"I'm your pocket killer, the parlay killer, the north side thriller, start the broadcast, subscribe with smash, the Gorilla Sports podcast." "Oh, welcome into the Gorilla Sports podcast, I'm your host Alex Bulpin and it's Sunday, June 23rd, alright guys, let's recap from yesterday, that's what I'm talking about. We had five plays and we had four winners, let's go. That was a sick night, love that one. Let's get into the plays. So we had Arizona and Philly and we took them over eight and a half runs. I told you these Philly bats were going to get to Tommy Henry and ho, ho, did they? They scored 12 runs. It was 12 to one for Philly. They absolutely smashed them so that's sailed over nice and easy. Our next play, we had Cleveland and Toronto over eight and a half runs. We said there was a ton of wind blowing out center right field, there was seven home runs in the game. All of the runs came from homers. Barrios gave up three, Isaiah Kiner-Felefe hit two solos and actually he hit one in the eight or else we were going to get hooked. It was six to two sitting at eight runs and I, I K F comes up with a big solo shot. He ended up hitting two solos from the lead off spot for Toronto, which got us over that one. So we ended up with nine runs there, winner, winner, love that and then we had Boston on the money line and they couldn't get anything going the whole first half of the game. So it's three nothing through four and then Boston gets one in the fifth and they get what in the sixth and it'll get two in the eight. So they're up four to three going into the ninth. It's two out and since he pulls up Stewart Fairchild to pinch hit and he cranks one and it's going to dead center. Oh God. I'm like, here we go. Tie game. We're going to go to extras. Jared Duran gets on his horse and when I say horse, this guy runs like a horse. He's like a Clydesdale. He's got these big long giraffe legs. So he absolutely tracks this one down, runs up the wall and steals a home run from Fairchild, rips it back into the ballpark, doesn't get the home run. We go on to win four to three, love that one. That one was a get out of the chair when we saw that one. That was a sick catch. So that booked us our three winners that way and then we had two batter parlays and we split them. We had Quan to get one hit and we paired that with Juan Soto. That was a winner. Quan went, Quan had a great game. He went two for four with a double and a homer. Soto got there. He got one hit. He got, I think he got three walks. This guy just always walks. And then our other parlay, we had Raphael Devers to get one hit. He came home for us and then Christian Yellich. Come on buddy versus Captain hits Randy Vasquez in his 12 point something, something hits per nine. Couldn't get their ground ball everything. Was a yellowish ground ball, just get the ball in the air buddy. Anyway, so we went four wins, one loss, love that. Now let's bring it in. Let's bring it home this weekend. We got some nice plays I like today too. Our first play is we're going to take the Baltimore Orioles on the money line. We're back in Albert Suarez. Now this guy is kind of a veteran who's been between the bullpen and starting. So he's only at eight starts this year, but he's three and one. He's got a 205 ERA and a 1.3 whip. Love those numbers. And they're going versus Fromber Valdez of Houston. And he's five and five. He's got a 391 ERA. Now we're back in Baltimore. These guys are good. They're second in the AL East. They're 49 and 27, so they're 22 games above 500. And the Baltimore bats have absolutely crushed against Fromber Valdez. White male castle, three for eight with a homer, Adley Rochman, three for six with a homer, Anthony Santander, two for five with a homer, Westbrook, two for three, Gunnar Henderson, one for three, Uranus, two for six. You get the idea. These guys up and down their lineup have absolutely destroyed this guy. And we're getting Baltimore, the better team with all this history versus the pitcher. We get them at plus 108 on the road. Love that. We'll take a road dog there all day. Now we're going to take the Washington Nationals on the money line. Now we're back in Jake Irving. Now this is one of Washington's best pitchers. He's five and six. He's got a 324 ERA, 1.12 whip, not bad at all. And he's going versus Kyle Freeland. This poor guy has had his whole career in Colorado. And I mean, with that altitude, this is where pitchers go to die, but he just keeps coming back to life. So he's been injured, but he's had four starts already this year. And they haven't gone well. He's 0 and 3 with a 13.21 ERA and a 2.55 whip. I mean, granted that's only over four starts. So obviously some of this will average out, but those are absolutely horrific numbers. Colorado's 27 and 50. So I mean, they're 23 games, excuse me, below 500. And again, it's only on four starts, but he's got 18.95 hits per nine. I mean, we were going crazy when we heard Randy Vasquez was up around 12 hits per nine. This guy is 18, 19 hits per nine. Give me Washington minus 125 on the road. Yes, please. And we're going to go right back to Cleveland and Toronto over eight and a half runs again. It's Tristan McKenzie going for Cleveland. Now this guy's three and four. He's got a 448 ERA and a 1.46 whip. So not the best numbers. He's given up 15 home runs on the year. So that's the second most in the majors. He's given up 42 walks. That is the most in the majors. Again, we've talked about this guy. We bet against this guy. You can't give up walks and home runs. And we were talking about the wind blowing out yesterday. It's a stronger wind today. We're going up to 20 miles per hour winds blowing out center right. There were seven home runs in the game yesterday. I think we got a similar thing going on today and it's Kukuchi going for Toronto. Now he's four and six. Got a 365 ERA. His last time out versus Boston, he gave up four home runs himself in his short start four home runs after four innings. So I am liking our chances getting over eight and a half runs in the Cleveland Toronto game. I got a couple of batter props that I'm going to as well. So we got those three plays. We're going to take Rice Harper to get one hit. And we're going to pair that with Adley Rochman to get one hit. And the two of those guys together is minus 129. So I like that number. And then I got another one I'm going with. I got Jose Ramirez of Cleveland to get one hit. And we're going to pair that with Ryan Mount Castle. I love both of those plays as well. We got another five plays going. I'll take a four in one day, but come on, let's get a sweep to end this weekend. All right, guys, after a sick night last night, I know you're rocking with me. Let's roll. (upbeat music) (upbeat music)
