Let's begin the journey together here in episode # 1. A favourite song of mine is from the Rocky movies. There are more than 10 in the franchise now since 1976. The song is called "Burning Heart" - it is from the band Survivor...the lyrics are:

By the end of episode # 1...that is my great hope...you see that I have an unmistakable fire to change the physical health outcomes of your child and school child around the world...If I need to fight like Rocky Balboa to win, that's okay. For now let's get to round # 1...
