Hello and welcome to another episode of the NRL Fantasy Amateurs podcast and it is third time lucky. We had Rob Ryan and Austin record the Sunday Lost Pod thanks to crowdsource or Counter-Strike or whatever it's called CrowdStrike. It's gone. Crowdsurf. No good and then last night Ryan and I sat down and recorded a nice snappy one hour team list podcast probably the greatest podcast ever recorded but you know that's lost to the faulty recording software or probably more the faulty operator using the new recording software but Rob it's just you and me tonight mate so we're gonna do a hybrid Sunday Tuesday questions pod all in one just you and me I think it's our first time podcasting with just the two of us are you excited? I'm so excited yeah I forgot that my Sunday night got cooked as well so it's lots to lots to recap from the weekend I suppose. Yeah the Lost Podcasts is actually definitely more chance of us at some point recovering the Sunday pod than there is recording recovering the Tuesday pod so that's true yeah basically for those of you that are hanging out we appreciate everybody caring sending welfare checks on the amateurs I was basically the software that we used to record the podcast it was working on Sunday night and then Monday morning we think they're trying to fix issues but in the meantime their platforms have been down for three days it hasn't actually stopped them from sending me a bill so I got a nice I got a receipt for the 180 dollars for the year for the recording subscription and I just sent back you have to be taking the piss aren't ya thanks for nothing mate thanks for nothing you dogs so yeah and then yeah we I tried to use recording software last night and yeah no bueno because I accidentally refreshed the browser and deleted the conversation so Rob it's just up to you and I to to do really well tonight only correct answers but not only just correct information but the best information I think is is the way to go and normally I don't get to actually see your face while you're recording it's making me a little bit disconcerted because yeah maybe we will turn the cameras off yeah you're doing like unusual facial expressions to make me think you disagree with what I'm saying it's it's given me you're gaslighting me with you with your eyes now wait for the wait for the questions mate it'll be all right so mate we we're not going to do a traditional Sunday and Tuesday pod what we're going to do is basically try to touch on the the key issues for the week which I suspect probably framed by our questions and it's going to be sort of pretty I guess similar in a lot of ways to the format that we ran last week in terms of their being sort of a clear you know clear tears of players that we're trying to choose between and and sort of similar decisions that we need to make now one player who's been at the forefront of everybody's minds probably following you know me maybe drawing their attention to his poor scoring is Samuel Lefano he plays in the first game at 6 p.m. on Friday for the Tigers look obviously John Bateman released back to England for the rest of the season but Samuel Lefano you actually you you've deleted Facebook so you might be the only person that doesn't know about my post so basically the gist of it for those that aren't in the Facebook group and Rob who doesn't get to see it is Samuel Lefano he's currently owned by 77 percent of the teams on the top 1,000 and 68 percent of the teams on the top 5,000 and he's made everybody about 100k but he's only gone over 50 on three occasions where he's played significant minutes this year and he actually has sort of 30 to 49 points is kind of his range which really doesn't make him a final team keeper he's obviously been great he's got the jewel if you can afford to hold him as a 18th 19th man he's probably ideal but there's a couple of really really good options this week who look like there could be keepers and they're sort of in the right price bracket to make a move from Feynu so those three sort of key options there is the two halves being Dylan Brown at 610k with Mitch Moses getting ruled out for the rest of the year his average spikes to close to 58 points and we've also got Braden Trindall who's available at 507k he averages about 50 in games where he's the dominant half-back no-nickel Heinz and then we've also got Josh Curran who played a monster 70 odd minutes on the weekend scored a try 57 points which is probably on the low side of what his managers expect but obviously with trades that are premium for everybody but you Rob we're going to need to get you to maybe put your empathy hat on for for those of you that you what do you got like 11 trades left or something like that oh yeah for the head-to-head team I just didn't do any trades over the buy-arounds except for getting Jaden Campbell so that one's all set apart from losing John Bateman and both teams oh yeah that's a bit of a dog job so yeah yeah yeah what can we do what can we do out of those three options what's what's your sort of if you were going to move on from Feynu what which way was your head with that I think it depends what position you need I think lots of people are going to be trying to get one of Cleary or Fogarty this week but if you can't afford both I like the Dylan Brown option um as an option of you know instead of getting the other um and then the other one was who was the other one so there's Curran and Trendel so Trendel Trendel Trendel yeah I guess Trendel is just the that um I'm sure Austin's made his comments known about um getting Trendel versus Brown I think it's probably because I've had Brown most of the year and then I traded him out because he just got like a big run of just non-keeper scores even with even with um like before Moses came back oh sorry after Moses came back he still just hasn't like been amazing this year um but that said he's got some really good scores and I think he's fine for like his price so I think and I agree with Curran I thought he was in for an absolute monster score when he scored that try but again you'd be happy if you jumped on um last week I'd say with you know no more bias um he's got the jewel is that right um and yeah he yeah it's still really cheap so I don't think he can go too far wrong with any of them I think um that Brown is more likely to be a final team keeper than the other two um but I think it just depends what your budget looks like yeah definitely and I mean so Brown and uh Curran are pretty much exactly the same price I think there's 1,000 between that price so they're more or less the same price and that it's a full hundred K down to Trendel so if you're operating on a budget and let's say you got like Feynu and Dylan Edwards for argument's sake or uh something like that or weeks or Kela uh KPS Paul or something like that isn't it yeah that's probably more likely but I'm talking about trying to get a cleary oh yeah go check out if you needed to sort of put some money in the bank or let's say it is you know let's say it's uh you know Moses or um there's kind of most people have got there's not a huge amount of those like we moved on from a lot of those those sort of high price red dots last week so um yeah I definitely I like Trendel if you're shopping on a budget uh but um as Ryan said on one of the lost pods is basically Brown's the sort of the swing for the fences option in terms of if you're looking for a guy like this Brown could absolutely outpace a guy like Cherry Evans or one of these sorts of guys at for 120k cheaper at the moment you know like I'm looking at Feynu to Brown to 70k it might be that might be 15 points a week upgrade for 70k at this point plus an extra game with Feynu that buy in round 26 because sex one one thing to keep in mind and this is one thing we sort of spoke about last night on the on one of the lost pods is the um the round 25 26 27 buys in particular are going to be really hard to deal with from an overall perspective because players start getting injured people will start running out of trades you know you don't want to be trade like buying and Feynu a Blake for example and then having to trade him out in the last week or having that 700k 800k red dot at that point it's definitely better trying to attack players from one of the 12 teams or 11 teams that don't have any more buys and trying to avoid those couple of teams that do and that's where you know looking at you know Brown's a good one, Corin's a good one and Trindall none of those teams have have buys so all three of them are options obviously if you need a forward Corin's are easy option there I'm looking at something like Pennesini, Iro and Feynu to Corin, Cleary and McLean this week in my head to head uh just because I do need that fourth middle but in overall I've got Ryan Madison there along with McLean's Cotta Tarpani and only one of those players has a buy rest of season in Ruben Cotta and like I think it's around 25 so I'm sort of less concerned about it there uh so you know it is really comes back back to your key your team composition and and all of that sort of stuff although you know one injury to McLean's Madison or Tarpani and all of a sudden I need a middle in round 25 for Ruben so it is it is kind of a hard one there um because you know we were hoping that like someone like a John Bateman or someone like that was going to pick up a duel or Cameron Murray who didn't pick up the edge duel because he's suspended uh even um even guy Murray getting suspended for the year just before he would have got the the mid duel yeah just sort of highly frustrating it's been cursed I think I think there's been a bit of a curse on the impending duels and the mid position as well yeah in particular so we've got to be really really careful with that so yeah there's a few options there and we'll probably circle back to that when we get to the questions I'm sure uh now obviously the other aspect here is we've got a couple of gun middles with Isaiah Yeo, Payne Haas we don't need to just we don't need to tell you that they're good uh Connor Watson uh got shifted out to the centers and has dropped a bunch of cash and also patty karrigan who uh has a buy both of those players do have buys though coming up patty karrigan he dropped a bunch of cash he's now got an 81 break even he averages like 58 or something like that in in games where he plays at least 65 minutes and you have to imagine with the Broncos uh needing to pretty much win every game to meet the finals he's going to be playing those big minutes every single week Ryan did flag the peer career injury has possibly been a problem for karrigan uh on the lost pod last night uh so you know shout out to him for that and I mean the thing as well is you know it's only a 24k jump to go from Isaiah Connor Watson to Yeo although Watson's picked up that hooker duel now um if you were selecting for an elite middle this week let's say you you have the option there we touched on adenfoneur Blake just before who is probably the bottom of that TR with Murray suspended and my preferred option is if you can wait a week and get Murray that's my preferred way to go with all this by the way but if you need somebody this week we've got adnet 700k neat you got karrigan at 711 with that high break even but still a value and then you got your Watson Haas yo uh do you have a preference on which way you would go with those particular guys uh given every single one of them's got to buy aside from yo who we imagine probably gets rested in 27 yeah quite possibly i think it's nice that yo got his buy out of the way last week though um especially for head to head i think yo is a really good option um if i didn't have pain house i think i'd be getting him um but you can't really go too wrong the the the thing is with yo um is that he hasn't got to buy but as you say like our penta's gonna lock up the minor premier league minor premier this year probably i mean they only need to make the top two they don't need to make the three yeah that's true that's true it seems like the sharks are a bit you know squishy and and the roost is losing to the storm probably put them out of the hunt for the top two as well yeah yeah yeah i think um yeah i think Haas is my favorite i agree with you um on Watson for next week i think i'm sure the lost pod might have ryan would have teed off about him getting um jul and how he didn't deserve it at all um but ryan did uh promise me ask me to to promise to make sure that one of us teed off on the uh the jul position updates yeah yeah yeah oh every time i just think about another person that should or shouldn't have got it um it makes me a little bit more angry but i almost want to just wait for ryan for next week to just absolutely tee off because ryan is a soft soul he doesn't get angry very often but when he does it's that's a real treat so um yeah i'd be quite keen to hear that next week um but yeah he's gonna be like he's probably gonna be comfortably the best hooker on the run home it's just that buy um and we've already got quite a lot of roosters running around our teams already um but it just is a bit annoying because i got red mani last week thinking that um kind of Watson wouldn't get the the jul much like the boy Austin um and then a red mani rewarded me with a lovely 43 so i'm sure i could have got that from uppy carousel so um yeah it's just the nature of fantasy this year i think um and answer to your question yeah i think i think i'd get yo if i already have house or i'd get house if i don't have him um i think i'd stare clear of a warrior i think they're slightly too expensive now so i've also just realized that i completely omitted uh key on column at tongue existence as well yeah yeah so he's it he's is he the same price as yo now roughly slightly more slightly more and i've also erroneously uh omitted midge by net as well number one just number one player in the game at the moment i just can't believe it yeah i just can't believe it um he has been phenomenally good but i just you you can't do it at 860 no no you can't it's the same it's the same as like i've got my blinkers on for like people that don't own ribbon coder like really coder i just noticed he's at 750k he's been really really good the cowboys own a similar position to the bronco is slightly better in the fact that they're actually gonna make the eight and the broncos are gonna miss the eight but um that's it it's it's close just that by the way like no they all have bias i think so if you're buying someone that has a buyer you want to make sure that they're like a really elite scorer um and i don't know if coder is like if you've got him it's fantastic like it's great and if you can cover that round 25 fire up but i think i don't know if i'll be buying coder now it's not a terrible option but i think i'd rather get yo yeah now i think in an ideal scenario uh for overall the best case would be that you would buy players who have already had enough time off from teams that are competing for top two top four top top eight or at least finals uh like you know like looking at the latter west tigers they have that round 26 buy uh but also they suck they're obviously blooding people for next year i would be actively going out of my way to avoid having people that play for the tigers that aren't named lock and galvan um parameter eels no buys but they're gonna be running experiments between now and the rest of the year to see what works i have madison there that is concerning dylan brown is very safe in his jersey though so he's the exception to that rule but outside of him i wouldn't be shopping for anybody in that team the titans are an interesting one because they're technically only three wins out of the eight i don't think they can make it but i think their team's pretty settled so jane kambal dave for feeder the two guns there that's probably all you're shopping for the wires at round 27 buy and the unlikely you know event of them making finals probably makes them a clear avoid if you can um and then we've got this little bunch of like nights rabbits broncos the nights on the buy this week and then they've got a couple of really interesting guys moving forward uh at rabbit o's no more buys kevin marries back next week so marion pongor the two guys that i'd really like from those two teams then broncos raiders dragons cowboys dolphins bulldogs manly it's kind of that tier of guys where like if that if that team is in that list and doesn't have a buy they're kind of the ideal players that you want to target but most of those players are pretty most those teams are pretty centralized with the guys you want you know broncos this harsh carrigan reese walsh uh the raiders is basically foggy and tarpany maybe if you're shopping on a budget um i prefer him to add in just in the fact that he doesn't have a budget but i've had a similar price uh it doesn't have a a buy yeah you know what i mean um and then dragons are you know pretty consolidated to jake up little yeah and um there's a couple of interesting ones in terms of cells like you know you jack de bellen we're moving on from him ethan strange moving on from him you know these types of guys is is uh there was a bit of discussion last last uh last night on the lost part about um players that might be in your team that uh you rather they weren't there but they're probably aren't worth spending a trade to upgrade hmm is that your type yes paul type kai paul is it was absolutely one of those players yeah just guys that are in your team that you're like oh look i wish that you were somebody better but you're scoring just well enough that i'm not going to trade you out i don't think faneu actually fits in that category which is why i sort of because 42s are big difference to 48 like kai paul is a 48 and no tries at all this year yet rez like you know fane has got a couple of tries there but he really needs to try to get him past like 38 so yeah no i agree i think um if uh in an ideal world i would have sold kai paul but i'm gonna have to sell jason vateman now jason vateman you wish j j i'll jason he's reliable i wish i had jason i wish i had the boy john vateman um uh i he's on the never again that's right like if he ever comes back to the nrl well he's saying he's gonna be back next year uh he just he just keeps getting homesick he keeps forgetting it's far away from england and it's so annoying um he just wants to come back for the ashes next year i reckon yeah maybe maybe is that this year or next year i don't know just yeah you know what i watch today i don't know if you have this you probably don't have this experience you know it's like cricketing or like sports moments that you just you get up for yeah like what's your what's your what's the New Zealand equivalent of like that like if i said to you what is the most iconic moment in New Zealand sports history like what is the first things that comes to your mind uh see we haven't really won anything but like we've we've got we've had um i and i i'm glad that you said that because i really wanted to say that but it's like one of the only things like you know it's almost semi-finals a like number one but beating New Zealand's pretty close yeah yeah no i think my favorite was the um the cricket World Cup semi-final against South Africa we're growing earlier at that big six at Eden Park um to take us into a final which i refused to admit that we played and we just got smashed by Australia at the mcg um but that was pretty good that was pretty close for me but um as yours the o5 ashes is that what you're gonna say no no i was gonna say peter sit peter sit all taking a hat trick on his shirt oh that's a great one yeah that's fantastic yeah i saw that come up on tiktok today and i sat there i'll never not watch that if it comes on tiktok yeah except uh i think it's Mark Nicholas he's like not yeah he doesn't have it yet we've got to wait for the video referee and like if there was ever an argument for just abolishing the video referee that bit of commentary was it because it was plumb like it hit him on the foot in the middle of middle stump like it was never not gonna be out but he ruined it with the commentary yeah this is a bit of the romance they like if you really celebrate and then they kind of go upstairs it's kind of like with um with soccer they do that now as well it's all was the offside of the scenes yeah it ruins the magic yeah well i know warney because warney was going off about it and mark taylor with the other two and they were they were they were on the train to celebration town and it was like didn't one of them call it as well was it warney yeah warney had a happy nake of calling there like big things before they happened yeah i'll rest in peace sweet man yeah that's i but i reckon that's one of the top the top moments i love that today but i don't know how that's related to what we're talking about now i'm going to have to circle back and and find myself on track well isn't this a questions pod mark no it's not a questions but it's okay correct fantastic talking smack um yeah so john bateman he's gone oh yeah jb yep yep yep see you yeah so yeah so what you want to consolidate your plays it and cat you know cash outs and keepers is kind of the big thing and and you know if you if there's somebody who sort of like 47 48 average like kai pis pause a perfect one you're holding on to him kio weeks is another one uh i think there's a you know there's a strong argument to hold kio weeks at the moment i definitely would be holding him and selling fayno given the choice positionally ideally weeks is like a perfect uh lupa slash yeah best of allabilities your availability type of guy you know he's uh yeah i think that's a major issue with fayno as well is he's not even a great guy to loop like for the start of your loop because no what if he gets like dirty four thirty six or something like you're choosing between him and alexa like our with or something like that it's like you know you'd rather you'd rather have someone that could go boom at the start of your loop um but you can yeah so i agree with you especially because they're playing first it's uh just really annoying i think yeah there's no real spot for him in a 17 in a in a good 17 yeah i i actually quite like the idea of turning him into trindle putting the 37 k in your bank and getting like 10 points a week more or there abouts i think yes trindle is going to be pretty solid high 40s um low 50s you i mean like at a minimum yeah somewhere in that range yeah and and but and there's no way you could say that about fayno so no yeah i think um yeah he's great he's he's done his job yeah there's a couple other guys here who we need to talk about potentially moving on just percentage wise uh like high ownership guys that we need to look at um so ethan strange is still in 30 percent of teams he's one with the number of centers that we got at the moment the emergency how worth we got case in mcclean who comes up is probably the number one cash add option this week we got euro we got garrick we got whiten there's probably not a place for teams to be hanging on to ethan strange anymore uh because he's kind of particularly with foggy back uh really gonna struggle to put those points up yeah 100 i i think a lot of people would have got rid of him on the raiders by um i think i did i think i still had him at that point um but now he served his purpose he did a really good job this year but um now we've got yeah there's plenty of sinners plenty of halves i think yeah cash out or got him up that's that that's the goal this week yep so it plays to move on from zavia willison ventra boivich maverick guys and 20 percent of teams jake of gaggai yeah obviously with someone like maverick guy if he's in your team he's just sitting in your emergencies now because he's doesn't he's not worth anything you know like earlier in the year you might have spent a trade to try to generate some cash there but you're sort of at the point where you need to move on from him even sam hues at 383k if you're still hanging on to at this point you're probably just lobbing him in your emergencies because he's uh he's uh you know he's kind of just he's there for a break gas in case of emergency option now one that's going to put a lot of uh particularly the highly rated teams in in a lot of stress is tiring wish art this week though months to name to potentially return he's in the extended bench we should be getting news around that oh it's only wednesday night nevermind um no footage tomorrow matt no footage tomorrow oh mate we got stuck into the olympics last night too i don't know if i can do that again yeah okay just um suffice to say this is not a olympics podcast no so so my problem with the olympics right aside from it just taking up all the tv time with stuff that i'm not interested in is you know when you're watching the olympics on tv and i don't want to take credit for this idea because it's not my idea i just saw it you know when you're watching the olympics on tv and they're all doing the event and they're all like pretty close to each other because they're all elite athletes right but you mean like in terms of talent or like yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah like satsudin just beat the usa buttskule team or whatever i think it was i think it was close yeah or close or it was it was definitely close yeah i feel like we need to add a control group yeah i'm with you so i just add like it and make it like jury duty where you just get like uh they don't know they just mail you just mail it out like you know oh no jury duty isn't like you just get picked like yeah like you just get a thing in the mail like oh yep you know mark 34 from kabucha you've been selected to compete in the pole vault as the control group and you just like you do it just to see like just exactly how good the the professional athletes are i wonder you they should give you like um like a year to to to like to train to train i reckon i think i think i think i can team around you no i feel like that ruins it no i just i don't know like you'd step that's the point of a control is we'd still be pretty bad like no i've been doing it their whole lives now i think the point of a control is there's like there's no training you just like you and you just dread like the one person in the world that gets the mailer like you're competing in the marathon yeah like that would be the worst one oh or the 10k oceans for something yeah i do not want to do it like duck floaties on or something like that just just kill me yeah yeah so there'd be some good ones though imagine like a team of of like footballers that are just like bang average blokes or like like a team sport would be so funny golf or something even like the basketball you just get like yeah yeah great like division seven south west metro pirates you know men's basketball team god like gets entered in or whatever and they got like seven point guards they're all wearing like headbands and like three sweatbands on each arm i think my main issue with it is with sports like basketball golf where it's not really the pinnacle and like i get it for for athletics for tracking it like that's that's massive that's their that's their state of origin right but it's it's um it's there yeah it's the basketball the golf the all sorts of ones like tennis it's not really like they're doing it just to try and get a medal just for a bit more clout but it really should be the pinnacle for basketball though it actually it i suppose it but you want me up about the NBA or something it's called don't want me up about the NBA championships calling them the world champions oh i know the world series as well the world series and baseball yeah the world inside america oh mate yeah yeah you don't need a passport that mate it's the only place you ever need to live so jesus all right now um yeah so obviously wish art potentially going to play this week he's got a lot of his managers all the way up to the top i have to imagine he's going to get moved to the bench if it happens with fun a lot far longer dropping out at which point he just becomes an urgent sell uh so just keep an eye on that i think if it's if you can wait one more week get that a sweet sweet attacking stats against paramata you'll hold off that week but lucky for us they they play pretty early so you're going to get to make that decision and then assuming that he is let's say Munster is named and he gets ruled out that's a really easy trigger pull to to even to dylan brown he plays in the same game as well yeah or just catch him out like all the way in grab someone else um it just depends what position you need him in he's just been such a good win for a decade but yeah so yeah yeah annoying cool all right what do you reckon we'll just jump into some questions and sort of see what sort of trends come up yeah for sure yeah all um i should have probably done this a bit earlier but i'll go and actually just get the post-op paying shall i i've got the instagram one if you want all right yeah yeah yeah give me that yep um cool so this is from harry gold farnworth and weeks to cleary and someone under 450k uh my first instinct is i'm not clear on why we're selling farnworth like yeah we bought him the men the men red dog shawny said don't sell farnworth i'm working red dog shawny he's that he's averaging 49 i don't know why how like on what planet with the decisions being made to sell farnworth he's got 64 and a 47 and the 47 was against the panthers it's only it could only be the tough run home for the dolphins but i just think but he's saying like mane and hammer their main points of attack like come on now no don't do that if you if you need to move weeks on and you don't trust him and you add him in on trading and we've given you a couple of options already in a dillon brown or a uh a trindle yeah well i mean if you're if you're gonna get cleary it's someone under 450 so it's maybe just a mcclean or something right is there anyone like in the would you still buy a starling or do you think it's too late no it's too late for starling i would be i think i'd be and we actually spoke about this ryan was talking about this last night he owned his own starling and he sort of said you know basically uh if it was 320 you'd be all over starling but at four three seven even last week would have been fine but yeah too late so this but you know the thing is like if you got farnworth and you're selling him and weeks to get uh a 450k and cleary you'd probably be looking at like fenu and weeks to mcclean and cleary something like that or ero and weeks to mcclean and cleary something like that would be a much better than trying to get out get rid of our farnworth yep agree um Jacob star weeks fenu and utua kamanu to cleary yo and mcclean yep that's really nice cool um this is from calum green thinking of doing weeks in bateman to cleary and someone under 542k is the best option is the best cash out mcclean yes but just get trendal right yeah that's pretty good and trendal and trend in a cleary for who weeks and weeks in vateman yeah that seems like a fill-up yeah cool cool cool oh look slowly trading out plath this week not sure if you've discussed that or not i i'm very you're starting 13 plus two very position not plus one so like as many duels as you can have the better because it covers you for injuries so i suppose the correct answer is a half mid duel like uh they've got no other choice they're not a jewel they're just a guy who's playing there because they've got no other choice and like the criteria needs to be that they're being selected over another player who's playing in that position you know they need to beat them out for that role and change positions and like that is that common sense practicality like trying to make the game as similar as real life perfect stuff great job connor watson there is no doubt in my mind that connor watson's played hooker this year however it was only when brandon smith was injured and when he wasn't injured he's been playing lock and then filling in hooker which people haven't been getting jewels for yeah how in the name of sweet baby jesus did tarnay mill not get center jewel this week or jackson forward he's played like five games in a row at center like he's played more games at center than he's played on the wing this year he's played at center before as well so it's not even like oh yeah he's just filling in like he's a bit he's been a center he's a center he plays center that's at one of the positions he plays he's like can i can i got the jewel and mill didn't do it do they just pretend he's not exist i like i that is the one that baffles me the most what's in by all of their administration of this shouldn't have got the jewel and bow firm or shouldn't have got the jewel if we change in the rules luke's like you know luke's is like luke's is a good center bow firm or is a good center watson's a good hooker all right that's fine i would be fine for them to have the jewel what i'm not fine he started with them saying yeah these are the rules and then going you know what i really wanted to say f the rules there and i've exploited myself out that's basically what they've with a number 12 on his back and the only reason he's not got jewel is because he's been suspended for a couple of weeks and i'm fine with the oh look he's played a fair bit in that position and we've decided to change the way we're administering it and we're going to give these basic jewels that's fine do it in the off season i think that's right i'm almost like i'm almost like we should do away with the jewels altogether i think they should just sit it correctly maybe have one sweep uh have one sweep i know like the time the timing for the jewels i'm okay with and i'm like oh it's just so arbitrary though like yeah he's got someone misses a week if someone misses a week they should they should get it like like baitman should have got it just because he's hurt gamer should get it like they moved him to lock like like baitman they moved into lock he was like he was going to be the lock and then he got injured right and then they just forget about him he just needs to get to the jewel it's just yeah it's insane you have to you have to play your four games in a row before the jewel window otherwise they forget about you and you can get effed yeah it's just annoys me so much yeah we need to have a clear criteria yeah just apply the rules you're right just apply the rules look criteria that's and and yeah play on yeah people we should be out of the administrators with consistency consistency is hard to achieve it is but with with something like this it's really easy like you got to watch the game if they run out on the paddock and they're playing in center they get put down as a center you know like you know like like let's say that you know like sometimes you know they list member josh jackson used to do it they used to put him in the yeah tons of hairs to it as well all jersey but he's playing lock right yeah if he runs out and he's playing lock for four weeks in a row but he's wearing the 12 jersey he's a lock and anyone with half a brain does it and there needs to be common sense applied or no common sense applied and it's just we follow the team list they play three games starting in that position no matter why and then they get it whatever the criteria is but it needs to be consistent agree agree yeah look Ryan I hope we did you justice even wish art wish art why is tiring wish art a wing full back half jewel the position that he plays the most in the NRL before this year is hooker i think he started why is he half wing full back did he start the year is just a full back I've made it yeah yeah potentially and then he got half yeah it's
