We discuss how most financial advice works for most people, but that if you are highly successful and want to be wealthy, you have to study what wealthy people do, not follow the advice of the masses. Specifically, if you are a high-income earner considering alternative asset classes like real estate or oil and gas, it probably does not make a lot of sense for you to be the boots on the ground. Instead, we talk about ways in which high-income professionals can find, vet, and invest alongside expert operators.
