Lord Teach Us How To Pray Jesus taught us how to pray - Matthew 6:9-13 After this manner therefore you shall pray: Our Father which art in heaven - Thank God we can call Him Father. It is Jesus who teaches us to pray to God as our Father and leads us into intimacy with Him. Hallowed be thy name- Hallowed – signifies to set apart for God, purify, consecrate You are saying I acknowledge You are holy. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven Pray for yourself and your family, your church, your nation and the peace of Jerusalem. Give us this day our daily bread -present your needs before Him. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors - ask God to forgive you, forgive and release others. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil - put on the Lord Jesus Ephesians 6:14 For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen - make faith declarations, be bold in faith – God hears and answers prayer. End with praise!
