It is on Prime. It is Australia versus Bangladesh. Bryce, appreciate your time. Australia's just chugging along nicely. Good morning. >> Always good to catch up, Goss, and good morning to you, Hamish, and look, Australia are chugging along. I suppose this is the moment we zero our focus in a bit. I thought the group stage were fantastic because we got to see a lot of the associate nations get an opportunity against the big dogs, if you like. But now it weeds it out. We're down to the final eight. There are two groups of four. Australia played three matches in this part of the tournament. Top two go through to semi-finals, and Australia are purring along very nicely. >> Really, to be brutally honest, so they've got today against Bangladesh, two days time Afghanistan and then against India. >> Really? Really? It really will come down to the Indian game. I mean, the way the cards will fall in Australia and India should advance, yes? >> You would expect so, yeah. If we have a cast ally across to the other group, England, South Africa, USA, and the West Indies, West Indies, a bit of a wild card, obviously they're playing at home and have performed pretty well. England gave them a bit of a touch up just yesterday. But you would expect England and South Africa to get through there at the way it sits at the moment. >> But funny things have happened, so it looks pretty straightforward, but it is T20 Craig and anyone on their day can put one rip and whether that be with the ball or the bat in hand and can take a game away from you. So Australia would be wary, but you'd expect them to get through over Afghanistan and Bangladesh. >> Yeah, you would expect that, Bryce. We are just ticking along nicely. A bit weird to see cricket in America. I mean, I don't necessarily love it. I don't think it looks great. It's good to expand the game, but I don't think cricket's going to get a major foothold in the United States. But in terms of Australia's run, I think it should be us and into your advancing. But Bangladesh and Afghanistan have got some players and can do, as you said, it's T20 cricket, so anything can happen. What are the risks associated with the next couple of games for us? They can throw anything at us and things can happen. But what should we be wary of? >> Yeah, look, Bangladesh are astutely coached down. It's a guy called Chandra Hatrosinger now. Chandy Care is from Sri Lanka, played a test career for Sri Lanka and then played a bit of great cricket. And I actually played with him in Melbourne. But he's coached in New South Wales. He knows that your strains set up really well. So they're very well tuned. They're also very well data driven, like Australia. And they understand the match-ups really well. So they'll probably punched above their weight, could be perfectly harnessed in this tournament. They've performed pretty well, although not really firing with the bat. So they will match up, they'll have plans, they'll be well organized because they are well coached. So it does make it a bit of a challenge for Australia. But look, the expectations are, look, Australia have every base cupboard. I was so buoyed about them at the beginning of the tournament and they've tuned up. And this is without some of the big dog truly getting going. Maxwell hasn't really fired yet. We know he will. And this is the stage where he sort of steps into his own. And Mitch Marsh as well has just been not necessarily on the boil. He's been on the simmer, if you like, he's played some good shots. But obviously pushing things along pretty hard at the top of the audit. You know, it can be a bit hit and miss. But the boys that have been doing well with the bat, Travis Head, and obviously Marcus Stoyne is a great return to touch for him. And he's been dominating that sort of power batting part in the middle. Australia will roll back their big quicks. I've rested Cummins. I've rested Stark along the way, although he played the last game. And in comes Hazelwood, they'll play the three quicks. And that's going to be too much. I would suggest for being like this, to handle a bit later in a couple of hours time. Yeah, all right. So from here on in, we're in the super eight stage. Give us your finalists from now. The way it's all loaded up. And two plays, one and one plays four and four plays two. And all those sort of combinations. But who's the best four teams going to get through Bryson? Who's going to be the team that comes out on top? Yeah, as you said, look, it's going to be into Australia out of this division. Without any effort, I'll be staggered if something happens there. Look, I've really liked that. I reckon from the very start before a ball is bold. The change with South Africa has been, and we understand, you know, their past record in semi-files gospel. What they're able to do now, this is the first tournament they've gone in without restrictions in terms of their selection. And it has been a bit of a ham. You know, it has held them back. It's been an Achilles heel. They haven't been able to pick their naturally best team. That's why there's so many South Africans playing all around the world because of those sort of restrictions. It's been released. So they're picking their best team. And they're performing really well. They're a little bit under the radar off Broadway, but keep an eye on them. I think they might find their way through to a final and maybe be good enough to knock off in England in a semi-final. All right, Bryce, appreciate your time, mate. Looking forward to it. It is a start-perf time out time this morning. Toss of the coin is eight o'clock. And first ball is eight-thirty. It's at Savivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. And it is live and exclusive on Amazon Prime. Thanks for joining us, mate. Appreciate the chat. Anytime, boy, it's good to catch up. Good. Good day. You too, mate. Bryce McGain right there.
