Please watch any time lapse video of caterpillar turning into Butterfly. There are lessons to draw from it. The metamorphosis of a caterpillar to a butterfly is both enticing and inspiring. To freedom we have been saved, and to produce the fruit of the Spirit. Yielding to the Holy Spirit to the entire process. We loose this freedom by yielding to the law, making ourselves servants of it while Christ sets us free.
