Today, Jason joins us to share his journey from a middle-class family to becoming the real estate master he is today. Early in his career, Jason had to work in bars, loading trucks, and construction. He shares how he and his wife educated themselves about multifamily investing through all possible methods like books, podcasts, and asking any successful investors they can connect with. Jason then dives into selecting the right real estate market to profitably invest, providing the right information to potential investors, and the different structures he uses. He discusses deal-by-deal investments, establishing a fund, forming partnerships, the syndication model they use, and how they create a streamlined process. Jason also dives into why he chose multifamily investing over other types and shares his methods for increasing the Net Operating Income (NOI) of acquired properties.
