From growing up in Kansas as a piano prodigy and performing throughout the mid-west, to graduation with a degree in music. From teaching music and leading music troupes, then starting a family with two daughters with her husband Ken. Then, to answering the calling to go overseas to New Guinea to start a new life as the missionary's wife.

Two more children would eventually follow... but we'll get there in upcoming episodes.

Volumes I - V covers her birth year, 1932, to shortly after arriving in New Guinea to begin their missionary work in 1960.

Note: the various voices in the first volume are Ian's "Other" Mom Gail, and his older siblings Christy, Lisa, and Kent. Lisa joins the conversation in Vol. II, and Roselyn's neighbor's goddammed TV joins in in Vol. III and IV ( sorry about that ).
