A few years later I began to think about the title of this paper far more deeply. I came to the conclusion that the title was wrong. THE BIGGEST PUBLIC HEALTH PROBLEM OF THE 21st CENTURY in my opinion, was not what Professor Blair was talking about in the paper. I would go on to calculate. It is the second biggest public health problem with the 21st-century.
