Episode 1673, my friend Zach Abraham, Chief Investment Officer, Bullard Capital Management, brought up an interesting fact about the U.S. dollar. It's actually not always used by choice. In fact, most of the time, it's not used by choice. The vast majority of people getting the dollar and the vast majority of people using the dollar or accessing the dollar on a daily basis are not doing it because of desirability, they're doing it because they have to. That reminded me of something that's occurred at Microsoft, where they were so used to having their products be something people had to use because it's what's in the workplace, that they weren't ready for a time when people could choose, and Zach thought that was a pretty spot on comparison to what can happen to our dollar as there are new payment systems available. But Zach pointed this out, "We may be right to actually pray that the U.S. dollar collapses and fails." Now, why would Zach say something like that? On the topic of God, because Zach and I are Christian brothers, we also discussed something that I would call a spiritual KPI, a key performance indicator of your family's relationships, relationships with friends. That's a chart that would have the fruit of the spirit and the biblical definition of love on a horizontal and vertical axis. I shared this with Zach. I'll use this technique for myself that I think we as family should use, and it is this that the fruit of the spirit, patience, kindness, temperance, self-control, long-suffering, then love, biblical love is never boasting, they're proud, seeking to serve other than be served, not angry. Those things? I like to create a chart, one-line horizontal, one-line vertical, and think about around whom do I feel or observe acts of love, and around whom do I feel the fruit of the spirit? I think these families would do a good job to take that as an almost a KPI, a key performance indicator of absolutely family health, right? Episode 1,674, cheap fix, and a cheap excuse, but as the people who run Joe Biden are saying they're all cheap fix, it's all deep fakery, Joe Biden's fine. You remember when Rahm Emanuel talked about never let a good crisis go to waste? I think they've got a plan behind this now. I don't think they've planned it that way, but I think it's occurred to them that, hey, why censor things when you can do something else? Now is this a cheap fake? Thanks for all the members of Congress and Homeland Security Secretary. What's so remarkable about that video is not that he is mentally blue-screening. It's that everyone behind him face freezes in a locked smile. This means to me that they're used to seeing this behavior. Now I think there's a policy coming. I think there's a move coming. I think you're going to see some watermarks on videos, but from trusted media organizations. And as we talk through cheap fakery and deep fakery, the deep fakery of academia appears to have no bottom. This is a professor explaining why we have a parental relationship. The state needs to be the ultimate guarantor of a child's well-being, there's just no alternative to that. The reason parent-child relationships exist is because the state confers legal parenthood on people through its paternity and maternity laws. That's the state that is empowering parents to do anything with children, to take them home, to have custody, and to make any kind of decisions about that.
