[MUSIC] Better strap yourself in, it's time for the Howie Car Show. >> So a friend sent me this email today with your hat on there. And I said, I got to have one of those, I qualified, man. What the hell is this? >> My dirty aunties did it, laundry to the whites. >> Savage right now are incredible. I'm not sure if you guys can recall that feeling you had on the night of Tuesday, November 8th, 2016. I stood over my kid's bed and I wet. >> You're being very on dude. >> Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. >> Senator, there is absolutely no doubt in the FBI's mind whether former President Trump was hit with a bullet and wounded in the air. No doubt there never has been. >> That's debatable. [MUSIC] >> I think with respect to former President Trump, there's some question about whether or not it's a bullet or a shrapnel that, you know, that it is here. >> Rump swabs, hacks and moon bats beware, it's. [MUSIC] >> Howie Car. [MUSIC] >> Welcome to the Howie Car Show. The number is 844-542-42. The Senate hearing on the Secret Service failings on July 13th, it started off slowly. You know, you had Durbin and Graham. You know, it was kind of like listening to Adam Lallies. [MUSIC] Tragically boring questioning of the witnesses in the Karen Reed case. But it got spicy very quickly when the younger Republicans started taking over and asking questions. And this new guy, I mean, it's so pitiful. There is no accountability in the federal bureaucracy whatsoever. It is just amazing. They keep saying, well, who did this? Who set up this disastrously incompetent operation? And he says, we're still having an investigation. It's just another version of sources and methods. And he won't say, no one's been fired, no one is paying the price. It's just, it was pathetic. It was pathetic. And, you know, I just, I got to play some of these cuts. Well, there's so much to get to here today. We've got all the Biden cuts from yesterday. We played a lot of the pathetic cuts, but there's so many to get to. And Israel today struck back at the Hezbollah. You know, I saw the initial Chiron Beirut strike targeted Hezbollah commander. And I thought, I hope they got that guy Nasrallah, the guy with the beard. Because, you know, they're saying he's petrified of being taken out. I don't know why. I mean, when you get one of those nice drone hits, you got 72 virgins, you know? I mean, a guy's like 82 years old. And he's not like he's getting a lot on his own with that greasy beard of his. You know, you think he'd be looking forward to it. But no, he's hiding out. And so apparently though they were going for the, this guy, I mean, he's another old timer. Because they said the guy they're going after, the Israelis today, was involved in the Beirut Marine barracks bombing. That was in 1983. So this guy's been around for a very long time. But I hope they, I hope they got them. And I hope they get a lot more of them. And these guys are, and again, I don't know how else to put it. But if Donald Trump were president, there wouldn't have been a war in Gaza. And those kids would still be alive. Because there wouldn't have been any money for Iran to, to give, to spend on those rockets that they gave to Hezbollah, which they used to kill those, those kids. Who, by the way, were not Jewish, again, to repeat? Hezbollah was all taken, all kinds of credit when they thought they were Jewish kids. Then they found out they were Druze, not Muslims, but Arab speakers. So all of a sudden, it must have been those damn Zionists who did it. Wait a second. That change, you're changing your story faster than the Secret Service does. And Cruz, Cruz called him out on that too. He put up the tweet behind him. He had a big poster of it. We said, so who, who put this lie out? Where they said they didn't turn down Trump for any of his, any of his requests or his campaign's requests for more Secret Service protection. And he said, well, I don't know who did that. He said, well, could it have been you? He said, I don't know. I don't know. But of course, the bottom line is nobody is being punished. You just lie with impunity. It's like it's Hezbollah, you know? Just make it up as you go along and in another case of the U.S. going third world, the New York Times is very concerned today about the Kamala Harris campaign. Apparently the Republicans are planning to weaponize her record against her. That's the word they used. They're going to weaponize, they're going to, they're going to use all of these, all of these things that she said and they have, and the worst thing of all is they have video of it. Can you imagine how they can pounce and seize and weaponize with video? Freedom. Freedom. She was just quoting Dr. Martin Luther King. She wasn't stealing his, his own life. Like her boss stole Neil Kennock's life, the British labor leader. Okay, eight, four, four, five hundred, forty two, forty two. Now this is the, this is the one that really gets me here. You know, they, you know, they talk about the white dudes for whatever, but the feminization of America here and I don't know what else to say or the wascification of America, perhaps that's, that's, that's fair to women. Listen to what this guy claims that he's suffered. This is the new acting secret service direction, the director. His name is a row, Robert Rowe, cut 11 with Josh Hawley in Missouri. What I need to know is exactly what happened and I need my investigators to do their job and I cannot, I cannot put my thumb on the scale. Otherwise. What do you mean put your thumb on the scale? The objective, the, you're asking me, Senator, to completely make a rush to judgment about somebody failing. I acknowledge this was a failure of, is it not prima facie that somebody has failed? A former president was shot, sir. This could have been our Texas school book, Depository. I have lost sleep over the last 17 days, just like somebody, and I will tell you, Senator, I will tell you, Senator, that I will not rush to judgment that people will be held accountable and I will do so with integrity and not rush to judgment and put people. I can't believe that you are, I can unfairly persecute and we've got people who are deaf. How many times do you say rush to judgment? It's yeah, three, it's, it's been 17 days. The president of the United States was shot. You know, it's, it's only been 10 days since the McAlberts got into the barroom brawl down in a Plymouth, or excuse me, Falmouth, I'm still waiting for that. They, you know, the, the Falmouth police aren't going to have a rush to judgment either about it, about an incident report where nobody was arrested and there was no property damage. This is a little more serious than what happened at the shipwreck, persecution, he's being, he's being asked, that's their job to protect people and he's being asked about it by the guys that, that supply his money. His boss's basically, Congress is his boss and he's being persecuted because he's being asked about the failure of his mission. Good Lord. Why should it surprise, it will surprise you that no one in secret service is getting punished. Isn't that a feature of a government job? Well, sometimes in high profile jobs, don't, doesn't somebody have to take the fall? But somebody have to be as Lee Harvey Oswald would say, the Patsy, seriously, 844, 542. Okay. This is Holly again. Josh Holly was really good because he, you know, he's a, he's a former AG and he's a, you know, he knows how to ask questions in court. You know, he, the tough questions, but they're, they're not, they're not terribly confrontational, you know, he knows, he knows how to, he knows how to, to make sure that he's not losing the jury by being too tough. Cut eight. Who was the lead site agent who made the decision to leave the AGR building completely outside of the security perimeter? Who was that? Senator, I cannot give you that name. This person is operational. They're still doing investigations. They're still doing protective visits. Have they been relieved of duty? Senator, they have not know their name, by the way. Why have they not been relieved of duty? They are still cooperating, not only being integrated by the FBI, but also by our office of professional responsibility. And we will let the facts of the mission assurance and any further investigations play out. Is it, isn't the fact that a former president was shot that a good American is dead, that other Americans were critically wounded, isn't that enough mission failure for you to say that the person who decided that that building should not be in the security perimeter probably ought to be stepped down? He lost sleep. You think President Trump lost any sleep after getting his, his ear shot? Corey Compittore, he hasn't gotten too many good night's sleep since he's dead. The other two guys were in, you know, intensive care for days and days. He hasn't gotten any sleep and he's being persecuted. Oh man, again, here's a quarter called someone who cares. This investment could be cash or an IRA transfer. Contact them today at howacargold.com, howacargold.com. Jared, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? Today's poll question, which you can vote in at howacarshow.com is speaking of weird. Who in the Biden-Harris administration do you feel is the most weird? Suitcase Sam Brinton, Admiral Rachel Levine, Hunter Biden, KJP or Pete Buttigieg. All of the above is not an option, obviously, you have to make a choice. So I'm going to go with Sam Brinton. Sam Brinton, second place right now at 38%, Admiral Levine, in the lead at 43%, 10% for Pete Buttigieg, 6% for KJP and 3% for Hunter. It's weird. Admiral Rachel Levine has the home field advantage, being a graduate of the Belmont Hill School with a thoroughly modern milli. They led the football team to a glittering 1-6 record in their senior year. I'm shocked. I know you're shocked to learn that they couldn't win too many games on the gridiron. We're going to have more options because there were so many one-offs, like the intern with the weird fingernails and the guy, Donald, the guy with the dog mask. But these are the main stages that were sticking with us. I was just thinking, we're talking about with the VIPs that Holly was a clerk to the Supreme Court. And that reminded me of Katanji, Brown Jackson, or as I always call her, Jackson Brown, running on empty. It's weird. She's the one who doesn't know what a woman is. Now, of course, when you're dealing with Rachel Levine and Sam Brenton, maybe there are reasons why you might be plagued with doubts, but I don't think you should say it in a hearing. Anyway, so that's the poll question. Talk about this could be the ultimate projection, though. Whatever they accuse the Republicans of doing, it's what they're doing. It's been that way for eight years. But to accuse the Republicans of being weird. All these people in this administration, yikes, all the nuts ain't on the Sundays, as they used to say. Anthony, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Anthony. Hey, Holly, I've got a question I haven't heard anybody ask or whatever. Can the victims of the shoot of the assassination attempt suit the government in every department that had any finger in that end? Can they get discovery like you do that you can't get in a trial when you go civil? You know what I'm saying? I mean, theoretically, they could file a suit, but it's not going to go anywhere. I mean, look at Carter Page. I mean, they made up all these documents and brought them in before the secret court, and you know, that thing is still dragging out or look at the guys that the Boston FBI office framed in the Teddy Degan shooting in 1965. It took more than 35 years for those guys, and they spent 35 years in prison, and everybody knew they were innocent, and they couldn't get out. And then when they got out, finally, the FBI refused to turn over the documents until the judge here in Boston, Nancy Gertner, said she was going to hold Mueller, who was the director in contempt. So that's a long answer, but it's basically no. They have no options. It's unfortunate, but that's the reality of it. Thanks for the call, Anthony. David, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, David. Howie? Yes. No. Then say, here's the call to have Page's administration come a lot. Maybe we should hold Harrison's administration, come a lot. Well, they're doing that already. That's the new cover of the New York magazine. And she's sitting on top of a coconut, and everybody, it's just a shameless cover. But yeah, they're already trying to do that. But Camelot is a lot like a different sort of an R or an X-rated word that they use. And considering her background, I really don't think it's the way that you want to have Camelot. Do you think you just fell out of a coconut tree? So they've got her on a giant coconut. It's really strange. And if you're going to go crazy over somebody, shouldn't they really be good at what they do? Somebody who's above average, not somebody who's just pushed along, I was talking to a politician today, and he said, "You know what, what do you and I and Kamala all have been common?" And it took me a minute to think. And he said, "None of us got a single vote for President." And so I'm going to ask that to everybody who's listening to my voice right now, what do all of us have in common, in assuming Dean Phillips isn't listening to you? None of us got a single vote, or Mary Ann Williamson. With those two exceptions, none of us got a single vote for President of the United States. But yet, unlike us, she's going to get the nomination, probably pretty much by acclimation. 413, "The victims cannot sue the Secret Service. It's called qualified immunity." Yeah, but I mean, they sued the guys that were framed on the Teddy Degan hit back from 1965, they got, they ended up getting, you know, over a hundred million for four guys. But because they were framed, and they, it was just, yeah, it was just miss mal and non-feasance and just corruption. But the thing is, I mean, would you trade 35 years of your life for 27 million bucks? Hell no. I mean, nobody would. You can't get the time back, obviously. Two other people that got it were dead by the time they got out, and they spent years on death row, too. I mean, that's a whole, that's a whole different realm of doing time being on death row. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studio, Wellesley College, 44, 542, 42, 844, 542, 42, 42, that is the number. And Grace is here with Grace's name. That's how we so obviously, the big news of the day, which I wanted to let people know, you can check out at HowieCarShow.com. There were plenty of musty moments, Howie, you've talked about a few of them from acting head of the Secret Service, Ronald Rose, Senate hearing everyone. He's being persecuted. He's losing sleep. It was quite something to watch. And it's, I love how they get so high in money, like they're going to lecture us. Oh, please. They always want to give us their mission statements here at the Secret Service. We try to maybe drop that for a little bit. Okay. I don't think you're in any position to tell us all the great things you do or how complicated it is. Just give us an answer. And I love how he says, I can't defend what happened. No one's asking you to defend what happened. We're just asking you to tell us what happened. Why don't we start there? Right. I'm worried about defending it. I mean, Rand Paul goes in there and as he briefly pointed out, as he should have, you know, I've been fired upon at the, at the, at the baseball practice. I had more than 100 rounds fired past me. But he doesn't dwell on it. He doesn't talk about losing sleep or being persecuted. He had his ribs broken and his lung collapsed. Right. And he was, and he was also stalked when he was leaving the, the, the convention, the, the virtual convention at the White House in August of 2020. But it's amazing how all of these people, they so quickly pivot to being the victims. Like Donald Trump got shot in the head, but everybody else gets to, you know, play the victim card. What about him? He doesn't. And then he puts a bandage on his, on his ear and it's like, he doesn't need that bandage coming from all these crybabies. Right. I know. And, and then they, and then it turns out Facebook has a, has been censoring the, the photo of him with the blood coming down his face like it's like it was a fake news and they want to, and they want to, they want to basically cancel the AP photographer who got the, who got that iconic picture, the, the, it would gee me type picture. And you know what I think is so telling about the Facebook situation is that right after Trump got shot, keep in mind Joe Biden was still at that point, the candidate, the presumptive nominee. And it seemed like it was pretty much, and even on Twitter, how he, people who aren't big Trump fans were like this, I mean, he's going to win the election, unless something happens to, unless Joe Biden steps side, he's going to win. Mark Zuckerberg did an interview. And it's almost like he knew the, the wins were shifting. So he said, this is the most badass picture I've ever seen. And like he wanted to be in on it, like, oh, now everyone likes Trump. So I'm going to get on it. And now of course Kamala is on the coconut and Mark Zuckerberg has once again, fair weather fan is like censoring photos of Donald Trump. It's just there. There's also feckless. It's just whatever they think is going to be better for their future. They change based off. It was a mistake, mistakes were made. That's what they said. Just like Hunter Biden's lawyers, when the judge said, I'm going to sanction you for lying about the fact that he wasn't going to have any charges, oppressed against him. And they said, Oh, we just worded it in artfully. Really? Yeah, but all in artfully. All of these mistakes. I think we got some lawyers here. Right. You ever used the in artful? Excuse, no, it never got me very far in journalism. I think it even goes less far in law. But all of these mistakes, howie, no matter what they are, they always go one way. Like, Oh, I'm sorry. I axios says Kamala Harris was never called the borders are. And then people say, well, you used to call her the borders are an axios goes, Oops, sorry. It seems that we made a mistake and we actually used to call her the borders are all these mistakes are either to make Trump look bad or to make Kamala or Joe Biden or whoever they decide on depending on the day look good. And most people can figure it out. And I think the same thing about the secret service directors is that it's it's one thing howie and you know what I compared it to today, the Karen read trial. You tell me one weird thing happened. Maybe I can say incompetence. You tell me two things, even then maybe I can explain it away. But this is like seven or eight things that fell through the cracks, maybe more. So at that point, you better tell us the whole story of people are going to make up conspiracy or another Josh Holly cut here with where he's talking about all the people who failed and what's happened to him, which is to say nothing. Cut 10. And we're telling me that the person who made the decision not to include this in the perimeter has not been relieved of duty. What about the person who's in charge of the interoperability of radio frequencies between local law enforcement and secret service has that person been relieved of duty? No center because interoperability is a challenge is a greater challenge than just one person. On that day, we had a counterpart system. It failed. As the person who decided who made the decision to send Donald Trump on the stage knowing that you had a security situation, has that person been relieved of duty? No, sir, they haven't. Has the person who decided not to pull the former president off of stage when you knew that in your words, the locals were working a serious security situation? Has that person been relieved of duty? No, sir, again, I refer you back to my original answer that we are investigating this through emission assurance and as opposed to zeroing in on one, what more do you need to investigate to know exactly what the decision you need to investigate to know that there were critical enough failures that some individuals ought to be held accountable? I mean, what more do you need to know? Mission assurance. You learn all these new phrases every day in these nonsensical hearings. What else you got, Grace? Well, I want to let people know Grace's news is brought to you by American Independence Gold Group. American Independence Gold can show you the benefits of converting your retirement accounts into a tax sheltered IRA with physical gold. Go to HowieCarGold.com and watch Howie's video to learn about the benefits of investing with American Independence Gold. Check it out today at HowieCarGold.com, Howie is holding up his gold for the rumble cam. Right. Howie, this came out yesterday, I know you've already seen it and talked about it, but now the White House is responding to Joe Biden's strange joke about Mike Johnson being dead on arrival. So as we talked about yesterday, the Washington Post put out an op-ed by Joe Biden, where he talked about Supreme Court term limits and, you know, a bunch of radical nonsense. It's never going to happen. Remember these words. No man is above the law. Unless the last name is Biden, in which case, they're not going to be persecuted for, or persecuted for, for not paying over a million and a half dollars in an old tax bills. They're not going to be persecuted for stealing public doc classified documents because they can feign senility. Yeah. And so the reporters yesterday said, what did he mean, or he, they asked him about Speaker Johnson saying these Supreme Court ideas were dead on arrival. And that's when Biden said, that's what he is, to which the reporters want to clarification. And he said that he is, and Biden responded, he is dead on arrival. Well, KJP was asked about this, and she said that he misspoke. What did he mean when he said that Speaker Johnson is dead on arrival? So look, he actually addressed this right in his speech, in his remarks, yesterday he, he went right to it and talked about how his idea basically was dead on arrival. The Speaker's idea, he actually talked about it, and he said with the Speaker, he reiterated what the Speaker said about the Scoldis Reform's announcement. And then he said that his idea was dead on arrival. So I would just refer you to the President himself and how he addressed this directly during his remarks when he was at LBJ Library. So he missed them. I don't think he misspoke. I think he cleared, he cleared what he meant specifically so people understood. I would not say he misspoke. I think he, when he said, I think that's what he is. Look, let's be very clear, he spoke while he landed, while he was, well, after we landed getting off the Air Force One, and he gets shouted questions, and he responded, he just wanted to be really clear what he meant. So I guess she didn't say he misspoke, the reporter said it, but she was getting close to saying it. By the way, he was in Texas at a foundation of a certain former president who was, who's also his name is seldom mentioned by Democrats for obvious reasons. Like his name will seldom be mentioned, mentioned as we move into the future. But Biden mentioned, mentioned his name actually yesterday, cut to from Biden. Same goes to Mark Upgrove, President of the LBJ Foundation. I got one more story for you, how Americans keep turning their facts on McDonald's. McDonald's on Monday reported that sales at U.S. stores opened at least a year, fell 0.7% last quarter from the same period a year earlier, dragged down by fewer customers going to the fast food companies' restaurants, and McDonald's is not alone, Starbucks, Burger King, Wendy's, and other rivals are also reporting less foot traffic and lower overall sales. The Hamburg, the Missouri clever, and very sneaky. Is foot traffic the right word for McDonald's? I mean, I know some people walk into McDonald's in big cities, but the vast majority of people are not coming in on foot. Yeah, no, it's a drive-through situation, for sure. Right. And then you can eat it in your car. Have when you went to McDonald's. I went on Sunday and I got, I was going to get a six-piece chicken nugget, and then the, or I was going to get a four-piece chicken nugget, and then the man at McDonald's said to me, "It's actually better if you get two six-pieces," for whatever reason they were running a deal on six-pieces. So I got two six-piece chicken nuggets and a small fry and a small cook. Did you say, one thing that interested me in that story was that they now say that McDonald's sells as much chicken as they do, burger. Chickens. Yeah, it's kind of a funny thing. I don't love the burgers at McDonald's, but I do love the fries. So I always get the chicken nuggets. I would ask you what you get, but I know you haven't gotten food there in a long time. I took Howie once to get an ice cream, and the machine was broken, and thus, Howie was also broken throughout the rest of the, he was like, "Whoa, I'm going to lose TV for about the fifth time in a row." I went to McDonald's, and I was persecuted by having the McFlurry machine down. I swore off it for all time. And then I looked at you and I said, "Do you want me to get you a cookie instead?" And you said, "No, I had my heart set on the ice cream," and I was like, "All right." Get that man a coke. The McFlurry is bad enough on my stomach. Those cookies, they're just like cement. Yeah. No, I don't disagree. I'm going to Howie Crusher.com, click on that article. It has all the important tweets, so if you miss this hearing today, there are some of these that you really are going to want to watch, and they're all up at HowieCarsher.com. All right. We'll be right back. We'll take some calls. 844-542-42. We have a lot of Biden cuts, and we still got a lot of cuts from this Secret Service hearing today. And much more. Much more. Look for the perfect gift for the Howie Car Fan in your life, or maybe you're looking for a great deal on a local restaurant or entertainment venue. We've got them all. Go to HowieCarsher.com and click "Store." The Howie Car Fan in your life, The Howie Car Fan in your life, is back to you. 844-542. Oh, boy. This Biden stuff. I'm going to stick with the Secret Service hearings for a little bit. 844-542-42. Mike Lee had a great question for Roe, the Acting Secret Service Director, about whether Biden would have been allowed to take the stage in identical circumstances. Not to. Would President Biden ever be allowed on stage under similar circumstances with an unresolved set of multiple suspicious person reports provided, including indicating that there was a rangefinder involved? Senator, I can tell you that a suspicious person on the outer perimeter with local law enforcement attempting to locate would happen. But I would need more information as far as whether or not we would allow the president to go on or off. Again, for us, it comes down to weapon, a potential threat. Is the individual carrying an IED? Is there a weapon? Is there someone on the other side? It's an IED factor that now ramps up our attention to let's- Wait a second. I thought an AR-15 was a weapon of war. That's what you people have been saying for about 20 years, right? Now the threshold is an IED? Can you bring in a bazooka? How about a mortar? 844-5, oh man. These people are bad, 844-542-42. Vincent, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Vincent. Hey, Howie. Thanks for everything you do. You know, in regards to the failure of the Secret Service and the assassination attempt on Trump, you know, everybody's waving the flag of incompetence and, you know, no doubt the government's incompetent. I mean, after all, a camel is nothing more than a horse designed by government. But you know, it isn't completely incompetence there. You have to believe there was some level of sense of purpose that they didn't have that roof covered. I mean, after all, you know, these are the liberals, these are the people that get to count the votes that don't want Trump in there. Well, how about the fact that there were four times as many, what do they call it, post sitters or whatever, whatever that expression they use. There were four times as many people at Jill Biden's event, which was a fundraiser indoors at a casino with 400 fat cats, 400 campaign contributors, as opposed to 20,000 just people off the street, you know, outside. Right. Yeah, it was by design. People are waving the flag of incompetence as coverage, and I don't think the people on outside should buy into that, you know. You know, after all, 93% of Washington voted for Hillary, and she's a crook, so it's almost safe to assume that 93% of Washington is corrupt, right? Yeah. Yeah. By the way, John Kennedy hit the Senator from Louisiana hit the set number two guy, the Deputy Director of the FBI about the fact that they just gave $2 million to Struck and Page. I mean, these guys, they were fired from the FBI for all kinds of crimes. I mean, they were insurrectionists is what they were, and they, they want, now they walk away with $2 million for the fact that their personal texts were leaked. They were, they were texts that were leaked that they were on government phones. The FBI tried to destroy the phones, but you know, fortunately, the Inspector General for the Justice Department got him back. I mean, I hope he, I, I wish I hope he maybe comes down to Canton and gets back to, back the, the destroyed phones of Brian Albert and Brian Higgins. They destroyed their phones too. 844-542-42. Lisa, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Lisa. Oh my God, Howie, don't say Canton before I come on because I scream out loud every time I hear you say it, I go, okay, I go, okay, and, and then I say, "Dame it, and spin down." But I'm with him. Jameson and Ginger. It's next door to stop. Yeah. Oh, that's right. Thank you. But do you remember the album, probably not because you don't listen to her neither do I, but I just remember the videos and the late night talk shows. Miley Cyrus, when she came in, I think it was like Grammys or something on this big huge wrecking ball. Yeah. And it was the name of the song. So all I can picture is Kamala Harris, like swinging from this big huge coconut with like this chain coming from somewhere. There's no chain on the cover of New York magazine, but the co, the coconut does kind of look like a wrecking ball with a little hair coming out of it, like on a coconut. You know what I mean? I think she said, "Doctor, Dr. Jill, is there nothing I can take?" I said, "Doctor." Thanks for the call there, Lisa. We will be right back. We got a lot of sound to get to today, a lot of stuff to talk about. Keep it an eye on what's going on in the mid east too. I hope they got who they were looking for, on Howie Car. [MUSIC PLAYING]
