Early in 2020 I got that incredible opportunity to interview Professor Barry Franklin a research cardiologist from Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan USA. Dr Franklin is a practising cardiologist and also an eminent researcher. He is one of the lead authors on the now famous scientific statement published by the American Heart Association in December 2016.

This paper made an incredible revelation on how individuals could improve their personal physical health status. This is one of the most detailed and fascinating interviews I have ever done. There is no question in my mind that this interview should be called education gold.
