The Lord is bringing a charge against the Israelites: no faithfulness,

no love and no knowledge of God! How many of us would be able to talk about who our God is if someone from another faith would ask us? How many minutes would we last talking about Him. This is a general lack in the modern church. That is also the main charge against Priests of his time. May I say it could be a reason for many servants of God to be weak and unsteady in their walk.
