In modern day NYC the Moped is the new mode of transportation for NYC stick up kids. Great work by the NYPD Detectives arresting one of the perpetrators responsible for robbing and critically injuring off duty NYPD Officers jogging in the Bronx. Another off duty NYPD Officer is robbed at gunpoint while out with two friends in Uptown Manhattan and with the same "M.O." of stick up kids wearing face masks and jumping out of a waiting vehicle. A man in a wheelchair gets robbed on an MTA bus, but stands up out of his wheel chair to defend himself. The NYPD is hiring "Community Ambassadors" and Mark is thinking of applying and so much more.
