The honorable Reid Novotny, also knowns as Brigadier General Novotny tells us he prefers to be called by other names, like husband, father, brother, etc.  He is a public servant and has been his whole life, even before he entered the U.S. Air Force and became an elected official.  This is part 1 of 3, the journey and the start of how he stacked win after win and overcame with a learn-it-all meets teammate mentality.  This is one you should bring a pen and paper to, because you can figure out how to make it out of the crosshairs of life and into the winner's circle, despite being TARGETED to "slow down."
