Adrian shares insights into his latest venture, The Bioasis, a low-carbon residential adventure programme aimed at igniting planet-positive behavioural change in schools and organisations. He talks about his experiences in ethical tourism, having run an overseas school expedition company that took over 8000 young people to destinations like Ghana, Venezuela, Israel, and the Himalayas. Adrian also discusses the importance of respecting local cultures and environments, and how tourism can be a force for good when done responsibly.
