"I'm your pocket killer, the party killer, the north side thriller, start the broadcast, subscribe with smash, the Gorilla Sports Podcast." Oh, welcome in to the Gorilla Sports Podcast, I'm your host, Alex Bulpin, and it's Tuesday June 25th, oh that's cool guys, we're on a heater, we had four plays yesterday and we had four winners, let's go, swept the board, love it, I mean these were some pretty good calls, all of these smashed, this was a sick night, alright let's get into the plays, let's start with the batters, so we had Stephen Kwan and we paired him with Bryce Harper, Kwan got a hit top first, first batter, boom, single, love it, chalk him up, and then we had Bryce Harper, top first, third batter, boom, it's a double, he ended up going three for five with two doubles in a homer, he went off yesterday, so Kwan Harper, parlay, boom, winner, our next play we had Raphael Devers and we paired it with Brian Reynolds, Devers went three for four with a homer, he absolutely smashed, Reynolds ended up going two for four, he actually got his second hit in the top of the ninth, down six runs, and with two outs, so that's kind of important, I was texting back and forth with my brother yesterday and he had a parlay go on that he needed Reynolds to get two hits, and I was telling him like I think he's got a shot of getting back up in the ninth, and sure enough, in the top of the ninth with two outs, down six runs, kind of meaningless, I mean for the most part they don't really pull guys, like I mean if a team's down ten nothing they'll start subbing and pinch hitting and pulling out their superstars, but that's the kind of beauty about baseball compared to all of our basketball plays, when you're down six runs in the ninth and you got your best player one on a 21 game hitting streak in basketball, that guy's sitting on the bench, but in baseball they put him back out there and boom he gets it, my brother won a big parlay, and actually I won a nice one as well, I needed him, I took him with two bases actually, and he only had a single, so I needed that hit out of him as well, so that was sick, soul, devards and Reynolds, boom, cash that bad boy. Our next play we had a couple of totals, we took our second under of the podcast and sick read again on the under, we won our first one and now we're gonna win our second, it was under nine and a half runs, I knew that number was way too high, Cole Reagan's went crazy, he gave up one run, struck out eleven batters, and on the other side Rodary Munoz, he actually pitched well for three innings, and then in the fourth it went lead off homer, back to back homer, single walk, I'm like oh god here we go, and I'm like here comes the hook, but they left him out there, and actually he pitched out of it, he only gave up one more run, so he ended up giving up four runs, but it was a four one final, not even close, five runs under the total, boom, love that under, and then we took a sincey Pittsburgh over nine and a half runs, now this was a slow start to the game, it was zero zero, no run score through two innings, and I get a text from my brother, it's like what's up with your boy Bailey falter, he's got a no-no through three, so I kind of check my phone or whatever, and I'm like what's the middle of the second, middle of the third inning, he doesn't have a no-no through three, it's a no-no through two, but it's early, like give the guy a chance, sure enough he ends up mowing down the next three batters, and big my phone goes, it's like I don't even know, I don't even have to look at this, I know it's something, so I look and I don't even know what the emoji was, but I understood what the emoji meant, but in the next three innings since he ends up scoring eleven runs, they go crazy, five of those came from my apparent boy Bailey falter, so it was an eleven five final, 16 runs scored, smashed over that total, love it, four and oh sweet, if you parlayed anything together, I mean almost everything cashed, oh man Steve Kwan, so he had that single in the very top of the first inning, I didn't know it at the time because nothing else had finished, but I'd parlayed all of the plays with all of the batters to get two hits, oh god it was like a three thirty five hundred dollar parlay that would have come through if he had gotten one more hit, so that would have been a nice cash out night, I still had a sick night, but that would have been elite, anyway I'm fired up, we had a sick night, that's uh that's twelve and two, four and one, four and one and four and oh this is a nice little run we're on here guys, now again bankroll management guys, when we get those losses this shouldn't bankrupt it, don't start up in your wagers like crazy, yeah we're on a heater, but don't go doubling down and tripling down, just stay within our means, keep grinding, we're gonna win money if we keep grinding, all right let's get into the plays today, we're gonna go Boston Toronto over nine and a half runs, we just had this meeting, it was Gossman versus Bella about four four games ago, ended up being a seven three finals, but it went over the total, we won that bet, we had a bet on that one, and it went over despite Toronto leaving 27 base runners and going one for 15 with runners in scoring position, just absolutely terrible numbers there, I mean that's kind of indicative of what Toronto's been doing all year long, they just can't hit the ball, but Gossman doesn't pitch well versus Boston and especially in Boston, his last time out he gave up 10 hits, eight runs and three innings, so he absolutely gets destroyed by Boston, both teams have elite numbers against the opposing pitcher, that's why we took the total, over the last time, Devers is six for 19 with four doubles, bet in three 16, Duran six for 13, bet in four 32, excuse me 462, McQuire's four for eight, Ushida's four for six, great numbers on that side, Vladimir Guerrero, seven for 17 with two homers, two doubles, Springer, seven for 18, bet in 389, Alejandro Kirk, three for six, Turner, one for three, Horvitz, one for three, so like I said, all these guys absolutely crush each other, and it's in Boston, I love that hitter friendly park, and yeah, I think they're just going to be banging it off their green monster, over and over again just doubles and scoring runs, so I think we're getting over nine and a half runs, love that play, book it, our next play is, we're going to take the Philadelphia Phillies on the money line versus the Detroit Tigers, and we're getting a nice low price of 130 minus 135, we're back in Ranger Suarez, he's 10 in one with a 1.76 ERA and a 0.89 with those numbers are elite, however he's going versus Detroit, and Tariq Scooble, who is also very elite, this kid is unreal, he's eight and three, he's eight and three he's got a 2.50 ERA and a 0.97 whip, so I mean still elite numbers a little bit less than Ranger Suarez, but he's taken a loss in his last two outings, he gave up seven hits and five runs to Atlanta and six hits and four runs to Houston, so he has lost his last two games out, and this is versus the Philadelphia Phillies, I mean they're 52 and 26, that's the best record in the majors, they're the best team in baseball right now, they got three wins in a role, they're outscoring their opponents 24 to three over that stretch, Detroit, one of that last game was eight to one versus Detroit last night, Detroit's six games below 500, they lost six of their last eight games, so listen I get it, Tariq Scooble is an absolute stud, but so is Ranger Suarez and this Philly team is elite, give me the Philadelphia Phillies minus 135, all right I got two half-unit plays I like, so those first two or two full units and I got two half-unit plays and we'll get into why, I'm going to take the Boston Red Sox on the money line, now the reason I don't want a full unit, I don't trust Brian Bello, he's seven and four he's got a 483 ERA, so that all kind of goes towards our total, he gives up a ton of hits but it's just whether the team can cash in those runs or not, and like we said Toronto didn't do it the last time, but both of these teams are going in opposite directions, Toronto's lost seven in a row including a horrible deflating lost to Boston last night, they put a 6-2 lead in the eighth inning, going on to lose eight to seven or excuse me seven to six, and Boston they've won eight of their last nine games, they've won three in a row, they just swept Toronto two series ago, so I like Boston on a short price minus 120, but I'm a little nervous about Bello and who knows, maybe Gossman can find it in himself to go crazy and pitch a gem here, but I doubt it, so I like Boston on the money line, give me a half-unit on that one, and then my other half-unit, I'm going to take Baltimore and Cleveland to score three runs each, now it's kind of Boston Cleveland over two and a half runs, but they both have to do it, and it comes in at minus 139, now it's Logan Allen going, he's eight and three, he's got a 523 ERA, and he gives up a ton of home runs, he's got 15 home runs giving up and 15 starts this year, so not great, Cole Irvin's going on the other side, he's six and three, he's got a three 45 ERA, most of that ERA's come over his last couple of games, he's giving up five hits, five runs to the Yankees, nine hits, four runs to Atlanta, eight hits, three runs to Tampa, he's just giving up over that three run mark, over his last three starts, he's got an ERA over three, Logan Allen's got an ERA north of five, I'm just kind of worried, the reason I'm going over that nine and a half, I'm scared of a six three or a five four final, something like that, but I do think with both of these offenses versus both of these pitchers, I do think they're going to score three runs each, I'm just nervous, who's going to win it and how high they're both going to go, but who knows, it could go to the moon, it could be seven to six as well, but I like it at the minus 139, both teams to score three runs, and I got one hitter parlay, we're going right back to Stephen Kwan, this guy's batting 419 versus left handed pitching, he's got a hit in 22 out of his last 23 games, he's one for three versus cold urban, and we're going to pair him with Jaren Duran, our other boy, he's on a 14 game hitting streak, he's got excuse me two hits, excuse me, in five of his last, excuse me two hits in five straight, five straight games, and he's six for 13 versus Gossman, batting 462, so if you pair those two guys together you get a minus 129, so I got three full plays, two half uni plays, we're on a 12 and two run, we're going nasty business, and if you guys are rocking with me, let's roll.
