- Yeah, no, not the doubt, not the doubt. So, it gets the doubt. (crowd cheering) - Ah, yes, time to get our tips with that great man, Jesse Dart, the more free I win the worst he tips. Jesse, good morning. - Thank God, that's a new one. - Bay, come on, lift, are you a little bit closer last week? We need something good. Paul Hazaby's almost fallen off the wagon after the last three weeks, but let's get our teeth into this Belmont programme tomorrow. There's racing in Broome today, how good would that be? Nine races, let's rattle them off. We're at first of your three tips. - I do wish you were in sunny Broome, you said a weary Belmont. Race five for me, gosh, to start off tomorrow. With Falcon trailer, we see Fury riding for Brett Pope. One very nicely in 72 plus company last start. Managers to get a pretty nice weight swing just by going up in grade here. A lot of his rivals go with him up further. Again, he's won two or three for the mile. He's got a great record on soft trucks, lots of ticks, and from barrier one, he'd be able to stalk Savage one, who should set a genuine tempo. And I think he looks like a really nice chance to get the job done here. - Race five, number five, Falcon trailer around that $6 mark, okay, next. - Race seven, the H.G. Bolton spring, the feature race of the day. I was with Man Crush first up in the Broome, I'm not ready to jump off just yet. I do think 1,200 meters second up, I'm happy to go again here. He was just run off his legs by Paulie, and that is what Paulie does. He makes good horses uncomfortable with the pace he goes out of 1,000 meters. Gets the 1,200 meters now. Bigger field to contend with, but a few of the main fans you share are fresh, and I'm just hoping to take on the likes of Red 53. And also boots like Bruce, who's been very well supported, stepping up into listed grade. But I think Man Crush maybe just slightly forgotten on the basis that he couldn't beat Paulie last up. - All righty, so we're going race seven, number three, Man Crush. Damien Martin, Red 53, the nail horse is named after him, and Damien Martin is in the ownership group. And Damien Martin has been nominated for an award for Best New Radio Talent. Quite amazing considering he's been on air for three years, obviously they've just realized he's arrived. All righty, where do we go again? - Good, guidelines are ambiguous. And we're going with another top three hope in the next race, race number eight, with birds for the word, Chris Parnum rides for Dan and Ben Pierce. - Wow. - If you could bottle a horse in terms of toughness and courage, you'd sell him by the way he showed us at a local convenience park. He is just so dogged in the way he goes about his racing. He goes to the front, he rolls along. He's much like the Paulie of Fortune 100 Meters. He makes everyone behind him uncomfortable. And he's just always there at the end, or he seems to always find a way to be there at the end. 61 kilos is going to test him slightly, but top three chance in this field for me. He looks like he's very well played. - Nice work by you, Jesse. Race five, number five, race seven, number three, race eight, number one. So right, the numbers down 55, 73, 81. They're all each way chances. And you're margin for the Derby. - I'll say doctors by 31, just with the weather, I'm not sure it's going to be as simple as some people are saying. - Nice work by you.
