We can say plenty about that match here, that wondrous, wondrous game, where we had our Brazilian magicians all on show. We had everything going on. We even had wondrous saves from Minnule, and not to mention the incredible Merton skirt volley to wrap it all up. It's going to be a good one tonight. In the bunker tonight, I'm joining me tonight. I'd say it's probably the best performance I've seen since we've smashed ours, not at Anfield, for everyone. In the 20 and 40, too? Yeah. I won't never fucking hear it. Yeah. That was probably even better than that. Yeah. Yeah. Look, when we beat Chelsea a few weeks ago, it, you know, mirrored them sort of performances. We won that, in that run, in 30 and 40, when we beat you, we beat the city at home. Like, we just dominated and from the start of the game. So, it's just great to think that we can reproduce that now again, and it's all fresh and things are looking up again. Yeah. The transformation and then players in the space of a couple of weeks is phenomenal. I don't know whether that's reflection on the manager, or reflection on that professional footballers are inherently wankers. [LAUGHTER] Do you know what I mean? Like, because they can't, obviously, can do it. They just didn't want to bother doing it for our Rodgers, obviously. Well, to see them doing it now, just because they buy into something that's, that their superior is telling them to do. But as professionals, they should be doing it anyway. I question their ethics. [LAUGHTER] So, we found something to complain about? Yeah! [LAUGHTER] Well, it's hard to put, like, a finger, and I think we all knew, mostly, rational Liverpool fans knew that that was a good squad, that Rodgers had assembled, and we weren't a hell of a long way. But, you know, okay, without Suarez. But pretty much everyone else was there, and there's been improvements brought in. So... What was the consensus at the start of season here, Andy? Wasn't it that it's a good squad, that it's a top four squad? Well, I thought you felt that Rodgers might have actually went back to his ways of just saying, "Well, this is it now, like, you know, let's go down and fight, and if I'm going to get sacked here." But he was just continuing on from last season, that protection mode. But now it's like the players are allowed to express themselves again. They've got to plan it again. They've, you know, they're, like, they're enjoying their football again. I don't think it's a really poor reflection against them. I don't think it's a hugely poor reflection against Rodgers either. Like, things go stale. Like, you know, these things happen in football. Yeah, well, I think it's a reflection. I think it's, you're saying they'll go and express themselves. They'll go and express themselves once they deal with a hard part forced. Do you know what I mean? Which is... The Gagan Presently. You mean the mood? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. So, Johnette had to put an end in it. No. You just flagged that. Yeah, yeah. Now, I agree with what you're saying, Andy, that things did go a little bit stale. But listen, I was just, it's just something that across your mind. Why couldn't they deal with six weeks ago? Well, let's, let's, let's look at the opposite of what you said. You know, is there not the sense that there's an identity in the way we're playing now? Is, like, we're talking about... A sense of corpus? Like... The, the, the whole lot that goes on with it. You know, you're, you're looking at the, you're looking at a manager who has a, a definite style in the way he wants to play football. And you can see that as the weeks have gone on since he's been here, that team has progressively gotten better and better. And it's become a more automatic in the way he's playing. And something he said in the interview as well, that he had a, you know, because, because of everything that's gone on and because some of the teams weren't playing and the players weren't playing, he had a lot more players on the training ground for ten days before that match. So, Andy, like, should we not be, and we should be, in my opinion, anyway, give him crap a lot more, giving him most of the credit for turning this thing around in terms of the way the, the teams respond on the way they're playing now, because it's different to the way we were before. Yes, of course. It's all him. Like, you know, it's all him. Like, I mean, like credit, credit for Rogers for, for bringing all the employers in, because they, because they obviously have ability and then the credit, the full credit for getting that potential out of them and for actually probably performing over, you know, exceeding their level to clap like it's, it's own, it's unbelievable. Like, you know, we're going to pinch ourselves here that we've landed such a great manager. And the things are, things are looking up, like, how long may it last? Paul, taking it on, I'm looking at it like, you know, there seems to be, in the tree lads that started up front, and I don't know where I'm playing with the recognize center forward, but they're starting to become a very functional, attacking, truly over it really, aren't they? Even without a recognized center forward. Like, for me, you know, that was really a breakout performance from him. Yeah, I think, but I think like, at the end of the season, I think we'll be looking back at this game as like, the moment when he properly landed, like, and I think he's going to properly kick on from here. Yeah, but the three of them, like, they're like, there's so much movement and like, they can interchange so well. Like, whether they're getting the ball, kind of, whether we're on the break and they're getting the ball first 40 yards from goal, or whatever, we're up at the other box and they're still swarming all around the city. Like, it was something else to kind of see, like, the belief from the first minute, like, that we were absolutely going to trounse them, like, we're all over them, with the ball and without the ball. It was brilliant, like, like, like, 15 minutes after halftime, when city changed it up a bit, they kind of got a little bit of a foothold in the game, but other than that, it was just so swarming after them. And like, they're the title favorites, like, it's completely unrecognizable, too, what it was. And like, La Lana, uh, continuing for me, you know, like, the trade-um are just brilliant, and then, like, we, we, we didn't have a recognize strike, but I think we'll see, for me, you know, playing that a few times, because the storage will get injured and then tech ain't probably will as well. I think, like, even if everyone's fit, there'll be games where the club kind of says, no, I'll play for me, you know, they're trying to trade them up there together, like. And the, um, for me, you know, I don't know if it was just me, or maybe it was the few beers I was helping watching the match, but there was definite reminiscence of, um, Suarez in the way he was playing, the way he was so aggressively, like, going at the centre-backs in the full position. Yeah. And a bit like Suarez in his first kind of half season when he was missing a few chances, as well. Yeah. Like, you get fancy, you get fancy for me, you know, or any player who's got two of them. Yeah, yeah. Really, really good chances. And, uh, but you, like, I mean, that movement to be there and to get involved in the build up the boat, um, that con, you know, and, and when the goal is there con, like, that's, he's going to be, he's going to be an incredible player. Yeah. His, his, his touches are lovely, aren't you? Like, that's what, there's so much of them that reminds me of the way Suarez plays. And I'm not saying he's as far as the level, let's say, in terms of a finisher or whatever, but he is definitely a class footballer. And you can even see. Yeah. And I know we'll talk about the goals, but the, the, the pass for Catino's goal is sensation. It's a, it's a slight glance to see the runs happening and exactly where it needs to go with goals there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I don't think, I don't think Catino can get onto that ball if it's put anywhere else. Like, if it was a pull too close to the fairness, they get the clearance on. If it's pulled too far ahead, then the heart's going to get it, isn't he? There's a gap of 18 inches there. You had to get that ball into, like, you know, and it was right bang on where it needed to be. Yeah. So, and look at the, the, the CE, um, the CE defense, like, um, man, gala, and there, The Michelle is there. They're just, they're awful. And I don't know how many times you watch Liverpool when they've come to cancer bad defense. They didn't capitalize. They, like, Liverpool smell blood there, like, um, uh, fucking Deloitte. That they can, that the way I had to produce that, you know, could have been, could have been on his car. You know, do you want to just say anything about Firmino? Cause like it's, it is, it was the Firmino show, really. Yeah. It was fantastic. I think rather than just him on his own, I think what the difference was when Suarez was there, he was leading by example, but from the force minute everybody bought into the hole, we're all going to press together. And so there's a master's, so the front tray, speaking specifically about the front tray, you have to inherently trust your little guys, your playing, but if you're going to go and go and press out of the goal, the ball goes sideways. They're going to go as well. So like, they are trusted each other implicitly. And they all, the ethos the manager was putting through, they all bought into that amazingly. So when you have everybody in it together, it's easy rather than the difference I could see with the, with the, with the 2014 thing, it's Suarez was leading by example. At this time around everybody was out of it from, from the, from the force whistle. You know what I mean? One of the things Clap said part was that, um, he had to say to Firmino a couple of times in the force half to get back up front, he said he's never had to tell a player to get back up front. Yeah, yeah. Um, it's, you know, it seems to be that he has a really good handle of these players and where he wants them to be on the pitch. Yeah, like he, he seems like someone who, like, if you're not doing your job, like he's going to tell you, like, you're not going to see the same players going out doing the same show every week and getting away with it. That's because like he, like he can tell he loves the players and like he really writes a lot of them, but like he was eating can as well during the match league. He could say like you can see him going absolutely flipping his lid when it's not going the force, which is, which is what you want basically. And like, like, that's one of the kind of problems you will get playing for me. You know, up top is like, is natural inclination will be to drop deep and get on the ball. But like when he, when he does it at the right time, it's, it's what kind of opens the team up as well. I say you love this quote about Chan, but if you, if you haven't got the, if you haven't got the legs to get back out, you've gone forward, don't go forward. He didn't hear that. He was it. He was, oh, yeah, you can, if you haven't got the legs to go forward, then you don't go forward. Because you're asking them, I think it was, it was on NBC and they're saying to me, you know, you seem to be given Emory Chan a right ballerkin in the second half. Yeah. There was another quote that was brilliant because they were saying, oh, was that a perfect performance? No, no, no, it's not. It wasn't perfect. There was lots of problems that was there. Yeah. I think, I think he mentioned, I think he mentioned that a few times, like in every, you know, the BBC one, the Sky one, then the post match conference, he said, it wasn't perfect. You know, like, he wanted to, he wanted to really get it out there. Listen, you, you're still well here, but next week's the next game and we expect improvements again, which is brilliant. So, Michael, when they hear that, the, the, one of the major problems he sees in the whole squad is belief and they need to believe him. You know, I don't know whether that's getting them, it's a psychological thing, obviously, isn't it, that them to believe that they're better than they are? I mean, it's just that Joe, you're going to win before you even go out there. But he was pushing naturally. We need, when we were training it up, we fell back. But his point of view was we should have kept going and going and going. We didn't believe it. We couldn't handle the fact that we were training it up. You know what I mean? So rather than him slagging off their abilities at all, he's saying it's belief and all of them, what they're buying into that big time, right? Yeah. Yeah. I suppose there was one quote that he swore he was giving out about towards the end of the day. And that the fence weren't giving many, like, no options when the bar went back. He said something like, it's a good footballer. No, he said he's a good footballer. But if you keep giving a back, he'll shit himself. I saw that when they had to bleed their feet so now they can't. If you don't give them the options, he gives a shit pass. There you go. I suppose we would have said, yeah, lots of positive things. But there was a couple of negative things. Oh, James Miller. I didn't think he was that bad. No, I didn't think he was bad at all. It was hard. It was hard. It was bad, boo. What are you typing up here? No. He wasn't. No, it wasn't that. He hasn't been my favourite player. That's one of his better games later. He cut out most of the stupid fells. Obviously, he's not as gifted as the rest of the players. That kind of sticks out like a sore thumb sometimes. I thought he was OK. He did a kind of functional role. He did what was asked of what you'd expect of him every week, whereas in previous weeks, I don't think he was even doing that. It was the best true boss that wouldn't have seen the players through. Listen, Jerrod did that three points every season though. He just came out to me earlier about that. I thought he was decent enough. Did you? No. I didn't think there was any one that was not worth it. No, no, no. I'm not having it. I think the whole team were fucking damn good. I wouldn't, I wouldn't criticize him. Actually, Chloe, it was pretty poor. Did you think? Yeah, on the ball he was pretty poor. I thought he was solid enough. Yeah, I think he was pretty poor in the ball. Always put him in here. I don't look at him because with Dale's caret himself, but again. I thought defensively, again, sixes and sevens and times what was going on. You're always worried about him and over as a centre-back parent. Yeah, but they both were scared to defend Chloe Hoy of the pitch like so kind of de-effectively. Like, you know, they defend Chloe Hoy of the pitch and they kept the male one. They didn't let too many balls in behind. No, no, no, no. But anyway, moving on to Lucas and Chandler in the sentiment field. Have you enough, Niro? I'll chase this, yeah, but you can't complain, can you? Yeah, you can't know. No, you could if you wanted. Well, I don't want it because I was trying to criticize the professional ethics earlier on. I don't think so. Listen, Lucas, it's his rebirth as unreal, isn't it? You have to give the blow credit because we get cained up 'til for everything he does nearly. Criticizing now would be just madness. There was. I suppose. I thought he was a swampy for the goal, but other than that, I thought he was sorry. Yeah, I think his. Yeah, poor. He was only yellow. I think he didn't even have to commit, you know, a yellow carrot fell there, but he's afraid. And he started to touch here as low able to be. If he's not in the yellow there, he's able to put a little bit extra on top of the grill to knock him off balance. Doesn't necessarily have to pull him down. The problem, I had one of the dollars. When Aguero first got the balance started running, Lucas kind of looks at him for about three paces. And you know Lucas isn't going to catch him anyway, so Lucas has to be on top of it getting back quicker. I thought Aguero took a few paces for him. If you remember who it is as well. And then Aguero was like, you know, maybe he's still present. Listen, fuck off, everyone, right? Fuck off, everyone, right? [LAUGHTER] Fucking professional ethics, right? [LAUGHTER] For all and all that, they go, "Okay, Lucas was the kind of defense of his failure on his own." And then Miller and Chaniar saw him offering all that cover. And it's hard to both of them offered that cover brilliantly. That Lucas didn't have to get pulled away over there too often. And they controlled him and failed. Like, you know what I mean? I know, I know. So good players and that fucking city in the south of America. Yeah, exactly. And I thought, like, the city didn't have... There wasn't many tactics you could look at the same. This is what's the year trying. But one of the things was, if Moreno went forward, Navas went back to him, and De Bruyne just followed out to the right wing. And like, that's where they looked at counterattack all the time in the fourth half. And I thought, Lucas and Chaniar, there was always one of them back to help out Lovren. Yeah, they dealt with De Bruyne as a quality player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. Yeah, he's just a healthy player. It was like he has three legs. No, I think when I watch the only thing that's hard on the replay is that he goes, he goes to play it out for the corner. Yeah. And it hits the inside of his heel. And it goes back towards the goal because the, you know, you know, the sort of direction it goes. Yeah, well, you could see it. I mean, you could see the way his body was shaped up like he was shaped up to just pass a little play. But like, you're a slate, you're a slate, you're a player, you know, he does that. Yeah. And, you know, like, you know, he said, he's an OK player. And, you know, Sagin has been doing well at a fallback. And he was disgraceful for, for a goal as well. So, let's look at that because the, the build-up playing it for, I don't know. He obviously manually puts it in, but the build-up play is fucking great. Like, it starts with the press and down. Yeah. I can see it. Yeah. Well, yeah, I can see the way, the way he chased by, like, the way he chased. It's what you expect, but to do it so effectively, like, he just biting, biting as I can say. And he absolutely shit himself. Yeah. You know, I wanted a pressure, because it wasn't just Catania running after him. He was, he was boxed in to the corner. Yeah. The, the, the touchdown was defending them that way. Catania was defending from going back. And then Moreno was closing in and Charm was coming across. Like, it was just bollocks. Yeah. And he didn't know what to do. Yeah. He didn't have to lose the ball. So, he forced a mistake with all this, with all this press. Then the, the touches and the passes are low. Yeah. And then slick. Yeah. Yeah. They all nearly look the same. They're all kind of a bit mixed. So, what's the match back today? And then all the goals are still a bit mixed up in the head. Cause it's all just, like, win the ball back and boom, boom, boom, around their box. And I finished, like, like, it's just all brilliant. And the same, but all the chances they create as well. Yeah. It was all, yeah. It was all very, very slick. But even the, the, the Catania goal, like the force in the air again. Like, like, what you said about Frimino being a, there's a, a torture Suarez about him. That's like what Suarez did. If he saw a ball bounce and that sent back at each other, like, all right. I'll see how you deal with this. The two of them went in for it. And Frimino came out with it. And the way, like, he takes a nice kind of touch. Like, you can see, like, his next touch is kind of dictated by, on a take color off out of the game now. And then he kind of takes it away and puts it back across the tree and the Catania. Yeah. It was ridiculous stuff. Like, he's, he's absolutely smashing. Yeah. Yeah. And then Frimino's goal. Yeah. That's the back here. No. All right. I'm still trying to register. What happened for that girl? The back here. Yeah. Yeah. Well, John's back here was obviously intended for Frimino's run. Yeah. It doesn't really know where Catania was. I was wondering who it was going to say. Yeah. Another course it is. But it doesn't matter. Like, when you, when you're in that position on the page, like, the player that gets the ball back in, and they'll out with the defense. It doesn't really matter who it was for. It still puts the ball in behind into all that space. So it doesn't really matter who picks up on it. He knows that the fans are obviously going to be following on it. Yeah. And Liverpool, they timed their two runs in on top, and both them players wanted that so much. Yeah. And just between them, they said, it doesn't really matter which one of the scars here. It's going to stick that ball in there. And even, the finish itself, and I'll continue to place the lovely ball in from, right? But I think that he holds the run just perfectly. Because if he goes, if he takes an extra step, he's outside. Yeah. Because the ball has gone full. Didn't blow his beans. Yeah. And then the finish. Like, he doesn't try the blast or whatever. It's like a little roller into the net instead. Yeah. Don't tell me you're a fucking asshole. It wasn't pokering up when you hit it. Like, is there someone getting back? Oh, no. No. I shot me. I thought you missed hit at first or something. I know. They were so devastating. Like, you know, that was just so punishing. You know? Like, they exploited their defence, frailty, so much. Like, there was a here's a space and then, oh, Gary Neville kept saying it's your own commentary. But you could see it was so obvious, like, absolutely there for the table. A less ball to your team. It was repeated so many times. Like, for all the chances we had in the first half. Yeah. I know when we conceded the equalizer, it seemed like such a kick in the stones. Even though we were three, we went up at the time because we could have been five, six, and then up at that stage. Yeah. It should have been five now, probably. Yeah. Like, I'll then flick some volleys over players' heads and all that. Like, you know, it was just that many feet. Like, just go, "Yes!" Walk back. You know what I mean? Like, how often did you enjoy Liverpool last season? Not at all. Probably Spore was early on. But, like, that's just, like, that's what you're watching football for, isn't it? Like, that's art and stuff. You know, obviously results are the most important thing and it doesn't really matter how you get them. When your team is doing that, when it's producing that, I mean, that's the only way you're going to get this atmosphere back in our field and to make this, create this culture, like, clap once and, you know, for everyone to stay, you know, stay in the stately end to see you. Because you don't want to miss even that. And that team just kept going and kept going and kept going, which is brilliant to see. I suppose then, looking at the goal itself that we conceded, it was a crazy attempt to pass, so I'm always scared that gets us into trouble in the fourth place. It's a male flower, Mark. Well, I think this chip will not, you'd bury the fucking thing into Roger. It's a mad decision if he's going to go out that wood, like, for the ball. Like, you're right, you're sure of where it's going. Like, you're sure of where your pass is going. Or else it's not a pass, it's a clearance. You don't just, you don't just dink it down the line like that. Especially with the team that's a half one. And if you've bent decade air or something like that, you just have to play the ball in towards him. And he's going to be battering fellas off and he only comes in. But not when you've, you've, you've three loy players up there. Like, I mean, you can't, you can't. I think we're having, I think in fairness, he didn't mean to. I think in fairness, he did make the clearance lines. Like, he just made a mistake. You know what I mean? I don't know. I think it was a pass with purpose. I don't think so. I don't like it. He's not, he can't become, but if he's stupid. Like, I just, I just kept in continuing this to half time. Take no fucking, take no chances here, treating it up. You go in there treating it. If you, if you get conceded ago, no fairness to Aguero. He has so much to do to score that goal anyway. Like, you know, it's not like he's gone straight through on goal. If a line's at any of the cons in the league. Yeah, exactly. There is that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I think the most important point about conceding the goal is how we reacted afterwards. Like, we're still, it would never look like, see, we're going to get back into the game. Like, and it looked like if they did, we had push on again and we could get. I didn't, I was disagreeing with you there in a sense because. I wasn't the EU's. I wasn't the EU's. I wasn't the EU's. After the goal and the start of the second half. I thought, I thought we had a poor start of the second half. Yeah, we did, yeah. Because, you know, we give away that chance. And I'll say this thing about Midnight. You know, everyone will rave about the save with the one hand that he makes from, from the second thing. But the fact that he stood up so long. That forces the, the city player avoid instead of, instead of making up the city player's mind from so he has to go back across the goal. So that creates the opportunity to make the save and the force to instantly. Yeah. And a lot of everyone got back around them as well at that standpoint. Yeah, he was heading back here as well. There was a few, yeah, there was a few layoffs. There was a ball across towards Sterling and Sterling gets caught in his heels. All he had to do was get him, get him front of, and that's, that's got him back to like, when Sterling played his Irish striker for a while. It's not instinctively, you know, like, and he saw the striker, like, we always like, you know, Hernandez, when he was, when he was playing with, you know, like, you're just staying on top. Like it's instinctive. Yeah. Yeah. Players like that fell, like, you know, they're, they're, they're strikers and they just sniff calls out. And you know, and they're, it's no coincidence they're always in the right position. So, well, you know. Yeah. I was, you know, about that I wasn't too, I wasn't too concerned that they were going to go back into the game. It was because you were effectively, at the end of the day, we're awake to see they're going to have a spell over the 90 minutes. You're not going to dominate it completely. And I was alone, like, this is their spell. And they didn't really, they didn't dominate either. But I still had some chances where they were coming back into the game. There was that chance. And then the, the order one that stuck in mind was, was it Fernando or a friend of Daniel, or the one of them? Right, right underneath the post. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Fernando, you know, he got really under it. Yeah. And I only had to deal with, they couldn't run the ball overnight. Had you not tried to do what he did. But I suppose, all in all, though, as you said, Neil, to take go to City's Ground and only concede one and score four is a great, is a great bonus. And like I suppose, Tinkerville, Pentecchi, when he comes on as well, that one seems to be running through. I don't know why he did that. Yeah, just slow. Hang on, hang on here. Give this fellow a tump in the face. Yeah, I think you thought he wasn't going to get, he wasn't going to win beating for a pace. So he thought that delts off me. And then he's going to, he's going to stumble and then I'll get away from him. It's unfortunate that was too scary, wasn't it? Yeah. It's good to say it was famous. What's a good title? You can see the key, but with that side of the height and, you know, that type of shot, like, anyway. But then again, so let's get on to the main event, which is Martin Skirt with gold. It's fucking monstrous, isn't it? We're going to have Skirt on the team. There's any justification to have Skirt on him. He was a gold shirt. He was a gold shirt at one stage, from said pieces. So your claim sent to Ford, as I've been saying for a long, long time. I've been saying for a long time. I've been saying it for a long time. I've been in fairness, right? Look, the corner just goes up on the air. But his adjustment on his body to get the volley away is fucking ridiculous for the scent of our game. Yeah. The power in this, right? I was just sitting laughing at it, like, you know, watching it on replay. And then I had to kind of go, I better watch the rest of the match, like, it could be fucking five one now. It could be like our four two or whatever, and think of like, because I wasn't watching it that long, just laughing at it. And then I was going, what is it? I'm making a big stupid noise, putting everything behind it. Like, I've had the touch that he'd have gone into the net. Yeah. Which is hard to, it's only mid-door, it was the thing. Yeah, it was hard. You love that, because you can hear it, you can hear it in that show, you can catch it when it goes. Yeah. It makes that sound right. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. That's great. You can hear it hard, saying, "Fuck sake." I don't know. It's hard. Yeah. It's fucking freak. It was a tab banger. When we were showing the replay, it was on the fucking microphone. It obviously walked back into the net, giving it a stick. Yeah. Yeah. Let's be honest about it. It's a great strike. I'm a fair played one, because that's, you know, that's what he is. And apart from the mistake, as we're saying, it was, or whatever the fuck he did for the girl. How did you think he did? Apart from that. Over the 90 minutes. I thought it was a bit of a cure tag. Be honest with you. There we go. Why did you take a path? I thought it was all right, yeah. I think at times he's just scared. Look, he's not great. He's okay. And we did enough to cover his deficiencies. And then what he did do, some good things. He cleared a couple after long and he made some good blocks and he made the scared tackle. Yeah. But they're the type of things that, like, you know, does not, not everyone hates carol. Like, a lot of fans really like him and really writing. A lot of commentators and pundits are not really writing. Because of them things. Like, because I'm on fire if you remember Jordan a match. Oh, yeah. I remember it. Last, about this time last year I said, I want some blast in the space. Everyone was seeing me. Yeah. He's pulled the back of it since then. Like, look, he's not, he's not good enough long term. He's not good enough. Like, he has, he's all of them. He's, I think he's the one that has to go. Yeah. I think we're seeing problems and soins from love him. I was going to ask you about this. What did you think of him? I think he was got, he was caught apart from about 10 minutes. He can't last the plot. That's like a confident, a confident lover. And that's not on a pressure. That's not like confused themselves. And the one thing's kind of our character is a, is a good lover. And you know what I mean? There was one, there was one mom on the way. He was out there kind of a misplaced a couple of passes and just been a bit too much of album for him for a few minutes. And then the ball comes over the top. And instead of letting it drop for another half seconds, he can get a real kick on it. He tries to kick it over his head. Yeah. Like it's, you know what I mean? It's really, really got away with that. Fuckin' shit. And it's like a mom's like that. You want to see him get away with that and then it could, and to be pointed out on. Listen, have a look at yourself here. There was one mom that remember towards the end of the second half when he got thrown out on the, on the sideline and got out here. Here we go. And it was three, it was three one at that stage. And it was the, the usual way to bargain. He's out, miles out on the sideline. Yeah. That's the fourth half. The second half was towards the end of the second half. And he just, the man knocks the ball past him and just basically walks. And the, the looking legs like, oh no. He doesn't look like a bag and he just got out of nowhere. He's like, he's one of the apologists. And he's fuckin' just, but yeah. I, I, I thought he did well, but like he does. See, like there is still like it, that kind of undertone of what we saw last season isn't completely gone. Like, there's a few times, even just silly things that like didn't matter where, you know, the ball and they're standing them up. And they're kind of like, they're deciding which way they're going to go. And he just sticks out this foot that goes nowhere near the ball. And he's just thinking, like where, it looks almost like, you know, like you're playing FIFA and you like, someone's in front of you, you press left on tackle and he doesn't make stand out to the side. And you're kind of like, where, where was that coming from? Like, what did you think was happening there? But like, I thought on the whole, he did fairly well. Yeah, he's still not fancy when he gets isolated because we know what he can be like. But if this was sort of love or not the start of last season, when we saw him and kind of performance as he has put in, when he's been in the soy this season, you'd be saying, this isn't a disaster at all. No. Well, I did enjoy his crap moment. Yeah. He went down. It was like, they're going to tell me fucking 70 minutes. Yeah. I'm just thinking November. Yeah. He picked the court time to do it. Like, you know, you want to be taking the sting out again. I think it was, it was Trevor Francis. I think it was, it was just after where I went off or. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So wasn't Trevor Francis though saying that, you know, he expected that should only happen in how, in how countries. I mean, never. I was going, never. Fuck me. It makes sense. I'm talking to saying they were to show you basically. And anyway, so look, anything to close off on? There's more. Let's cover everything there. Nothing. Okay. So we move on to the, the games ahead of us. Let's check it out on Thursday. Helping to see storage on you. Yeah. I suppose it was good that he didn't have to come on on the weekend. Now we'd be expecting a few minutes, 10 minutes. Something like that. Just let him. Yeah. Just stick him on. Get him a little. You might get a call. We had a bit of confidence. Yeah. Use him at the weekend then. Yeah. That hasn't been featured. Give him the, give him the continue. We haven't covered the, the continue. Yeah. If he's, if he's a feeling of it, his hamstring is just leaving motion. I'm bringing all you've been. Maybe it's the obvious replacement form I think anyway. Yeah. Absolutely. Maybe give storage, I wouldn't start storage. Maybe give him a half an hour for it. Maybe the second half. But I suppose you can't use this as a training exercise either. Can you consider this Champions League at the end of a sort? We have to win this game. So it's very, it's close to that team as we can get that started. That started there the weekend. Probably when you rest. Um, not specifically, no. Just say, I just, I just think, you know, I'd like to see a bit more rotation. Maybe if, like, you know, it doesn't have to be specific people. Just like, you know, make sure that, like, take a four game block and just make sure not, there's no players that are playing all over for me. Yeah. I have 90 minutes in all four. I don't, I don't know what to do with storage. His hands are a bit toyed though, at the back, especially. Well, Enrique is back in China. Yeah. Look, I was saying, I don't know, I don't know what to do with storage because you don't know whether he's, like, about to break down or whatever. Like, you don't know if, if there's still something wrong with his knee, like, or if we should be saying, no, he's completely fit. Like, you can, you can troll him on for a good half or 60 minutes or whatever. Like, I don't know. I'd like, I have no idea how to even approach storage anymore. Would you keep playing with us? Um, but what? Yeah. Like, what? Senior said he was shy. Yeah. Look, it was just how he was, he was pouring off on the ball at times. But, um, he would be resting for, like, you know, it's a big game. Mm hmm. Probably not. Well, I think he's well able to play games anyway. Yeah. I think Maureen, I was young for as well. He's well able to play games. But, you know, his hands are toyed. Like, I don't know how many chains you can actually make. That's not going to weaken the team too. And watch, like, bring along in. Uh, well, no, because, well, yeah. Okay. Lucas can't play the weekend. Mm hmm. So he's going to play Midweek. Would you give a chance at your play? Yeah, you could actually, you could actually do that. You could play Allen and Lucas. Yeah. You know, play middle there, middle there's only back from here that he was missed out. Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah. And that wouldn't be any harm. Up top, if given continuous, probably else. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Then the Lana Firmino. Keep them going. I don't know. It's very hard to say, really. It's very hard to say what he's going to do or front where those three lads are just going to play predominantly away from home with that whole fluidity thing. Mm hmm. I don't really know, to be honest. I can imagine. I can see Bentake stand, but that's directly broken. Sure, give me this. Bentake for a continuum. Mm hmm. Right. Yeah. I'm not, I can't be specific and you didn't say that then. The demo of your changes. Yeah. The demo of your changes that you can kind of predict. Like, it's going to take, seems to be taking a bit away from that performance like that. They won't be able to reproduce it. Like, we all want to see them reproduce that at home now. Yeah, yeah. Mm hmm. So, we were moving and chatting. It was a big part of that kind of like playing and taking was going to change the story of the game altogether. You know, you started, you started on that to happen. Mm hmm. And continue, particularly because the main man at the minute, isn't he? Yeah. And now he's looking for me. Sure. No, you don't really, I'd say he's probably gone in this couple of weeks. Anyway, it looked like he'd done his hamstring as opposed to just the strength because he, the way he started reacting in the challenge. He was hobbling around after the match as well. Yeah. So, you're not going to... Well, look what Tingey wasn't. He just went and sat in the bench. He didn't go out for treatment. They didn't. Didn't say him immediately. Like, you know, it was having a great laugh at the end, but for me, you know, on the bench. Yeah. And so then what do we reckon? We win. Yeah, I think so. And not major, a narrow win, I'd say. Well, then. Convence win. I think, like, continue on. That sort of, um, the way just to build on that defense has been improved. So, I'll keep improving. I'm building on it. And defend the zone again. They should concede. I think a win takes us through, anyway, because of the points differential. Yeah. So, that would be seven points between us and whoever it is. What you reckon, Edo? We've been. Yeah, and failed to be rockin' flares and planes and all that. Yeah. I think we've been tear or tree now. Yeah. Yeah. The players have to be... Even the players that weren't involved, like, the likes of Alan there. Okay. He's fucking buzzing like it. Well, he won't be a part of this. You know, imagine that. We're going to know he's coming in against ones each weekend. Mm. So, he's gonna, you know, he's... Well, I've got a good point to let me go. Let's quit Swansea. So, Swansea at the weekend. Is Alan gonna start? Yeah, of course he is. Definitely. Yeah, he's... Swansea at home is perfect for him. Mm-hmm. No problem. Yeah. Carlo Torres did a stint in midfield. That's what I was thinking. Did he impress? He impressed me. But he always impresses me. I love Carlo. And I Alan has to play really, isn't he? Yeah, maybe fine. I don't think he'll get me in this... this... this... this margin. Yeah, one way to play a hole in defence in midfield or all. Like, you know, I think Alan's well capable. Actually, was Carlo going to run against Bordeaux? Oh, for Skirtle. Oh. Given Skirtle hasn't... like, Skirtle hasn't missed him much. Yeah, he might do, yeah. Yeah. He might do. Yeah. He might do. But then... I'm not even afraid to risk him, like... Is that a bit of too much of an important game to be dicking about with the defence at the moment? Yeah. I think... Yeah, it's harder. Like... In terms of what he's doing. Yeah. So, okay, so, let's move on to this one. So, look at that. So, we'd imagine the change then will be minimal in terms of from what we saw against Cydia. Maybe if a... if someone to continue does miss the game and Luke's is out. So, we're saying Alan comes in and we're saying one pent-hacking starts to straighten. He's not entirely on how... if storage gets a half and he scores a few goals. Very hard to keep it... leave him out of time then, isn't it? And he... You know, it was all the time he's given to storage in his... in his interviews as well. He's saying how good he is. And he doesn't mention that about any of the other players. The only thing I say is that... looking at the way he brought up in Tekke back where they gave him a few minutes. They gave him, I think, it was 30 minutes to start off with. Then they gave him the second half of a match and then he started them. I can't see him just throwing storage straight back in. Despite what he's saying in the press that if he's fitting off, he's ready to go back in. And Collab's own comments was that they wanted to make sure that he's robust enough like they were saying. You know, he'd only had four days or whatever, but full training. Then those... this gives him ten days before the board all game and then, you know, does another... whatever. He said something like he wants him to do ten full training sessions or whatever before he's trusting him or whatever, doesn't he so? I don't know when he's going to be thrown in. I've got no idea how he approached that situation anymore. I already said it. Oh, his last point? Yeah, like ten sessions. Yeah, he wants storage to kind of do ten training sessions. I think he said, before he's properly relying, "Oh, yeah, now we can kind of put you in the team and plan ahead." So I've no idea how he approached putting storage back in, because I don't know whether he's properly fit. Like, he's... all he needs is match sharpness and you're looking at kind of giving him as much time as he needs. Or does he need to be eased back in? Yeah. I've no idea. Well, he'd prefer to win a few games without him in the soil and to be risking him. We're not dependent on him now. We shouldn't be dependent on him. And take his well out of the score goals. And we've got to... we don't even have to play either of them. And we brew them now. We can score some goals, but one seven teams. Yeah. Take that then. So, look, I suppose there is a certain level of excitement with the idea of storage being there, given the quality of true ball that you're going to get from Firmino and Coutinho. Like, that's the type of thing he's going to relish on when he's back, isn't it? Yeah. I'll just hope he's... he's able to pick up where he is. They'll always, you know what I mean? It's their swimming in a better position, because he does like the scores. He does like the scores. But that's really well for me. Yeah. The thing about it is that... Like, La Lana, Coutinho and Firmino, like, they're horrible to play against, because I'll trade them. All three of them keep moving around. And so, like, like, storage does score goals, but you want him to try and get involved with that. You don't want to start thinking, "All right, we can put storage in, but this means that we're not going to be as good at, like, you know, one engine defenses, like, when they have the ball. We're not going to be on top of them as much." Like, so you have to hope that he gets into it, isn't it? Okay, look, look. You can do it on one hand, only. You can drop it with midfielder, like, you know, the weekend, you'd kind of mill their channel, and Lucas playing in midfield, like, solely in midfield. You can drop one of them in a play storage at home, and he can kind of stick up top. And then the three players in behind them, whether it's Firmino, Coutinho, La Lana, or whether you want to change around there. Can our Oib, you know, can still harass the opposition? Do we have a fearfulness that, you know, Swansea's common monk is under serious pressure, which is gas because he was the best man during the world, this one last year, you know? And given the problems we had in breaking down inside Crystal Palace, our teams, we still have this issue where teams that have been coming and parking the boss in front of us, we've struggled to score goals against the midfield. Again, City, obviously, they are coming out of some, they're leaving space for the lads to operate and get 1v1s and 2v2s and put the pressure on them to rub the ball, hoy up the pitch. Is there a concern in your own mind that, you know, we might, again, struggle to break Swansea down if they decide to go safety force and not be as open and attacking as they normally are? It has to be a concern after the Crystal Palace, and I'm not concerned about just something wrong with you. And I'm leaving aside the performance of the weekend, which is fantastic. Swansea, are you going to come and sit back, aren't you? Well, you don't do it. Well, I would imagine because of the position they're in at the minute to manage on the pressure, I mean, it's a natural default, isn't it? So, am I worried about us being able to break them down? I'd be concerned about it. I'm not worried about it. Do I think we'll beat them? Yeah, I do think we'll beat them, because it's just the belief that's around the place after what happened on the weekend. It's just gone. It changes a whole mindset of everything, you know? This is classic sack and match. So, you know, there's already been the rumours going on. A good fucking hammer and a Swansea will probably be right on the wall for Gary Monks. So, Paul, in your mind, are we going to stuff them? Um, I don't, I don't think we're going to stuff them. I think we'll beat them. I'd be wary. Like, I know it was a great performance against City, but I'd be wary of just thinking, right, that's it. We've beaten City, like, four wounds, so we're going to do all that to everything, because it doesn't work like that. Like, I think we'll beat Swansea. I don't know about him much, though, because I don't think sitting back is really their natural game either. So, like, even if they do try it, would you be nervous of the track that you're playing? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, I think we're going to do all of it. I think we're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. We're going to do all of it. I was there for eight days. And nights. My body's there to shut down after that. I was there getting back, paint me, liver. My heart was getting over. My heart was getting over. I didn't really do that. My heart was getting over the hospital. My heart was the end of the row. So I'll talk to you last night in the endless. I'm going to go out now. Sasha asks, what's your favorite punchline? Not the whole joke, just the punchline. I was thinking about this area. If you just say the punchline, it's just weird. The other one is because Biscuits don't have windows. But that's because Biscuits don't have windows. That's my favorite punchline. Go on, you're going to have to tell us the job we've done. What's the difference between an apple and an orange? No, it's because Biscuits don't have windows. Oh, sorry. You don't think that's a good job at all? Edmond time. Oh, yeah. I'm feeling this one. Big shout out again to the Astropark for Hostness. We're back in the bunker. And we're loving it. Oh, my God. Get down here for all your four ever so I need some imaginary seven-sided, or an inch and seven-sided, whatever one you want to do. We're going to go ahead and work. We're going to go ahead and work.
