Are We to Be Thankful FOR Everything That Happens In our Life?

Eph. 5:20 giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Are we to thank God FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN LIFE? A 5-year-old is abducted and then found murdered. Your teenager passes due to drugs, violence, crime, or illness. Your youth is molested by a family member while you were at work and now has identity issues.

Are we to be thankful for all things? Are we to be thankful for what the devil stolen?

We are not going to partner with the devil and thank him for stealing and robbing us!

We will give thanks for what comes from God.

We are not going to be thankful for what comes from the devil.

We will thank Him in every storm, but not for every storm. Love does not rejoice in iniquity (does not delight in evil) but rejoices in truth. 1 Cor. 13:6

We are going to be thankful for every good and perfect gift that He gives us, but for the thievery that the devil has brought upon us, we are to rise up in righteousness and take back what belongs to us by force.
