Find a quiet space to sit or lie down comfortably.

Visualize a beautiful, sturdy boat anchored just offshore. It is a symbol of your inner strength and stability. Take a moment to appreciate its strength and security.
Now, imagine yourself stepping into the boat. Feel the gentle rocking as it glides through the calm water. Let the rhythm of the waves match your breath, slow and steady.
As you drift along, notice the beauty around you. The sky is a canvas of soft blues and whites, and the water shimmers with iridescent colors. Allow yourself to feel a sense of peace and contentment.
Imagine your heart as a radiant light within your chest. With each breath, this light grows brighter and warmer. Feel its energy spreading throughout your body, bringing healing and balance.
Continue to float on the calm waters, allowing the gentle rhythm of the ocean to soothe your mind and body. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to your breath and your surroundings.
Take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
Find a comfortable position: Sit or lie down with your back straight.
Focus on your heart: Place your hands gently on your chest, feeling the rise and fall of your heart.
Inhale deeply: As you inhale, imagine a wave of calm and peace washing over you.
Exhale slowly: As you exhale, visualize any tension or stress leaving your body.
Synchronize: Try to match the length of your inhale and exhale to the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Continue: Practice this for several minutes, allowing your mind to quiet and your heart to center.
You can count your breaths to help maintain focus (e.g., inhale for a count of four, exhale for a count of four).
If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath and heart.

soul welcome one and all good morning this will be a continuation from my archival shows from yesterday where I did a video about stethoscope meditation in particular I want to follow up briefly here creating a little tiny bit of a vision of a peaceful harbor as an example of finding a quiet space to sit or lie down comfortably where you are finding that space try to actually for this scenario in this example and vision a peaceful harbor or bay or lake body of water begin with a few breaths feeling your body will relax with each exhale and do for thanks everybody for ingratiating me you're actually allowing me to cheat a little bit be self- ingratiating incorporating a little mini meditation radio right now so imagine yourself on a serene beach warm sun is basking down kissing your skin is just a never so slight lapping of the waves as they hit the shoreline honing on creating a souslin rhythm of trying to envision those waves crashing up on a beach but the sound of the ocean wash away any tension was stress now try to visualize this beautiful sturdy boat anchored whatever yardage offshore you decide just to shore away that can be a symbol of your inner strength and stability take a moment to appreciate its strength and security i'm going to take a moment to hover on my boat my beach my waves my ocean body and i'm encompassing a radiant sun rise coming up and back of the boat on the gentle harbor now imagine yourself actually stepping into the boat and you feel the normal rocking from side to side as you shift your feet to shimmy end to actually sit in the boat feel the gentle rocking as it glides through the calm water barely a riffle let the rhythm of the waves to match your breath try to envision getting your breath in synchronization with the waves crashing to the shore take a count that works for you it's gonna go with four here's my visual on my beach with my boat with my waves three four the crashing wave one two three four the crashing wave trying to synchronize your breathing put the crashing wave one two three four try to envision that wave try to envision the sun coming up over the boat feel the warmth of the radiating sun as it extends its reflection over the water now as you drift along notice the beauty around you the sky is a canvas of soft blues look up take that ambiance in now look at the reflection of the sun on the water coming up over a very calm and serene peaceful body of water with the slightest of ripples of waves crashing on the shoreline that taken the ambiance as the sun starts to rise on the horizon creating a wonderful backdrop of the sun in the beams of the reflection of the sun on the water going past your boat onto the shore with a wonderful blue sky as you drift along notice the beauty the colors the shimmers make them iridescent colors allow yourself to feel a sense of peace and contentment imagine your heart as a radiant light within your chest with each deep breath emulate your chest your body being a lighthouse emanating the beacon of light that you're taking in actually have some fun become the beacon of light in your lighthouse watch the rotating light go around the top of your lighthouse continue to float on the calm waters allowing the general rhythm of the ocean to smooth your mind and your body when you're ready can we bring your awareness back to your breath and your surroundings take a few deep breaths okay for those of you that did see the archival show with my stethoscopes and or did not please go back and revisit them now envision the stethoscope from that video the pink in the blue stethoscope place it in your heart area of your left cavity of your breast preferably underneath your garb unless your bear talks find that comfortable position sit or lie down with your back straight focus on your heart place your hands generally on your chest feeling the rise in the ball of your heart here envisioning the serene ocean body boat the sunrise the radiance of the sun the isolation of the beach and the general crashing the waves exhale slowly as you visualize any tension or stress actually leave your body as you inhale imagine a way you go calm trying to synchronize that breathing into your visual washing over you practice this for several minutes allowing your mind to quiet your heart to center you can call your breasts to maintain and help focus using whatever account you can comfortably do like do for I do as many as taking in seven holding them for account of the world I do different variations of things customize your meditation if your mind wanders like mine often does gently try to bring it back to focus here as the example of the boat the sunrise the radiance of the sun glowing from the backside of the ocean scene going past the boat radiating into the beach the slight crescent of the waves crashing rhythmic breathing try to bring yourself back find your way back jefferson star ship join me on my audio shows a little bit
