I'm your pocket fillers, the parlay killer, the north side thriller, start the broadcast. Subscribe with smash, the Gorilla Sports podcast. The Gorilla Sports podcast. Oh, welcome into the Gorilla Sports podcast. I'm your host, Alex Bulpin, and it's Wednesday, July the 10th. All right, guys, we're recapping from yesterday. We had seven plays and we had six winners. I mean, technically we had 5.35 winners, but we'll take that all day, another smashing day. I wish we didn't ruin our streak of eight days in a row the day before as we lost one unit yesterday, excuse me, one unit two days ago, but we got it all back. And then some last night we smashed yesterday. So we had eight plays on the books, however, one of them got rained out. The St. Louis Kansas City game got rained out, so they're playing a double header today, but they switched up the pitching match up. So just FYI, I don't like those plays today. So it doesn't carry over. And then the Minnesota game got rained out as well, so we lost Jose Miranda on one of our hitter parlays. So that's why it was only a 5.35 units. But what a smashing day, guys, another banger. All right, let's get into some of the plays we had yesterday. Our first one, we had Cleveland to win the first five on the Moneyline. This was a sick re, guys, we were going versus Kenta, my Ada, and that was essentially the handicap. We were looking to just kind of attack versus him and he got rocked. He lasted two innings, given up seven hits, six runs. Beautiful. He got two home runs in the first inning. And we couldn't have written this up any better. So it was six to three after the first five innings. But Detroit came all the way back, tied it up seven seven. So Cleveland ended up having to win an extra, as I knew a couple of my buddies texted me saying they didn't take the first five. They took Cleveland on the Moneyline and they were texting me just a little nervous to say the least. But I'm glad it worked out for everybody, but I actually smashed on this game. So my official play for the podcast where I had my full unit play was on the Moneyline for Cleveland, but I also took them as the match bet as well, where they had to win. So you're taking the minus half a run for the first five. That came through. I bet on Cleveland to win the first, second, and third inning on the Moneyline. So they won two of them and pushed one of them. So there's another monster. So I absolutely smashed this game. And actually, so Angel Martinez, this is Sandy Martinez, his kid, he's the number nine prospect for Cleveland. I was looking last night, excuse me, I was looking the night before. And for him to get one hit was minus one 45. Now I thought that was just absolutely crazy. So I jumped all over it. I bet a half a unit just on that alone. Now he's only had seven games in the majors, but he's got a hit in six out of the seven games. He's got three two hit games. Like this kid is getting it. He is getting the Major League Baseball. So for them to post it at minus one 45, like that is like the lowest you'll see any batter in the majors, like guys that are batting, you know, under under 150, like just absolutely doing horrible this year. So I just thought that was crazy, but then when I woke up in the morning, they had moved it to minus one 95. So it lost all the value. It's no longer a play. So I didn't mention in the sport on the podcast, but yeah, that was kind of a banger. I like that move. So we absolutely smashed that game. Our next one was Boston and Oakland over nine and a half runs. Come on. I couldn't have written this one up any better in the top of the first inning Oakland scores two runs on the back of our boy, Brent Rooker, who we had bet on. So he comes through with a big double for us. So he got on the board and then in the bottom of the half, bottom half of the first Boston scores three runs, we got five runs were halfway there in the first inning. Don't worry about it in the second inning, Boston scores eight runs. We cash in the second inning. It's 11 two after two ends up going on to be a 12 to nine final. Couldn't have written this on up any better smashed it. Love it. Winner. Our next play was Pittsburgh and Milwaukee and we took them over eight and a half runs. Now this was kind of tough. All the reports I was reading, we had one of two pitchers going and it was neither of them. It wasn't Martin Perez. Quinn Priester, it was Joe Fleming and it was kind of a bullpen game. But that didn't matter. We said that Pittsburgh could get to Colin Ray and they sure did. He gave up six hits, seven runs on the back of our boy, Brian Reynolds. I said, this guy owns Colin Ray and he did it again. He went two for five with a homer, Pittsburgh absolutely routed them. They hit five home runs in this game, 12 to two final. I told you every time these two teams play against each other, they go crazy and they did it again. 12 to two final smashed it with three and O on our sides and totals. Love that. Special after an O and two day yesterday on our sides and totals. Big comeback. Love it. And then we had four batter parlays and we won again on these ones. So we took Stephen Kwan and we paired it with Jose Miranda. Stephen Kwan got three hits. Love that. Miranda, I'm getting rained out. So we only just won on that one's with a hundred dollar bet and a pay in three, 35 bucks. So less than half a unit on that one, but hey, we can't, we can't control the weather. We can only control our plays and that was a smash or love it. Then we took Yandy Diaz and we paired that with Aussie albies. Yandy Diaz came in nice and early who Aussie albies waited to the seventh inning, but he still came through for us. So that was another winner. And then we took our boy Gunnar Henderson, never lets us down. We got there and we paired that with Brian Reynolds. That was another banger, Reynolds two for five as we said, crushed it. And then we paired Brett Rooker of the Oakland A's. He had a banging day. He went two for three with two double, excuse me, two walks. So he only had three full plate appearances and we paired it with Corey Seager. So Seager was literally the only play we lost the whole day. We would have had a sweep and he ended up going over and they intentionally walked him twice. Becoming like Jordan Alvarez status and it's almost like I'm rooting against Marcus Simeon who bats one position before him because every time that guy gets a double, which happens all the time, free base open, they don't even think about it. They just absolutely walk Corey Seager every time. So he ended up having a shot in the ninth inning. It was a fly ball, but I dropped in the glove. So we didn't come home for that one, but we were really close to a seven or no sweep. But we'll take that all day, guys. We are absolutely crushing baseball for 42 and 16. Whoa, that is a monster number over the last 10 days. That is just big love it. So I get an email from Apple podcasts and congratulations. You've now cracked the rankings in the UK. Let's go UK. I mean, granted, we're only a number 243 for podcasts about sports in the UK, but they love their sports in the UK. Let's go. Or as we say in the UK, let's have it. That's cool. Love it. Now, both of my parents were born in the UK. We're both born in Wales and came over here on a rugby scholarship, but my dad was 20. My mom was 18. So all of my immediate, extended family is all over the UK. But it's funny being Welsh and having Welsh heritage, I've had to explain so many times over the years where Wales is. Yes, it's part of the United Kingdom, know it is in England, but it's funny I've had to explain a lot less since the Rexxum AFC has come out since the Rexxum Football Club and Ryan Reynolds on Disney+. So shout out to the Rexxum Boys. And you know I'm a Rexxum supporter. Let's go. Let's go super Paul Mullen. And of course, my wife's favorite, Ollie Palmer. And I think that's for different reasons, but that's for another story. But yeah, so let's go. And we got a big game this afternoon in England. Let's get those three lions. Here we go. Let's send Virgil Van Dyke back to the Netherlands with his tail between his legs. Come on. All right, let's get into some plays, guys. I'm all fired up again today. We had another big winning night last night. Let's go. So our first play is we're taking Arizona and Atlanta and we're going to take them over eight and a half runs. Now I got that at minus 125. Now I see it's around minus 135 now. I'd rather that than go into the nine personally, but it's up to you. Now again, like similar to the Pittsburgh game yesterday where I took a play not knowing exactly who the pitcher is, it's kind of tough in an AM podcast to have the lions fully dialed in. But again, sometimes I get a little bit better of a number betting on it this way, but that is the breaks. So our handicap for this one is we're going versus Slade Secconi. This is the pitcher of Arizona. This guy's two and six. He's got a six point one ERA. He's got 12 starts this year and 12 home runs, so he's giving up a ton of the long ball. That's perfect for Atlanta. Now Secconi is 0 and 3 at home with an 1165 ERA. He does not pitch well at home in that very hitter friendly park. He absolutely gets lit up with that Atlanta offense. I think that's trouble for this kid. And then it's Charlie Morton the vet. He hasn't had the best year going for Atlanta this year. He's five and five. He's got a 396 ERA. And now the Atlanta bat or excuse me, the Arizona bats have been on fire before this Atlanta series. They've won eight of their last 10 games. They scored 45 runs over the last five games. So like scoring nine runs a game. So absolutely on fire. Love that. And Arizona has a great history versus Charlie Morton. Christian Walker is four for 10 with a homer. Gary L is two for six, Moreno, two for six, Padurmo, two for six. So they've all seen over the years, seen Charlie Morton really well, but I think Atlanta should be able to do most of the damage in this one to get us over eight and a half runs. So I like that play. Our next play, the good thing about them not putting Martin Perez yesterday is we get Martin Perez today. So we're taking Pittsburgh and Milwaukee and we're going over eight and a half runs again. Love this look. And we talked about Perez yesterday, but let's get into him again today. This guy is one in four. He's got a 485 ERA, a 1.56 whip. So terrible underlining numbers. He's pitch versus Milwaukee once already this year. He lasted five innings, given up 11 hits, nine runs and five home runs. 11 hits and nine runs. So his pitching and four inning, five innings covered this number by themselves. Love it. And we've got the rookie Tobias Myers going for Milwaukee. This kid's doing all right. He's five and three. He's got a 358 ERA. He just got rocked his last timeout, given up eight hits and four runs to Colorado. Now similarly to the last game yesterday with Pittsburgh, I think Milwaukee can do most of the damage out of this eight and a half runs. I don't think we need too many versus Tobias Myers, but I still think we can get him versus this rookie. So give me Pittsburgh Milwaukee over eight and a half runs. So those are our two sides and totals. And then I got some batter parlays that I like today. These things have been on fire. Our first one is we're going to go to Juan Soto of the New York Yankees. Now he's been kind of slumping a little bit, but his underlying analytics are just monstrous. He has, he's 13 for 29 versus his pitcher to start off. He's 428. He's in the hundreds percentile of Wobo, which is just weighted on that base average. So he's just absolutely cranking the ball. He's the 99th and exit velocities, 98 percentile and barrel rate, and he's going versus Zach Aslin. He's got a 9.58 hits per nine. Love that. They're on the road. So he's going to get those extra opportunities in the ninth inning and we're going to pair him with Brandon Nemo of the New York Mets. Now Nemo is going versus Patrick Corbin. We love anyone going versus Patrick Corbin. Corbin's one and eight, and he's got a 10.62 hits per nine. And he is in the last percentile, bottom percentile, and batting average again. So love that look. And you pair those two guys together and you get a plus one, oh one, we're getting some good numbers today, actually. Our next play is we're going to go back to Jose Miranda, you know, we didn't get him yesterday, but we're getting him today. He's on a 12 game hitting streak, 341 on the road. He's about 451 since June 1st. So he is literally leading the league right now since June 1st, absolutely on fire. Now I took him in the first game against Eric Fetty. So now there's two games going. So this is the one where he's a minus 250 on Fandal if you're playing through Fandal. Now it's the first game I took him and I'm going to pair him with Nolan Aranado. Now Nolan Aranado of the St. Louis Cardinals. Now this is the second game. This is the one versus Michael Walker. Now he's betting 299 since June 1st and he is 6 for 9, about 667 with three home runs versus Waka. Love that. So you pair those two together, you get a plus 107. Now we're talking, love those numbers. Our next one is we are taking Christian Waka of the Arizona Diamondbacks and we're going to pair it with Willie Contreras. Now he is absolutely on fire, Christian Walker, he's 4 for 10 with a homer versus Charlie Morton. Love that. And eight of his last 10 games, perfect. And we're pairing him with Willie Contreras of Milwaukee going versus Martin Perez. Now he's betting 600 versus Perez and he's betting 345 versus left handed pitching. So I love that. Look, those two guys together, perfect. And that was another, I think it was minus 102, so another beautiful number on that. Our next play is we are taking Jonathan India to get a hit and we're going to pair that with Francisco Lindor. So Jonathan India, the Cincinnati Reds, now they're going versus Freeland today. He was 0-3. He's got a 12-0-5 hits per nine. Love that. Jonathan India's betting 330 since June 1st. So he's absolutely on fire the last month, perfect, and we're pairing that with Francisco Lindor. He's betting 333 versus his pitcher today versus, excuse me, Corbin Carroll, he bets. What is he? 0-3-46 versus left handed pitching, so he's absolutely on fire. Give me Jonathan India and Francisco Lindor together. Love that one. And then we got one last one. We're going to our boy Gunnar Henderson. This guy never lets us down. He's betting 352 since June 1st. Perfect. Now he is going versus Shoda and Monica, that superstar Japanese rookie. However, he has been rocked in his last three times out. So I think Gunnar Henderson, and there's actually really good hitting conditions in Baltimore today. I was looking at that over, but I'm going to pass on that one, but I still do like Gunnar Henderson to get us one hit, and we're going to pair that with Stephen Kwan. How do you go wrong with this guy? He's got a hit in 21 of his last 25 games, got 3-41 versus right handed pitching. So then you pair the two of those guys together, and you actually only get a minus 107. So that's a beautiful price on those guys as well. The really good numbers today, we're coming up a sick day, we're 9 out of 10 winning days in a row for just absolute profit. I know you guys are rocking with me. Let's roll.
