Maybe by the lack of progress towards our goals or how certain pain points just don't seem to get better. Whatever it is, we feel unable to pull ourselves up, start to sink into gloom and it all looks hopeless. When one starts drowning in quick sand, we need to grab on to something to keep ourselves from going under. So it is in life. Reach out to us all mate, a friend, a parent, teacher, anybody who can understand himself. Who can just steady us, hold us, give us the strength needed to get past this quadmora. There's no shame in saying I'm struggling, I need help. Stay better than landing up into a dark place when no one can reach us. My wander in the darkness, when someone can offer us a light, why we desolate, when someone can give us hope. Life is always about taking a helping hand, giving a helping hand.
