We’re so glad you’re joining us for another fantastic faith conversation! This week, we welcome Hillary Zimmer to the podcast! She and her husband, Brian—who was a previous guest—have three kids, ranging from 2 to 10 years old. And today, Hillary has some incredible stories to share!
Growing up in a Christian home, Hillary chose to boldly live for the Lord in high school, which opened the door for both spiritual growth and opportunities to share her faith. Along the way, she’s discovered the power of prayer, scripture, and simple obedience—trusting God to move in both everyday moments and life’s most challenging seasons.
Today, we talk about a transformative conversation that deeply shaped Hillary’s faith, reinforcing the truth that “death and life are in the power of the tongue” (Proverbs 18:21). She shares how choosing which words to give power to not only strengthened her faith but also helped her experience God’s peace and miraculous provision following the birth of her third child. Plus, she reminds us that even the smallest acts of faith can make a profound impact.
And be sure to join us for Part Two next week, where Hillary shares stories of how listening to God’s voice in everyday interactions can encourage and uplift those around us. Be encouraged—God doesn’t expect us to grow on our own. Through small steps of obedience and the pursuit of community, He lovingly guides us as we grow.
