Good morning folks and welcome to the Gallant Fuse Daily News for Thursday, the 11th of July, 2024. Crown here giving you the penultimate news update for the week. I hope you are all well. Just a shout-out for anybody who is working for their content. The live stream will be up at half eight tonight on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. It'll be myself, Andy and Derry. Hopefully, I'll be about less ranty than the last couple of weeks. There's actual football to distrust. And of course, you have the news tomorrow morning too. And just take all of the story that we've been speaking about for the last couple of days. Robby McCrawley officially signed a deal with Commandant yesterday. So, it's an undisclosed fee. There's some rumours that it was 500 grand. Commandant came and paid for them. But I don't know, that seems the best thing for a team like Kelly. The other side of that argument is that it's a Europa conference week money potential coming through. But it will be in the in the sex figure mark. I don't know if it would have went up to the 500 grand. That is a sale on fee for Rangers. So, McCrawley signed a two-year deal and if Robby McCrawley does get sold on from Commandant, every money Rangers will get a cut of that profit. So, it makes sense because he's a better time to go and keep on. Hopefully, he can go and showcase his talent in Commandant. Okay, well, it will be the undisputed number one. Absolutely no doubt about that. So, I've watched him all the best at Commandant came. I do, I do believe McCrawley as a player. He's always came across well and, you know, it's just one of those things, being the goalkeeper of the Rangers. We need that top tier goalies and we can only play one. But, I hope he does do well at Kelly. My part of him may be four or five games next season when he has played against Rangers. If you can farm both of you and that'd be much appreciated. So, on the actual football then, Rangers did kick off a pre-season, well, I don't know if you can say kick off. They had the bench game against Hamo at the weekend. So, another bench game, which wasn't streamed live. The boys' updates and inverted comments on the Rangers' quite a feat in those updates were just an announcement of the team line-ups half-time and full-time. They were playing standard we age in the Netherlands and they finished now now. So, there should be highlights all in the RTV channels pretty soon. But, the first half team that played for the Rangers of Jack Button in goals, a back four of way-on-kind John Sutter, Ben Davis, and Big Bang Yomas. Way-on-kind playing in the right-back berth. Mid-field three, or Mohammed, the old man they'd call a bar in the Tom Orleans. And up front Ross McCorle is one of the serial dancers in Austria-Kortes. So, after 30 minutes, Kortes went off for Robey Fraser. So, Kortes was always fun that he was only playing 30 minutes. Robey Fraser playing in a bit of an unfamiliar position. On the way of mind, I wonder if that's something that we'll see more of this season. The setting half started with Jack Button, way-on-barrowed in Connor Rosen, Clinton, the Siwa, and Hefti. So, I wonder if Hefti is playing in the right-back there. Way, Clinton, the Siwa playing in the left-back position. Mid-field three, or Nicole Ration, Colm McKinnon and Kierndale. And up front three of Scott Wright, Finley Kortes, and Robey Fraser. In the 60th minute, Robey Metondo came on for Robey Fraser in the left-wing. And Ali Khloe came on for Finley Kortes in the 75th minute. So, I wonder if Robey then came to drop in in that false nine, or if he was playing as the number nine. So, Finley Kortes, good to see him being in and around the first team as well, after a decent season for the B-Team last year. So, it's about to be in focus. Whether it ended up five not-in-a-langers, or four not-to-standardly age, or anything in between it, doesn't reveal what they were saying. That's just if you'll get minutes in the legs. But as interested to see who the manager is trying out, I wonder who will get more minutes against I, since that all day. That will be very interesting game to watch this weekend. So, Kierndale was speaking to the press yesterday, after the game, and there was, the conversation was tailed towards his season, last season, and he's forcing how he got on, and he said, we came across very frustrated, and he said, "I'd like to think there is more to come from me." I didn't saw many games last season, I think it was only four or five games. There wasn't many appearances either, so they've not seen the best of me. They've not seen much of me, in fact. Hopefully they can in this common season. My first year was just so frustrating. Really frustrating, actually. Obviously, I was learning a new position as a central midfielder, which I hadn't really played before. That was duty availability and stuff, but in amongst that, there were injuries, which is also frustrating. But I'm feeling good now. I'm feeling fresh, I've had a good rest over the summer, and I'm fighting for it now. I remember scrolling against Motherwell. I was going well, and then I got another knock. That's how it went, but that's football for you. You can talk all you want about it, but it's happened. I'm past it, I'm feeling strong again. How they're leaning on those moments, everyone at the club. The lads here are a good group to keep you humble. If you're getting ahead of yourself, they will put you down, or they will keep you going if you're down. It's a good group of lads for that, and obviously my family and friends were a great help, too, so what do you make of that? I think we do forget, when we are frustrated as fans of players, a lack of availability, we do forget that there's a player there who's equally frustrated, because the vast vast majorities of footballs want to be worn, playing in the pitch, training every day. They don't want to be injured and say I didn't get this name for themselves, so you know, no surprises there. But it's kind of what you do, 10 to hear from injury. Film players are not frustrated. They have no other chance to showcase or get going. It was asked about then how this season finished, and he was asked about, I think it was in particularly the... they don't deal the roast during the game, and he said, "That was obviously a tough day for everyone on the pitch." I started that game, but I don't think anyone of you had a great game that day. You end up suffering because of it. It happens, but that's football. You end up out the team in you, and the only thing you do, the only thing to do then is to keep training and keep working hard. The biggest way is to realise that we're never out of it. But to start, we had last year and losing the manager who signed me. Everyone thinks it's all over. You see the press and it seems like it's done, but it wasn't. It was back in our hands by the end of the season, so you just never know when you're out of it. It is important to have a faster start this season. Ideally, yes, but you are not out of it if it doesn't happen. It was probably in my first season thinking we are off it here, and we went, obviously, you won't have fast start, but it's a long season too. My dad works in B2B marketing. Come on and he says, I think you can see them and he uses me. He's a real good coach and in training, he helps you out. He's taught me a lot about wearing the new rose as a central midfielder. He's added a few things to my boat already, which is great. He wants you to play, encourages you to tie stuff. He is a good manager. So a few things I'm telling you now here, first of all, that he was rolled out to speak to the press by the angels. I wonder if that's an insight onto the role that he will play next season. He's mentioned a couple of times about central midfield being a new role for him and he's still wearing it. Again, we know we need something different in the central midfield. When he signed, he was pretty much in the same alkyd's toward Cantwell and maybe more onto the left-hand side as well. That's where he played for knowledge. I wonder is this something that Cremoan sees being someone that Cremoan sees being able to add something different in the middle of the park? Is that maybe a quote-unquote like a new scene in there? I'm no quite convinced and I can only do any evidence I've seen that he can do. He can fill the gap that we need there, but maybe I'm being unfair. Maybe Cremoan can get a tune out of him. Maybe we are field-pleases and touch with hopefully no injury worries and yeah, we're under a new manager. I don't know. I'm no convinced we're here and there are folks that I'll be honest. It wasn't just a point of knowledge. He was an angel for a long time. The last season, when he did play, he didn't ever set the header away. Cremoan does seem to be in favour of him a lot of times, but I don't know if I was through going to a full necessity, because we didn't have many. I suppose we will see Harry a thumbs up in pre-season. So another player who has been speaking to the press, but he's been speaking to the remaining press. It's Albin Romani and he was speaking to all the news out where it's ahead of Rapid Bucharest's first weekend of the season this weekend. So he was asked about his future and he said, "I'm here, I'm focused 100% and I'll fight for this team until the end. I'll fight for the fans, for the team, for them as supporters is unconditional." The new players are very good and we have a strong team now. Mr Lenin is a very good coach with a very good game philosophy. I'm sure some of you will have opinions on that. And this will help us to be better and better. I hope to reach the top 5 weeks in Europe someday. If a team offers something interesting for the club, I will talk to Mr Dan Zukro, the Bucharest owner. And if the offer is also an interest of the club, I will make a choice. For now, I am a Rapid player and I will give 100% for the team. So again, the windows are all on time ago, but he will be playing competitive with both us this weekend. Which is a bit of, I don't know if it may be the longer that shows on. I find the way it's like we as Rangers are going to sign. I'll be in Romane, I'll be honest folks. But if he's lying with something interesting in terms of projecting into the top 5 week, I'm not taking that size. The has to be an offer from a top 5 week, but has to be asking what someone has to be able to project them into that. And also, in the fan advisory board minutes, they were co-op and were saying this is the type of ways that the pro-faring players who can go on and play in the play in the middle of your city are up on the street or whatever. I don't know if it's, I don't know if Rangers will spend the money that Booker has to need for this. But especially when that is other interests from Serie A already from Czech Republic, from Eastern Europe and Germany and also, I don't know. And it's when we require in terms of the airway, it's over here. You know, I can really just review and start speaking a bit all together. So I find the longer that shows on the way as they happen. There is a lot of chatter around the Rangers being one-in-one out this season, this preseason, which I can understand the balance in the books and making sure we're not spending it with our means. But as I found, it's just for surface-faring, the fact that we need to move on several days before we're getting some day in. I think every other way is the work that we're going to do. And it means that we are going to be working right up until the 5th of August. But some of the 11th of July, we've only had two bit streams in so far. So let's wait and see. In other news, there's two more stories in. So first of all, congratulations to the women, Rangers players who are currently playing an international football over the next seven days or so. So we've got quite a lot of call-ups, particularly for Scotland. So Scotland play a way to Slovakia tomorrow night in the European Championship profile and then home to Serbia in the same profile on Tuesday night. So representing Scotland, our Gen of 5 Necrodocity, we are at a Chelsea corner, customly playing, broken here, custody here. Jane Ross was called up, but pulled out through injury. And Mia McCauley is getting a first full Scotland call-up. So amazing for Mia, I'm still only 17-year-old. Sent in the head of the light for Rangers and Scrawl another 21-hour season now. She's playing with the Scotland senior team. So it'd be great to see her get a cap that she has so congratulations to her and all the rest. While I'm laughing, the new sign from Southampton will be representing Northern Ireland. I wait in autumn Friday and then at home to Bosnia and Herzegovina. On Tuesday night and then of course Victoria Sinbo will be playing for New Zealand at home to Zambia and this Saturday the 13th of July and that's very enjoy. The last thing I'll just cover off again is something that would be going to be covering over the day until the board actually, you know, find their voices and come out and tell us what's happening is that it's working ever so like we are going to trust Jack that Rangers will agree a deal with Hamden over the short term to be playing the start of the season. So they're still in the day. I don't know how they come and say Queen's Park for the games that they will have crashes in but an update is expected over the next week or so and it's long long overdue so Chris Jack reporting on that this morning. Nothing really come on creatures that is looking likely that it will be fummed up and communicated to the support also. We will go into that in more detail I'm sure on the live stream tonight.
