Today is a day the Lord has made in these are the times in which God has decided we should live. Welcome to the five-minute focus. It's my opportunity to share with you what's coming up in the next couple hours of podcasting and your chance to share the show with friends. Episode 1676, undercover versus sex traffickers in small U.S. towns. Yeah, small U.S. towns. Talk to a gentleman named Nate Lewis, who's the founder and CEO of Innocence Rescue Mission. And Nate told me something I didn't know that it's actually small towns that represents the less risk or the least risk for sex traffickers. Through different forms, it's happening, man. They're sounding like right here where we live. North Idaho. High mountains of free America. Yeah, we did our first undercover operation online and we do what we call an ad. So you post like, "Hey, I'm advertising my product on the site, right? Within five days, we had 250 people interested." And Nate did his group work in a number of ways to help stop sex trafficking, including getting men who sign up to go rent the bodies of 11-year-old kids, getting them arrested, thank God. We're in a case right now where, well, actually there are a couple cases right now where we arrested a guy who showed up to have sex with a little child who has children, girls living in his home. Good God, step children or soon to be step children. And when the fiance or wife finds out that he went to meet up with a 12-year-old, then they have an 11-year-old and a nine-year-old at home, she flips her lid. Yeah. And so then unfortunately, we have to do an interview with the mom and with the children. And it's said that 13 is usually when they come out and a young child doesn't know that, "Oh, is this wrong?" Being raped by my stepdad or whatever, is this wrong? They don't know. And how he went about it, who knows how that process worked until they discover they're like, "You know what? That was wrong." Interestingly, Nate's the only other guy near my age I've ever met who, like me, was kidnapped. His kidnapping lasted a lot longer and may have been even more dangerous than mine. He shared that with us. It was an easy target. It was in Los Angeles. That was probably a gang initiation and it was late night and it was in the wrong place, the wrong time. I had a couple of guys who walked up to me, put a gun in my chest, throw me into a car and go for a joy ride. Nate Lewis, founder and CEO of Innocence Rescue Mission, will tell you what you can do to help his group and how they're helping law enforcement around the country and, yes, why it's small towns that are at such risk. Episode 1677 will be a live show, so we're still figuring out what's going to be in it because we'll be responding to live news. One thing I do want to talk about is Donald Sutherland. I don't normally go around talking about actors and I'm not here to say that he was a role model or anything like that. Donald Sutherland and why actors become liberals. And I think this is evident through how Sutherland in kind of a creepy, weird way described his love of being an actor, you'll see that and/or hear it. He also though starred in some of the fundamentally most important roles I think for societal commentary that exists today, one with his son Kiefer. And I think the spiritual commentary in this movie called Forsaken is super important. I also think that Sutherland is, again, a guy who describes why actors become liberal through his very, very actions. I also loved his role in Hunger Games and I'll tell you why. One scene in particular to me is so vitally, vitally important. This is Sutherland being talked about and talking about himself and being adored by the press. Donald worked with many of the greats because he himself was a great. Nicole Kidman in the Undoing, Brad Pitt in Ad Astra, Jennifer Lawrence in the Hunger Games. But it was his role in the star-studded The Dirty Dozen that launched his career. Man, my dad loved The Dirty Dozen. I can't wait to visit about that. See, story is important in capturing Hollywood for Christ is vital. And capturing it for our country is vital for the country. We have to be able to tap the heart of creators. Riley Gaines and her group is taking a run at this with a commercial about protecting girls' sports. TikTok, of course, has banned this. We deserve our own sports. Privacy, fairness, safety. We deserve a chance to compete and win. So don't be nice. Don't be careful. Be honest. Be brave. Fight for women. We've come too far to give up now. And if you agree with that, stand up and stand with us. We'll also give you an update on that janitor who was held captive. Remember that, when the Pearl Hamas agitators took a bunch of people captive? I don't know that you'll be a big fan of the update, but we'll share it with you. That is the five-minute focus.
