Fixing Late Medicare Enrollment Problems

January 1 - March 31 is a period that:
a. You can enroll in Medicare A & B if you have missed enrollment periods in the past
b. You can make one change to your Medicare Advantage Plan
c. You can cancel your Medicare Advantage plan and return to Part A and Part B (and select a Part D plan)
But:
You need to understand that coverage will not begin until July 1, 2020. There is an important, largely-unknown extra step.
