Jesus values, expects & rewards FAITHFULNESS. He doesn't expect us to be faithful with what he hasn't given us, but with what he has given us: resources, gifts & abilities, relationships, influence & opportunities.

Don't step back because others have greater abilities & resources than you.

Don't think that your "smaller impact" matters less to Jesus. 

Instead, be faithful, deserving to hear these words:

"Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let's celebrate together!"
