This is the five-minute focus for Friday, the 27th of June 2024. Thank you to BoneFrogCoffee.com/taught and God almighty. The Todd Herman Show is 100% disapproved by Big Pharma Technocrats and Tyrants Everywhere. Now, from the high mountains of free America, here's the Emerald City Exile. Todd Herman. And today is the day the Lord has made, and these are the times, which God has decided. We shall live. Welcome to the five-minute focus. My opportunity to share with you what's coming up in the next couple hours of podcasting and an easy way to share the show with friends. If this has been shared with you, our audio podcast is available on every single audio podcasting platform. Plus, there's one we didn't know about. It's on most of them, at least 99%. We also have a YouTube channel, free video clips, it's YouTube.com/at the Todd Herman Show, full-length video. Get a seven-day free trial at video.thedermanshow.com, episode 1,688. The chainsaw guy is getting it done in Argentina. Zach Abraham joins, he's been following Javier Malay and what he's been doing with and two governments in Argentina. There's an important fact, an economic fact we'll discuss with Zach. We'll also talk about, in our country, where would we take to change us to organizations, not to people, and not necessarily just completely destroying them or undoing them, but which parts of government are most inflationary to the economy? Which ones should we change? Zach and I agreed on one particular department of government that we could change in pretty dramatic ways. This is the government that is tracking every $601 you spend or sent to somebody, but they can't seem to figure out where we've sent $6.2 trillion, billion, gajillion dollars to this or that entity, through this or that government department, the IRS. I feel like if you want to understand, if I want to explain the idiocy of the way that tax policy in this country is handled, and to be fair to the IRS, right, they are just a figment or a creation of legislators. I'm not in no personal shots at those guys, but having said that, if you just look at Social Security and the way it interacts is with the IRS, right? Social Security is a tax that we all pay into, okay? And then when it's time to collect on that tax, we get our check and then have to pay federal taxes on it. Think about the amount of time that is wasted as opposed to just factoring that in to Social Security one way or the other. And think about the time and money that's wasted processing tax returns on Social Security. It's ridiculous. Zach and I also made a promise to speak in the future about a scam that's going around online. It's about banking on yourself. There are people who create their own banks, but as Zach said when I mentioned this to him and the look on his face said it all, he simply wants you to get in touch if you're even considering such a thing. I'll just say, say one thing really quick, guys, if you're looking into that whole bank on yourself thing, call us. I'm not going to try to sell you any, you just need to understand what it actually is because it doesn't work anywhere close to the way that it's sold. That's the first episode for Friday. With 1,689, we'll be grabbing clips all night long from the debate so that we can show them to you first thing in the morning and respond in pretty much, well, not live time. I'll be doing that on Twitter maybe if I can stomach it. I really don't care about the debate. I honestly don't because it's not going to change anything unless President Trump can speak the language of caring and fairness and communicate his policies and speak directly to the American people, effectively ignore the figurehead and when he's not ignoring him, ask the figurehead questions, simple questions like, "Why are you funding Hamas? Why did you do away with my executive orders that secured the board? Why don't you just put those back in place? Why are you pretending that your kid's not a con artist?" Things like that. I mean, it's not a character attack. It's just asking, "Why are you pretending?" Of course, headed into the debate the news was and should have been, once again, the moderators, you know, look, unfortunately for America, the court isn't necessarily wrong that this is the way the framers wanted it to be. They wanted Congress, the people who are closest to their constituents, to be able to make the rules of the laws. So what she meant was, unfortunately, President Trump remained on the ballot. It was unfortunate to her. That's CNN. The moderators, again, were the story. The dehumanizing rhetoric of Adolf Hitler is once again alive and well on a national political stage, this time, of course, in the United States, this time given life by former President and current Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump. That would be Jake Tapper, of course. Jake Tapper did not have some of the things to say as the DNC has stood by and winked their eyes and, frankly, quietly applauded golf clapping at the taking hostage of people. This is like Columbia University. Nothing to say about that. All that on behalf of Hamas, which actually has as policy the elimination of Jewish people. That is the five-minute focus. Please do share it with friends and much more importantly, please go with God's good grace. (upbeat music)
