How are you today, my friend? It's almost like everyone else is watching, but it's so warm here, and I need to have my curtains shut with a light on. And it's roasting in here, sweating, man. That'll be good for the old rockets. No, it's basically been a wee sauna session. No, I was at running club last night, and it was roasting, and I hated every segment. So, obviously, the will be a link in the description to the nature of your just-giving page, because you are training for the high rocks and putting all proceeds kind of with taming melon cancels of support. So, give us the weekly update on how you're getting on with the training. So, yeah, not bad. Last week, I managed to smash my 5K PB, which I was really happy with. I think it was 22, 12, I finished first. That's a decent time. By the way, well done. I was aiming for 22 and a half, so to smash that, it was good. Actually, if I could enhance it, I clearly got 22, but my legs just decided I wasn't getting 22 today. So, yeah, I was running club last night with an 800 meters time trial, and it was two minutes 30, I'd done it in, which was a good bit. I didn't have one else, so I was happy with that. In years, just keep pushing on trade. I've got session with PTE today, so I just keep pushing on really enjoying it. Is it November in the high rock, says? Yeah. Yeah, it's November 13th, I think. I thought I should have checked that. Remember the 13th doing the work? In film, watching it doesn't know what the high rock says. It's just based on a bunch of nuttles putting on themselves through a necessary stream. But I'm still interested in it for a very good cause. Whereas, you know, a penny or a pound, it all goes to a very, very horrific cause. I said before, we've all been touched by cancer in different ways. Command just brought us really worthwhile cause of our fundraising force. So, if you can, last night's, any donations and the link is in the description. So, on to today's news. And every time we talk about the stadium fast, we'll take all our news because it's just updates, rimmels, lack of updates from their environment. Really, I absolutely struggle with it. Yeah. So, there's a wee bit more detail on why hand would be a problem. And it all really depends on how long rangers will take to get rangers to your eyebrows. So, Queens Park had an agreement with SFA that they will move back into plate of hand in this year. So, the laser cut across is on the weekend that Queens Park face air handing or special plate of hand in. That's also the weekend of the quarter final games where rangers, and for the record, where rangers could potentially be playing. And those both sides of JB Home on October the 5th as well. Where rangers, Prince, and Johnston, and Queens Park hosting Hamilton. So, after this was just an August, I should be fine. There wouldn't be any issues for Queens Park. Rather than many moving after the Scotland, Europe or like, yeah, U.F. Nations Week games, if it runs into September, it's a car crash. And I think if there's any chances it runs into September, we need to be sensible and grown up right now and work at Motifield. Yeah. So, not just, it's not just the congestion, it's the issue. We saw two years ago when Queens Park and Thistle had to share for help. It was a shambles, the pitch for our riot for the most part. So, I think just having two hands is the best pitch anyway. Hamdings far from the best pitch at best attempts. So, having two teams play the home games every single week for the best part of our month to run, including other Champions League games. Like, it's just, I think Motifield's just a better option for everyone. It's a better stage given than Hamdings, first of all. I know I've forgotten from Glasgow telling me that I will cost them a pretty penny, but it's also a lot more accessible than Hamdings. It's probably easier to get to Glasgow, if you're living in Glasgow, it's probably still easier to get the money food that is to get to Hamdings. Depending where you are, right? You can get it training out, waverly, or he-marking, it's wrong. I've done that a lot of times. So, I just think Motifield is the better option. And also, I'd draw a lot, I'd also much rather work with the SRE than the SFE. At this point. And also, I don't even think about it, I don't know what I mentioned. Don't know if you spoke about yesterday, but the whole thing, the day the record, the key Jackson, he seems to be getting leaks from ever chairman of all people, based on the wording of his headlines. Stuff like that, it's the whole thing I miss. There's this kind of stuff that really got on in 2012, and it's happened in 2024. That's the worst thing I can say about this. To me, Motifield is just a better option for everyone involved. I'm not sure about the automatic rationals and when the whole rugby, I'm not a rugby fan, so I'm not sure when all those things. So, I'm not sure when that all sort of sinks up date-wise, but if Motifield is free between months of August and September, then I think we just do have the mechanic to get Motifield. Yeah, and I think it takes away the uncertainty, because what's to say that there's no run in September or October, it was the main run in the August. So, I think, I'd just pay the bill and be conservative with it. Not going to be affected fans in the season. I think it all does knock a wee bit off the season ticket. I wouldn't have made it onto it somehow. I don't know if you're right. But no, but Gather is a cap game or something for free. I mean, I'm speaking of the deal. But, I just, if there's a chance that this is going to be the way, then don't take a chance at hand in just Motifield. And I say that I'll have involved when I'm in walking distance of Hamden, but I think it's just a grown up sensible thing to do going Motifield. I do appreciate fans may know that if you stay in the other side of Hamden, if you stay in Jones or the West End or whatever, maybe Motifield is a wee bit more difficult. Sometimes we'll find it more difficult to get to Motifield in Hamden. And it's, it may cost them a wee bit as well, but I just find the grand, she minds. I, it's no, it's no take a chance at Mason's about even more. One thing I do want to mention, I've seen it in a total way last night. So, it's one thing to do, I think I'll do it with us and join Ben. And, like, we can stuff out. That's the chairman's photograph. I'm not the most complimentary of some of the main soon media scrot. I do a timey balance, but like I said, it's really railed me. Football scrot on the dollar website, which I absolutely parade themselves in Clickbait and Monson stories and rumours. And they ran us a more story to this last night. I'm giving an update on the whole way where rangers in Queens Park could be clashing. But the title, the headline was an iBrips disaster. And there was not one drop I'd doubt in me that, that thinks they didn't know what they were doing. I don't use it stent my way, but it's absolute scumbag. Journalism, I can't tell what you see in, in the southern northern England. And it really, really annoyed me. I was doing things really good to him, but no, I think that I would call out as many other main just fans into it last night. Yeah, I mean, it's definitely, it's definitely bad, but like there's no chance they didn't work. There's no chance they, or they just didn't put two dudes together or whatever. They definitely knew it their thing. But again, it's mainstream media in Scotland, like they're gonna, they're gonna post headlines like that to get people talking and it'll get them clicks, because it will happen. And also it kind of, it gives, it also gives the other side of the city to teasers a bit more, which unfortunately happens a lot with this, especially something like this. Whether it's the stadium and everything. So yeah, it's a scumbag's best, it's a scumbag's best one to use, but again, I'm not surprised. Yeah, and I'm not going to do it too much. Because you're already the only for collecting them, the only for, I, it's quite bad. That's how they say up, not slow. And incidentally, they change it very quickly after. But no, they know what they're about doing. I'm not going to give it any of our time in the last week or see, or tell the listeners, just don't give them the time of day. Anything else run forward, many stories get it elsewhere. They don't cover breaking news or any resources, you can get it elsewhere. So that's the last we'll see on that. And yes, echo scumbag journalism. And to other range of stories and, Robby McCrally, also, we feel we expect him to go with the signing of William Kelly. It was rumoured with rumoured to be going to have a thin area in the window, but Commandant are finally interested and they're hopeful to ramp up contact negotiations with Robby McCrally, according to the Sun and the record. I think personally, Commandant would be a better move for Robby McCrally than I've ever been. I don't really have too much preference where it goes as always. Rangers get the right structure, right? But yeah, we about money for a man to change their own feed, but fair, fair, fair. Well, as part of you, I think Commandant would be a really different movement. It's difficult one to kill you, because I'm not really sure where then at McInnes sits where the, because in my opinion, Dan McInnes is probably going to be the next Scotland manager. That's the way I see his career, but I don't want to get it to be. I don't think I'm going to be a great for Scotland to get Dan McInnes, but I can see them at my point, Dan McInnes is the next Scotland manager. It's the first thing that we've spent any years. Yeah, went for a Kelly manager finish his third half, Kelly Manager finished fourth, the SFA, but back to McInnes. On right now, I would say Kelly about Kelly's adoption and everything, but I'm sort of optimistic about everything this season. I can see them, I've also got an Imagineer who seems to know what he's doing. It's a decent, I like the appointment, sort of. It's rather than the old Power Act, as far from the old Power Act, but I'm going to see if he's got Scottish teams, but from Kelly, I can't European football as well. If probably, I like you, I'm not really bothered where the end's up, because all I really care about is that whoever's paying the most money sell them to them. That's the best way I can see it. But it probably will be a good move for him, even though I get my mechanics well obviously like him, because it's by Greenfield's hand, let's be honest here. But yeah, I'm just happy the boy he's getting. It's not 40, I'd say boys like 26, it's two years old with me. Now, Kelly, I would give him a good move for me because I'm a very good coach, and a very good group of players, but yeah, I mean, doesn't matter what you say, I'm just happy, are we getting to say our gameplay? Yeah, just saying before we go into Australia, I want to pick up in a real important point. There's so many younger range of players, when you're still younger than them, just cherish that short, because as a sudden, it's quite a stark realisation when I was saying guys like anime cleaning, now I'm about to hold, and realising I'm the same age as them, what the fuck does that make me? So, no, just… My dad works in B2B marketing. He came by my school for career day and said he was a big row as man, then he told everyone how much he loved calculating his return on ad spend. You'll be able to find out what's going on and what's going on. You'll be able to find out what's going on and what's going on and what's going on. You'll be able to find out what's going on and what's going on and what's going on. Anyway, you've got to be able to do it. I think either way, you've drawn to go to either these clubs and be the number one, the undisputed number one goal people, which is good for him. I do think your manager a little bit less erratic than I've ever been in recent years, but again, we don't know how to plan it with a new manager, but yeah, either way, he goes there, it plays football. I do see, I think, literally, maybe warmly, McInnes more as well, at least he chose between the managers, just because McInnes has a good track record of developing, not developing, but getting the best of the Scottish core and guys that worse me on that are there as well. I think ultimately, as long as Rangers do, they're the best team. That's the main thing. And to, oh, no. No, I was just going to say, I think the one erratic is a good one to use when it comes to having a team because you never really know with them. Like, I put in your warm up for eight games where I was like, wait, wait, you did just like the book. Was it Pete Levine was there? Care to take a bus? Yeah, I thought he'd done a decent job. I got a drawing and said, we'll take and get a couple, we're gonna want to turn to this belt. And then they gave their job to 70, only one who left athletic games in the year back to the venue done well. So I think the erratic nature of Aberdeen is one to probably stay away from, but like I said before, it is. I'm quietly optimistic about Aberdeen's chances this season because I just I'm just intrigued. I just like the appointment of the fact they've not, I like the fact they've not went for jobs for the boys and they could have went, they could have eaten. Neil Lennon could very easily be able to be manager. That's the kind of thing that I think we both said, like Neil Lennon probably had the manager. But for my already sake, he probably would, actually I didn't kill it off for a more money because obviously European football, the European football a couple of years ago. So yeah, it probably is a good, I'm just happy the guys now, I don't know what to say about it again, I'm just happy he's now going to get the first team minutes which he's shaved for years. No, so we'll keep you posted last night on where he does end up if anything, but he's in a short of days. The entire couple of factory owners were saying so there was two cup drawers done yesterday. First of all, the Rangers women were drawn, awaited on the United and the set in round of the Shire Sports Week Cup. So the first and set in round drawers were made hand in yesterday morning, obviously the Rangers and the United both in the set in round. So Rangers are obviously the current holders, their tie scheduled to be played on Sunday, Friday night for September and we are in Dundee, where we confirmed the course or two at the time. So no spend too much time in that Scott, because that should be a run of the mill straight forward, that shuffle of the Rangers. Probably the more interesting one, just because it's a bit more of a challenge is the Rangers beating have been drawing home table nation, I did in the first round of the SPFL trust trophy. So this is something that we need more of and that is competitive football for the Rangers beating. So the game will be played in the either the 30th or the 31st of July, so that I choose the other Wednesday and then you take it and broadcast information before one due course. If they progress past will nation aided, they will play quite a way in the setting zone. So I don't know if you were involved in the board last year, but also we're going to continue the beating coverage this year as well, Scott and they managed to cover all the the beating games in the trust trophy. So if you're a podcast point of view, very excited for this, but if you're a dangerous fan, I'm just delighted to see the beating in great competitive football. Yeah, that's what I was going to say, I was going to say, I hope they cherish the competitive football because they don't get much but I'm playing two friendlies of seasons, but that's a point for this, a podcast and a point I've made far too many times. I think if you're starting to get annoyed, the fact he keeps saying that. But yeah, I mean, the trust trophy is a good way to sort of get them playing competitive football against good teams that are probably maybe slightly below the level, but physical teams that they need to, that they're going to have, they're going to come up against when they play for the first team, or if they play for the first team, compared as physical teams who will bully them, try bossing these guys, they're big farmers, big workies, this work, they won't identify as proffling the football. So they are going to be big physical guys, but also there's a bit of talent in that league, there's like a good tip, I think the low and higher than league player for player is probably league one maybe some Scottish Championship level teams. Like, I wouldn't be surprised if a bonus played in a list, but I reckon bonus would have a good chance, same applied. It's like player for player these teams are at a similar level to league one or championship, rather than league two or the only or whatever. But yeah, playing competitive football is what these players need to be doing every week. Yeah, or not like, definitely, definitely talking for a different podcast, but the strongest football pyramid, if bizarre, you probably know yourself, I know a lot of players personally who choose to stay in the whirlwind league because they get better money than what they would in the week two or league one and they do see it as a better standard of football, and you see that quite often, but it's just like, I mean, with the hand we used to believe in them, who on the island bucket I, you know, like, it's just so difficult for teams to progress through the pyramid. But again, you know, that's what we could be here in X-ray, they thought about all the things wrong with shortlist football, but you're right. It's not a, it's not a massive drop off in quality for the professional league. So it will be a good challenge for them as well, and it will be interesting to see, oh, sorry, by this point we'll know what players are going to be involved in the first team, Ross McCausen, Cole McKinnon, Robert Fraser, won't be featured in this beat team game. We aren't going more neither. So it'll be interesting to see who's the next type of players coming through and the beat team. I think it'll be, we've seen Zach Wovles to have to go to the Netherlands as well. Is he somebody who can I? I'll explore there with him as well. Ah, so who's trying to be the next drip of whales breaking through and the beat team? Well, you know, we'll see, we'll see that very correctly, we'll be all the friends that's coming up as well. Yeah, I mean, Alec, I think there's a crop of players who are going off. You mentioned someone in that. I also mentioned Bailey Lace, who still needs to get uknesian more minutes early, but he should get minutes last season. So yeah, I'm a master ballad, it's very fun. I really want him to become good. Zach Wovles is another one. He gave it. He's done the full stream just like he was in life. Make his debut, start well, till the time of the season. Leon King. Leon King is one of the main reasons I look at this bestly best thing as shambles. Like I affected him last season more than anyone because he got caught up to the first team plate on the home set last game of season and he didn't look match for it because he hadn't been playing any sort of real game of the beat team. So that affected the first team as well. So, when Leon King's what, 1920s, he's not a kid anymore, he should be looking to push on and be our third or fourth choice and a half. I know there's been talking about playing the middle of the park as well, which I've never seen before. I quite like this. I don't know if he's done nothing at all. He played the middle of the park personally. I think he's in terms of saying a half, he's good on the ball. If I said a half, you can watch him say no, he's comfortable spending the ball, but I don't think he's quite finessed enough to go and do it in the middle of the park. If that makes sense. Yeah, but there's ways around it. If you've found whether I play up role files and play a right tactical system around them, you can be good. You can't not be great on the ball and still be a great destroying midfielder. Like I'm going to ask this as an example of Fokern, the boys are all pulling you up, so now we're going to buy it. So he has on the ball stuff. It's pretty bad. I've been honest, I don't like very good at all. And he's got a 50 million Euro worth of buying it. So if you're in it because of what Michael Silver and film sort of put in place around them with their personnel and tactical plan around them, they were able to hide his weaknesses and show his positives. If come on, it's good, come on, obviously a good coach, good record, the more of an else. If he can put that tactical system out only on kind, in the middle of the park, that sort of hides his weaknesses of his on the ball work and shows a positive, like maybe his position and his speed, that kind of thing. Then we might have a decent centre between the other hands. True. So there's also a femininity caveat out of that with we're doing rare, we're doing rest of all those, and that's not the long term plan to take ranges forward. But it's a good option to have if we need some data and that field, then there's definitely combinations. But I'm happy I've always really like to be okay. I do think maybe it's kind of on a tie-dye, we're getting foreign alongside James Sands and in the highest end of the football we can get the Champions League to then go to be playing families against the 18-19 year olds. You obviously got your regrets absolutely, but go back to the beating, we'll be interested to see how obviously they get on in the finals as well next quarter weeks. Just before we finish up, you're going to be meeting your gown, few match day coverage debut. Next week again, when the Rangers beating week today, I think week to day, right? You brought your gym, week-style and I've been, you know, used was like crocked and snatched the last minute, went on all that kind of shit, and you're here. Well, I'll do my gym, wait, Brian, I'll jump, why are you so good? Why are you so good? But no, you wouldn't fault it. Yeah, no, I've done this kind of package for years, and I've done match coverage, I used to do stuff for youth of Scotland, I've done great, I've been given it more, okay now, they've given it to the next town as well. So, you know, I've had it, I've done, it's not brand new territory for me, that's about now, I'm involved with it. Happy day. So, watch out for that coming, wherever you get your podcast folks over the next quarter weeks. That'll be used to have four today, as always, just a quick call to your arms, if you can get the likes of Shay before, wherever you get your podcast, just do whatever that platform does to say that you like us and help the board grow. We'll be back tomorrow morning, I think I'm on with maybe a other tomorrow morning to give you all the way strangers update as well. So, until then folks have a cracking Tuesday and stroke, always a pleasure to meet my friend. Yeah, I just have a pleasure to be here. Perfect. So, until next time, take care.
