Paul was left in prison by Felix, after 2 years, Felix lost his position but left Paul in prison to please the Jews. Feasts, to a large extent tried to rule fairly. But he feels not competent enough for the job as his understanding of Jewish matters is not good enough. So, he is relying on Agrippa to help him out. The most bizarre thing is that the people who do not have exemplary private lives are trying to judge a man who can claim he lives to please God and people.
