. President, how many votes did she get? - Very little, almost nothing. And it's very insignificant. We didn't play there, because it's the swamp. You know, they're all swamp votes. And we actually thought it would be sort of good to let her win that one, if you wanna know the truth. She worked hard there, she went to see everybody, all her friends at the swamp. - Like Reagan with Bondale in 1984. I had to look all over the place on the internet this morning, she got 1274 votes. And she's getting all these giant headlines like she won everything. - Yeah, well, it's bad. The press is so bad, it's so dishonest. So that's why it's doing poorly. But no, we didn't play there. She did, she spent a lot of money there. She was there all the time. And by the way, she just won it by a little bit. She's not a good candidate. I will tell you, she's not shown to me. You know, we've won every major state. We've won in records, record numbers. And I think tomorrow we're gonna have a great, I think we're gonna have a great day tomorrow. - 15 for 15 or however many it is? - Well, I'd love that. I don't know, it's a hard thing to do, but there's a possibility we could. We're doing very well in the polling. - Let me ask you about these people who are going after you. I just wanna know, which of these prosecutors do you think is the worst? Jack Smith, Leticia James, Alvin Bragg, or Fannie Willis? - Well, they're all bad and they are bad in different ways. You have deranged Jack Smith and you look at his track record. He's got a bad track record 'cause he always goes too far. He goes so far and then he gets overturned unanimously in the Supreme Court. He's a bad guy and they're bad people. And it has nothing to do with it. It all comes out of the justice bar. By the way, it's all by, just so you know, including the state ones, the AGs and including the DA. Do you know the DA, Alvin Bragg? They put their top Washington person into the DA's office to run the DA's office having to do with me. So we have a federal guy in the DA, the local DA's office in New York. We have a person running the DA's office. Think of this from the Department of Justice. It's like a federal thing. And you know, we're not supposed to know that he's there. They like to keep it quiet. But we have people from the department and how about this? You have a guy who wrote a book, he was there. He was Hillary Clinton's lawyer. And he went into that office to become a prosecutor, to prosecute me. He then got fired, wrote a book. And Alvin Bragg said, this is a horrible thing that such a thing could take place. And that's actually a big subject because people cannot believe. But Hillary Clinton, they put Hillary Clinton's attorney into the DA's office to get Trump. Think of that. How about Fannie Willis? How about Fannie Willis? It was a book before the case was over. He wrote a book before anything happened. The whole thing is crazy. These are very dishonest people. Did Fannie Willis tell the truth under oath about her relationship with Nathan Wade, do you think? Absolutely not. She said she barely knew him. And then she got was it 2,000 phone calls and like 4,000 text messages. You know, I've been married to a great first lady for a long time and I don't think about, I don't know if I have that many for all the years. This was in the short period. And remember, they barely knew each other and just in that. And then they find this treasure trove of, I don't know how you can have that many text messages. What was it? 2,000-- Yeah, I think there were 12,000 phone calls and 12,000 text messages. And that was just what your guys found. That's possible because they only had a few years to do it. That's more than Peter Struck and Lisa Page, the FBI lovebirds head. They were up there but they had, yeah, a small thousands, I guess, right? They had it going pretty good too. But just unbelievable. My understanding is, this stormy Daniels trial, the judge wants you to be there in court for, I don't know, three weeks every day. What's that all about? Why, this is a ridiculous case, why need? Well, they all say it's a ridiculous case. They all say this is a case that shouldn't have been brought. None of them should have been brought. This is prosecutorial misconduct. And the judge is a Trump pater, major Trump pater. And honestly, shouldn't be allowed to be the judge. He's a major, major Trump pater. And it's a very unfair situation. But I've had a lot of unfairness in my life. And we just keep on charging. Howie, we just keep on going. Now, this is a very unfair case. It's a ridiculous case. It's a case that legal experts say there's no crime, shouldn't be brought, and should never be brought. And but a lot of them, look at the Fannie Willis, that should never have been brought. That was brought in order for those two people to make a lot of money so they could go travel together and spend the money. And she didn't pay cash, she didn't, there was no cash. She made that up when she found out, oh, gee, I took money that I gave to this guy, and I got half of it for myself, you know? There was no cash. And if there was cash, you have to find out about it, 'cause that's worse. Okay, that would be actually worse. - What do you think of that judge in New York who made these rulings, your hundreds of millions of dollars? And then James O'Keefe finds him at that gym on Long Island that he's creeping out all the young women? - Well, he's a very corrupt person, in my opinion. Very corrupt. And there was nothing done wrong whatsoever there. And my financial statements were fantastic. They had disclaimer clauses, there was no victim. The banks were paid, the banks loved me, they testified that he was great client. They were paid back in full. A lot of loans are not paid back in full if you look today because the economy's lousy. You have commercial loans that aren't paid back. I don't even think the bank understood why they were there because they said no wait a minute, this loan was paid back in full. I paid it back early. I paid it actually back early and didn't need the money, company's very liquid. And this guy came up with this crazy number as a fine. There should be no fine, it shouldn't be $100 fine. But he said $355 million fine, think of it. On a loan that was a tiny fraction of that size alone. And the loan was paid back in full, no defaults, no problems, it was done and nobody understands it. And we're obviously appealing. But he's another Trump painter, he hates Trump beyond anything you could imagine. And he gave an opinion that's so bad for New York State. Businesses are leaving New York now. I had no jury, he wouldn't give us a jury. We were in a statute that was never used before. In other words, the statute that they used against me was never ever used before for anything like this. And it's a very unfair situation, but it's been the story of my life. - Mr. President, I'm gonna ask you one more question. I know you don't wanna get down into the weeds in Massachusetts politics, but there's a woman here in Massachusetts, Amy Carnavoli. She's the chairman of the Republican State Committee. And she was a delegate for you in Cleveland in 2016. She was at your fundraiser with Bill Koch. And you know who she is. She's been in the Oval Office with the late Jim Brown. She's been at the inauguration. She's, and she's being called all sorts of terrible names here in the run up to the primaries, the supertoose. And I just wanna tell you, is she as bad as they say she? They've even called her a whore. Other Republicans have called her a whore. - You know, I don't know anything about the situation. I really don't, I believe I've met her. But I don't know anything about, is there trouble within the Republican party up there? - Well, the same people are trying to get back in. They're led by a guy who worked for Cruz in 2016. And he's assisted by a guy who voted for Biden in the Democrat primary in 2008. And they're trying-- - Well, everybody that voted for Biden should not be involved in Republican politics up there, that I can tell you. I'm gonna look into it as soon as we finish this call. - Okay. - So we had a great, we had a great day with the Supreme Court. That was a great win for America. I was really very proud of it. And now, hopefully on immunity, which is a big win coming up, because you can't take the power away from the president. Once you do that, how you really strip the power away from the president, he or she is unable to do what they have to do for the country, because they'll be more concerned about being prosecuted, you know. - I know. - You can't be prosecuted. And you can't think about being prosecuted when you're making big decisions. - Congratulations, Mr. President. And thanks for giving me the first interview after you're a massive victory today. And it is, it's a big win for America. And congratulations again. - It really is. And thank you, been a great friend. Take care of yourself, Ali. - Thanks, Mr. President. If you're unhappy with your smile, you need to visit Dr. Bruce Houten in Nashua. Call 1-844-a-perfect-smiles.com. Taylor, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? Today's poll question, which you can vote in at HowieCarShow.com, is what will Nikki Haley do after she gets shellacked on Super Tuesday? Dropout, suspend her campaign, announce a third-party bid, or say she's staying in the GOP race all the way. I think I'm going to be in the minority and say she's going to, quote, unquote, suspend her campaign. 21% say she'll suspend. 60% say she'll stay in all the way. 14% say she'll announce a third-party bid. 5% say she'll dropout. Yeah, I think dropout was definitely the least likely option, for sure. 844-500-42-42. You know, I'm serious though about that. I had to look all over the internet this morning to find out how many votes Nikki Haley got. You would think that they would want to tell you. I mean, this is their candidate. She's won this smashing victory. And somebody else says, have you ever heard of a state or a district having a primary on a Sunday? It's kind of, you know, anti-religious, isn't it? I know, you know what, I've never seen that. Some of the southern states have a month's Saturday, like South Carolina, Louisiana. North Carolina used to do it. But Sunday? No, that's the Lord's Day, except in DC, because they worship-- I don't know what they worship, Satan. 844-500-42-42. Bob, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Bob. [INAUDIBLE] Hey there, Bob. Hey, Howie, how are you doing, Howie? I haven't called you in a long time. I have learned two issues. I think presidents from should make Ben Carson the vice president, you know, for his running mate. Yeah. And also, I think Biden should be charged with accessory to murder, because-- Yeah, I know that's hard to prove, though. I know what he's saying, he's saying that, you know, Lake and Riley would be alive today. A lot of people would be alive today, if they hadn't opened the borders. But that's a really hard case to prove. I like Ben Carson, but he's kind of mild, and he's getting up there in age. I mean, I think you need somebody a little bit younger. You know, I ran into it. The breakers, I tweeted out the picture. Sunday, I was getting my coffee at 6.30 or so. And I guess who walked downstairs, Senator Tim Scott. So I went over and had my picture taken with him, chatted with him for a little bit. And by the way, I've got the name of his comms guy. He said he'd be glad to talk on the air. I'll give it to you, off air tailor, his comms guy. Yeah, just email that to me, please. OK. Well, we won't have any problems like we did last week. But he-- I said, oh, down here talking to the big guy. You know, going there, I said, I know he was on the road yesterday, North Carolina and Virginia. But he's back today. You going down to Mar-a-Lago? It's which is about like two miles from the breakers. And he said, no, no. I was here to make a speech for the club for growth. And that's kind of a rhino group. Trump calls the club for no growth. But you know what? Trump doesn't care if Tim Scott doesn't have has a chance to make a few grand for making a speech. He's the Trump's not going to have any problem with that. He seemed like a decent guy. He was-- you know, he was with his fiancee, too, at 6.30 in the mornings. He seemed like a very-- the lack of a better term, normal guy. So that's my take on a potential vice presidential candidate who was in Palm Beach over the weekend. 844, 500, 42, 42. How I thought. No matter what your thoughts on Valentine's Day, some things are better together, like peanut butter and jelly, or a blockbuster movie in a bucket of popcorn. Another perfect match? That's byraycon.com/howie. Byraycon.com/howie. [MUSIC PLAYING] Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. 781 says, "Howie, how is your old pal Chris Christie doing?" I wasn't at the coffee bar. I wasn't at the all-you-can-eat breakfast pancake waffle bar. You know, you think Chris Christie's going to have any coffee? They got a nice breakfast spread at the breakers. Pretty pricey as opposed to the free coffee, which is my favorite. By the way, Tim Scott wasn't having coffee. He just got a bottled water. 844, 540 to 40. I'm not done yet. 603 says, "Nicky Haley winning the DC primary is like winning the bingo game on the Titanic." Indeed, yes, again, I was elected twice to the Wellesley town meeting precinct F. And the first year I was a write-in. I got like 12 votes or something. The next time I was for the three-year term, I was on the ballot, I think I got into triple digits. I think. Don't hold me to that, though. But that was one precinct in a town of about 30,000 people. But she's a big winner today. She is on the comeback trail with 1274 votes. Just don't look for that number unless you've got about 10 minutes to keep searching. Am I right, Grace? Well, a lot of people are saying it's a small win, but it's a symbolic win. Right. Like I said, they had Walter Mondale down in Minnesota. And he was stealing votes, supposedly, on the Indian reservations. And the Minnesota Republican said, hey, come on. Let's bring in the state police and shut this down. And the National Republican said not, just give him a state. Give him one state. And it's kind of the same thing, I think, with Nikki Haley. So how do you won the first time around with 12 write-ins? How many write-ins do you need to win a spot? What, as president, on the Wellesley town meeting. On the Wellesley town meeting. Like, did you have to pass the threshold of six? No. However whoever got the right number of votes, I was asleep. It was like 1130 at night. I'd fall on a sleep. And my youngest daughter was there. She came up and said, dad, there's someone called a town clerk on the line. And I went, oh, bleep. You said, oh, our lives are about to change. Now we find out who our real friends are. Get ready. Life is about to get real chaotic. What can I say? Well, I remember the second time, how are you asking me to send in your application? Right. And I forgot that day. And so then I called them the next morning. And I was in a complete panic. And I said, will you please still accept it? And the lady said, yeah, sure. We don't-- it's fine that you're late. And when I told you, you said, oh, I wouldn't have cared if you didn't get it in on time. But I think you wouldn't-- I would have just been embarrassed, because some people that have served in the legislature have forgotten or lost their signatures. And sometimes I've given them the needle, big time, in my call. But you could have blamed me. You could have pulled a Joe Biden and said, I blame my staffer for misaddling the documents. That would lead to the more needling as well it should. When you blame your underling for something, you should have figured out. Anyway, it's time now for Grace with the dose. Howie, let's keep going with Nikki Haley, because now she's suggesting this was actually yesterday on NBC. She suggested that she will not endorse Trump when he wins the GOP nomination. This is from the post-millennial. It says on Sunday, presidential candidate Nikki Haley said that she is no longer bound by the pledge she took to endorse the eventual Republican nominee. And suggested she may not endorse former President Donald Trump if he wins the primary. She said, it's not anything I think about. I think if you talk about an endorsement, you're talking about a loss. I don't think like that when you're in a race. You don't think about losing. You think about continuing to go forward. That's rag time. Yeah, that's a little Kamala Harris-esque. But yeah, so she's already changing the rules on that. Now, Trump, today, when he was at Mar-a-Lago, taking a victory lap on the Supreme Court decision, he mentioned-- After he spoke to the most important member of the press, two wit me. Yes. Well, I like that two wit. Very good. He did mention a poll from the New York Times that is out. And it shows, it's also from the post-millennial, it shows that in a head-to-head match up, former between the two presidents seeking a second term, President Donald Trump would be President Joe Biden by five points at the 2024 presidential election, were held today. Yeah, and there was another poll that came out over the weekend, the CBS poll. That was released yesterday, showed its largest lead for Trump yet with a four-point lead, 52, 48, 52. That's obviously over half, right? Yeah, but I just-- I don't want people to get-- No, no one's getting over-caused, but it graced. Don't get over-confident. Now, another big story today on the Joe Biden front is that Hunter Biden's Chinese legal client is threatening to sue unless the first son pays back $1 million. Hunter Biden was paid $1 million by Chinese firm CEFC to act as an attorney for its employee, Dr. Patrick Ho. But now Ho is threatening to sue the first son within seven days unless he gets the money back because he claims that Hunter did no legal work for him. This is from Miranda Divine. Yeah, there was some weird stuff in that story. This guy was involved in these Chinese businesses along with this guy named Yi Jiang Ming. Yes. And he was the chairman of CEFC. That was one of the Chinese energy company that gave him a lot of money. CEFC-- OK, I'm reading from the story-- paid Hunter a total of $7.2 million between March of 2017 and March of 2018. In other words, they bribed him $7.2 million in a single year. Yi-- also, this is something you may remember. Yi also gave Hunter a $3.16 carat diamond in February of 2017. I guess that was kind of like the signing bonus. Along with a grading report that listed it as a, quote, "round brilliant" of grade F with prime VS2 clarity, an excellent cut, putting its estimated value at $80,000. Yeah, which is what you want. When someone gives you a diamond, Halle, I know you know this. If someone gives you a diamond, whether it's in a hotel or anywhere, they usually do give you the paperwork with it to show you what it's worth. Diamonds are a girl's best friend, and now we've upgraded that to Diamonds or a crackhead's best friend. Hunter testified to the impeachment inquiry last week that he gave the diamond to his uncle Jim Biden. Jim Biden testified that he, quote, "through it in the trash." Unquote. How believable is that? He threw a diamond in the trash. I went through my retainer in the trash, and it was-- But it was by mistake, was it not? It was by mistake, Halle, and when I tell you, I was going through that trash at school in the cafeteria for hours trying to find the thing. Because I knew I was going to be on the chopping block when I got home. If I threw a diamond in the trash on purpose, somebody's lost their mind. Listen to this. Jim, that's the brother, also testified there was another diamond or diamond ring given to Hunter in 2015 or 2016 on behalf of CEFC by a fellow father of a student at exclusive Sidwell Friends School in Washington. That's where all the beautiful people go, like Chelsea Clinton and Al Gore's kids. So this guy's root-- this crackhead is routinely getting free diamonds from Chinese people. That's nice, isn't it? Diamonds are nice. You know what else I thought was interesting, Halle, in this article is the transcript between Judge Norika, who I know you've talked about a lot in your show, and Hunter, when she was asking about Patrick Ho and the payment that he received. And I just want to read you one part. So Judge Norika says, were you doing legal work for him and apart from the law firm? Hunter says, yes, your honor. Well, sensing danger. Hunter's lawyer, Chris Clark, stepped in at this point. Sensing danger. And he said, that wasn't through-- Danger. --poisey shiller, your honor. Well, Biden, danger. Mr. Biden was engaged as an attorney. And Norika said, right, so that's why I asked. You were doing work for him. Hunter said, my own law firm, not as counsel. Norika said, so you had your own law firm as well. He said, I think a law school PT acted as a law firm entity. Yeah. And then she said, OK. By the way, the Chinese guy named Ho is asking to be paid. And his 339 says, Hunter has a lot of experience paying Ho's. Ha, ha, ha, ha. Another-- That's a good one, 339. I don't care what anybody says. Grace's news is brought to you by Toyota of Portsmouth, where you can enjoy a buying experience that is easy, personalized, and moves that you're on pace. I know that from firsthand experience. Car buying the way you want it to be, Toyota of Portsmouth, Route 1 in Portsmouth, Howie. That is it for me. I will be back in just a little bit with hate mail Monday. All right. Pull some of the stuff from the Tim Scott tweet. There was some good stuff in there. Oh, I didn't know you tweeted that out yet. I did hear you were both wearing shorts. Yes, we were. Need I say more. That's the casual. That's the casual look on a weekend morning at the breakers. Well, it's such a nice gift, Howie, when you tweet out a photo of yourself in shorts, just in time for hate mail Monday. Octions are one of the oldest forms of commerce known to man. Octions are how economies determine values for assets and commodities. Octions are not a fire sale at a discounted price. Rather, auctions are an accelerated sale with competitive pricing. So just because your parents listed their house for sale at a set price doesn't mean you have to. JJ Manning's accelerated auction process is one of the fastest growing segments in real estate. Manning's time tested approach began over 16,000 auctions ago in 1976 with its founder Jerome Manning. What are the main benefits of a JJ Manning accelerated sale versus a traditional listing at a set price? Well, in the Manning method, there are no contingencies. In the Manning method, the buyer signs are exclusive P and S and makes a 10% nonrefundable deposit that day. In the Manning method, you set the terms which all buyers must follow. JJ Manning uses their own 30, 30 marketing plan, 30 days of marketing saturation and 30 days to close. No deviations to the purchase and the buyer's feet are kept to the fire. I'm Howie Carr. The Howie Carr Show will be right back. [MUSIC PLAYING] The Howie Carr Show is back. [MUSIC PLAYING] 844-542-42, 844-542-42, the state-run media and the Democrat Party. But I repeat myself, our distraught. They're beyond disappointed. There's the Secretary of State of Colorado said. She was disappointed. Most of the others are distraught by the Supreme Court ruling, especially the fact that it was nine zip. Keith Oberman called for dissolving the Supreme Court. He said that the Supreme Court had betrayed democracy by giving the electorate a chance to vote for the candidates who wanted to. And who can disagree with that sentiment? It's very sad, indeed, that we live in a country now where voters, rather than lawfare, will get to decide who's president of the United States, or at least if the election isn't stolen. 844-542-42, let's listen to the Colorado Secretary of State, Gina Griswold, cut 18. My larger reaction is disappointment. I do believe that states should be able, under our Constitution, to bar oath-breaking insurrectionists. And ultimately, this decision leads open or leaves open a door for Congress to act to pass authorizing legislation. But we know that Congress is a nearly non-functioning body. So ultimately, it will be up to the American voters to save our democracy in November. Did they get a comment from that traffic court judge in Illinois who tried to throw him off the ballot last week? Or was she hearing a particularly contentious expired parking meter? Fine case. We were at the Marlago the night. We set up the interview last Wednesday night when that ruling came down. I just-- Magalago! I couldn't get that excited about it, because I figured that the Supreme Court was going to take care of business. I mean, I don't have great confidence in the Supreme Court or any other institution of government. But in this case, I thought that there wasn't going to be a problem. And it turns out there wasn't. 844-542-42, someone came up with this. Bill Clinton, 1995, his State of the Union, he was getting ready to run for re-election. So he figured he had better as they used to call it triangulate. Go back to the center. And so he had a plan to curb illegal immigration. Now, if Donald Trump delivered this minute 10 today, he would be roundly attacked as a native as xenophobic racist. But this is Bill Clinton in 1995. This is how far, sadly, we've come in a mere 29 years. Cut 19. All Americans, not only in the States, most heavily affected, but in every place in this country, are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country. The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants. The public service they use imposed burdens on our taxpayers. That's why our administration has moved aggressively to secure our borders more by hiring a record number of new border guards by deporting twice as many criminal aliens as ever before, by cracking down on illegal hiring, by barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens. In the budget I will present to you, we will try to do more to speed the deportation of illegal aliens who are arrested for crimes to better identify illegal aliens in the work face as recommended by the commission headed by former Congresswoman Barbara Jordan. We are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws. It is wrong and ultimately self-esteem for a nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws we have seen in recent years, and we must do more to stop it. [APPLAUSE] I bet there were some Democrats clapping there. Did you notice he didn't use the phrase newcomers or undocumented Democrats or any of that other nonsense? He called them illegal aliens. Mayorkas has just announced they're not even going to use it even more tepid, vanilla term, than they, of course, illegal aliens is beyond the pale. But now they've banned another one, cut five. First of all, let me say that we don't use the term illegal immigrants. I actually issued a policy in the Department of Homeland Security. We use the term non-citizen to respect the dignity of every individual as a preliminary matter. How about foreign freeloaders? 844-542-42, Tom, you're next with how we go ahead, Tom. Howie, what a great day it is. And I called in maybe two, three weeks ago when Trump's attorneys were talking to the Supreme Court. And I brought up the fact they were two Confederate officers. One of them was a general from Georgia, who later served as a United States Senator in Colorado. And the other one, I forgot what his position was. And there was also a person who served, a man who served in Congress, who fought with a Confederacy. These guys actually killed American soldiers. January 6, there was not one firearm found in that capital. Right, let alone any fatalities among the authorities, let's call them. No, none whatsoever. And the thing is that that term insurrection has been thrown around like white supremacists. And I recently had some jerk on talk radio tell me that I'm a white Christian nationalist. I am a Christian. I am European by ancestry. I am a nationalist. But I am by no means a white Christian nationalist. OK, those are neo-Nazi. Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt you or me. Scott, we're out of time. We'll take some more calls when we come back. 844, 500, 4242, 844, 500, 4242. It is a great day. I'm very happy about how it's going, and Trump's in the lead in the polls. And again, I know polls don't mean much. But it's next bit of good news. Well, there will be a lot of good news. I'm waiting for Fannie Close to get knocked off, OK? So I'm hoping. 844, 500, 42, 42. I'm power to Trump. [MUSIC PLAYING] (upbeat music)
