The Supreme Court smackdown is a huge win for Donald Trump! And all you have to do is take a look at the social media meltdown by woke leftists to know how much of a win this was!

Highlights:

  • “The decision for the presidency irrevocably belongs to the will of the people, again, not justices or judges, not lawyers or litigants, not pundits or prognosticators. The decision for the presidency resides ultimately in the will of the people.”
  • “We vote for who we consent to be governed under. The reason the left is having such a hard time with that is precisely because, after 2016, they no longer believed they could trust the consent of the governed!“
  • “These persistent populist movements that had thus far stubbornly disrupted parliamentary elections were no longer fringe peripheral movements. Populism was now effectively dismantling the European Union with Brexit, and, very possibly, dismantling the liberal international order with the election of Donald Trump.”

Are we seeing the revitalization of conservative civilization? All over the world has been a massive backlash against globalization, its leftist leadership, and its anti-cultural liberal values. And it's just the beginning. I'm Dr. Steve Turley. I believe the liberal globalist world is at its brink, and a new conservative age is rising. Join me every day as we examine these worldwide trends, discover answers to today's toughest challenges. And together, learn to live in the present in life of even better things to come. This is Turley Talks. Again, the court here saying because the Constitution makes Congress, rather than the states responsible for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates, we reverse. So again, a clear win for the Republican front-runner. The Colorado case was the one that was in front of them right now, but other states had tried a ban home from the ballot, including Maine and Illinois, with the court doing this right now. Those essentially will also be wiped away. Say it again, NBC. Say it again. Trump wins. The Supreme Court's SmackDown is a huge win for Donald Trump, and all you got to do is take a look at the social media meltdown by woke leftists to know how much of a win. This really was. Greetings, everyone. It's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor here now, but you think better so you can feel better in these crazy and turbulent times. So if you haven't done so, you know what to do, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button. As pundits continue to reflect on the Supreme Court ruling today, it's beginning to dawn on more and more people. Just how sweeping of a ruling this truly was. Here's my namesake, Jonathan Turley of George Washington University. Well, I've just been reading the opinion. It's obviously sweeping. There aren't any real descents. So it does look like it is unanimous, at least on the result. What they have a disagreement on is whether the court had to go as far as it did. Now, the most practical result of this is that the voters will be able to vote for the candidate that they prefer. This was a critical moment for this court in history. After all of the years we have spent in this republic, we came to a point where these states claimed that they could unilaterally bar the leading presidential candidate from ballots to prevent people from voting for Donald Trump. The court here spoke with a strong and it appears unanimous voice, at least on the result, that that's not going to happen, that voters will vote. They'll make their own verdict, regardless of what happens in cases involving President Trump. They will cast the most important verdict of all. They will vote for the next president of the United States. And that's so well said. I think he's right on. We are a people bound together by common constitutional norms. The heart of which is that we the people, not bureaucrats, not on elected judges, not legal analysts or CNN talking heads, we the people decide who will be our next president. The decision for the presidency irrevocably belongs to the will of the people. Again, not justices or judges, not lawyers or litigants, not pundits or prognosticators. The decision for the presidency resides ultimately in the will of the people. But don't tell that to woke progressives. Don't tell that to our nation's cultural Marxist lunatics. For them, they are the ones who's supposed to have ultimate say in who we elect as president. The consent of the government be damned. Here's Keith Obermann, perhaps the single most unhinged lunatic of them all. Obermann, he basically wants a Supreme Court disbanded. Here's what he writes, quote, "The Supreme Court has betrayed democracy." Let that hit. I mean, what do you even say to that? The Supreme Court has betrayed democracy. Its members, including Jackson, Kagan and Sotomayor, have proved themselves inept at reading comprehension. And collectively, the court has shown itself to be corrupt and illegitimate. It must be dissolved. The only thing more absurd than that tweet is the fact that that lunatic thinks he's the champion of democracy. He hates Trump so much, he's willing to burn it all down rather than just see him return to power. But he's hardly alone. The feckless left-wing Secretary of State in Colorado, Jenna Griswald, she's not taking this well. She tweeted out, "I'm disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court's decision. Stripping states of the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. Colorado should be able to bar oath-breaking insurrectionists from our ballot." Now, of course, she could be talking right there about Joe Biden. Couldn't, you know, his treachery at the southern border, his deliberate abdication of his law enforcement responsibilities. Is that who she's talking about? You see, this is precisely the Supreme Court's point. Judges for one state can't determine unilaterally the outcome of a presidential election for the entire country. But then again, logic does not appear to be Jenna Griswald's strongest suit. And speaking of, here's CNN, the most distrusted name in fake news, lament it that the Supreme Court actually ruled in accordance with the wishes of our founding fathers. Take a look. You know, look, unfortunately for America, the court isn't necessarily wrong, that this is the way the framers wanted it to be. They wanted Congress, the people who are closest to their constituents, to be able to make the rules of the laws. That doesn't change the fact that because of gerrymandering in the house and all kinds of other issues, they're not doing their job on a lot of these big issues. Yeah, you just heard that. You just heard her say what you think she just said. A CNN Anna, a so-called analyst, just said, and I quote, "Unfortunately for America, the court isn't necessarily wrong. This is the way the framers wanted it to be. Unfortunately for America, this is the way the framers wanted it to be." Gang, the hubris of these people, it's simply beyond words. And remember, we experienced something like this here on this channel. When I was recently demonetized, we had big tech overlords in effect, tried to silence us and disrupt our relationship with one another. But you, gang, you literally thousands of you stepped in and you rescued me. You rescued this channel by bypassing big tech and joining our Insiders Club. You made it loud and clear to the Silicon Valley oligarchs that were a movement, an army of like-minded patriots who refused to be silenced by the international woke police. And so once again, I just want to take this moment to thank each and every one of you who've joined our Insiders Club for coming to our rescue. And for those of you who want to join in, take a part of this effort and this action, just click on the link below, join our email list, that's all. That way we'll never ever lose touch with one another, no matter what big tech does. Just click on that link below, join our email list and become a part of an army of hundreds of thousands of patriots dedicated to taking our nation back together. What we're seeing from the likes of these Democrats, we're having a temper tantrum over the Supreme Court's unanimous decision to allow you and me the Democratic right to vote for the candidate of our choice, not Keith Obermann's choice or Jenna Griswold's choice or MSNBC's choice. No, our choice, that's what the consent to the governed means. We vote for who we consent to be governed under. The reason the left is having such a hard time with that is precisely because after 2016, they no longer believed they could trust in the consent of the governed. With every passing month over the last seven and a half years since that fateful night, November 8th, 2016, we've been learning more and more just how panicked the powers that be were over the back-to-back victories of Brexit in June of 2016 and then the victory of Trump here in the States. They've suddenly realized to their horror that these persistent populist movements that had thus far stubbornly disrupted parliamentary elections in Europe, they were no longer fringe peripheral movements. Populism was now effectively dismantling the European Union with Brexit, and very possibly dismantling the liberal international order with the election in Donald Trump. We now know that something happened inside both D.C. and Brussels that night. Suddenly it became widely believed among our political elite that the consent of the governed simply could no longer be trusted. The consent of the governed had to be managed. It had to be coerced, and if necessary, it had to be thwarted. Now ironically, there was already a model for such a sweeping political project. It was spelled out in Klaus Schwab's 1970 book Modern Enterprise Management, and it introduced a key concept for Schwab called stakeholder capitalism. Now stakeholder capitalism is generally presented in benign terms as a system in which corporations are oriented to serve the interests of the general population at large, not just their investors, but the whole of the population. Because as they say, we're all stakeholders and a far more fair, just equitable society. But what really happened was that the model of stakeholder capitalism overlapped perfectly with the political and economic manipulations thought necessary to ensure that a Brexit and Trump disruption never happened again. We now know, thanks to the Twitter files, that they're emerged within the three letter agencies a public private partnership with favored corporations, most particularly big tech social media outlets that formed a corporate state hybrid that largely bypassed precisely the kind of executive restraint envisioned by classical political liberalism, the very government, our founding fathers envisioned and instituted. The end result of this relationship was that corporations were in effect deputized to restrain the freedoms of citizens, particularly our freedom of speech and information, so as to maximize centralized control over the totality of political and economic life. And here's the key, completely irrespective of the will of the governed. It was believed that it was only by implementing such coercive measures that something like what happened on November 8th, 2016 would simply never happen again. And yet, here we are, seven and a half years later. And he's back. And he's back stronger and more popular than ever. He's in a better position today than he's ever been to win the White House. This is why Keith Obermann and the left-wing lunatics throughout the legacy media are having such a temper tantrum today. You see, it's because today was never supposed to happen. They together set up a system that was designed by its nature to never allow Trump to return. And everywhere they look, it appears he's about to do. Just that.
