Medicare information is consumed in fragments, and YouTube runs the video world. That can lead to a list of problems.
a. Wrong terminology used, leaving you in a haze where the terminology is EXACT and LEGAL in nature. "You know, I kinda sorta did that thingy..." >> This will not work. From there, the telephone game begins, "My friend watched this video on YouTube." 
b. Statement not supported by facts. For example: rate increase of Plan G is equal to Plan N at the largest carrier in California.
c. Ignoring the Gamma Squeeze. Let's say I am the czar of the CMS: I would have very bad news for physicians, you are getting a pay  cut, immediately. Their logical response? Charge the Part B excess, as allowed by law (and what any rational grandmother would tell their grandchild, right now, and what I tell my physician clients. "Look, you are minus $300K in educational debt, and you hold a knife for a living."
