it's fair it's a lot of dedication to the craft a lot a lot and how much are we talking like it's not just every day it's every day for years or every day for months or like every day for you I'd say it's every day for years and even if it just comes down to like you know measuring out the little half cup of rice and the like and eating the broccoli that's the most important shit really oh yeah definitely like keto or something no no just like eating like counting all your calories and like your your carbohydrates and your proteins and all that sort of stuff you know your fats and take and like literally according to your body mass and all that kind of stuff you're you're going all right so I could have about this much fat a day and I need this much fat a day so you eat like avocado and almonds and whatever you eat and I need this much carbohydrates but not too much mm-hmm I'll have just just some rice and none at dinner so I'll just have protein and and vegetables at dinner mm-hmm things like that really yeah God yeah that's what it takes that's what it takes that's what footy players do and shit yeah and but you get a cheat day every week um you can see like pizzas and burgers and stuff I don't know if you get that everywhere some some people might do that thing I think it's like fairly widely practiced yeah but not maybe not if you're in the like extreme yeah if you're like full pro athlete I don't think yeah but yeah it takes a hell of a lot of dedication and and learning to be able to to be able to like do all that mm-hmm it's it's a lot it's a lot it's anyone doing yeah respect and like how many hours a day pump and weights or doing calisthenics or some shit yeah doing that probably like 45 45 just 45 45 minutes to two hours a day yeah yeah somewhere in that window yeah and you probably want eight hours because you get results yeah yeah get a late day the can't forget like day no no unless you fall over yeah top of over yeah I got kicked out of gym class and university did yeah oh I probably got kicked out of classes in high school but yeah I got kicked out what were you doing I was I was on the roaring machine it's like eight o'clock in the morning studying acting so the gym was I think once or twice a week in the morning yeah and it was a Thursday morning and club night at the uni was on Wednesday nights and what's club night there's a club on campus and there was just like when tonight was the like the student where there was like cheap drinks and music to a fucking literally 5 a.m. or something 4 a.m. really and it's not a nightclub yeah it was a night club oh like so it wasn't a bar it was like a nightclub it it was like by attending to a nightclub yeah yeah it was a bar in the afternoon there was a beer garden and like students would drink there after class and shit and then at nighttime it would kind of like they put the disco lights on kind of thing you know anyway I'd go there every Wednesday and tie one on yeah and I was on the rowing machine on Thursday morning and my gym coach I think yeah he didn't like me it's one of the one of these people that just didn't really like me you know you meet a few of them in your life yeah it was a little bit like that and um he does that's a real stereo typical high school slash uni thing where like the gym teacher doesn't like it yeah it's funny as yeah it really and it really it was like that I think it was just basically because I didn't take that class seriously at the time I was like yeah I'm an acting school I don't give a fuck about the gym you know yeah for always going there after no sleep and shit anyway I went I was on the rowing machine and he just like came up next to me slowly crouched down next to me and went you reek of booze got home and I went I mean guy I was like okay oh that's fucked man terrible isn't it I mean fair enough fair enough on his part I reckon yeah fully I mean I guess so I wonder you don't really think about reeking of booze at that age though like I remember that I'd be out at like 3 a.m. on a Thursday night and my mate I remember he's like got you know a test the next morning at like 7 a.m. or 8 a.m. or some shit yeah he would have reeked of booze in his test yeah we're not thinking about that now you don't you don't really know it when you're at that age I was 18 mm but here's a hot tip if you're 18 and listening you reek of booze if you go to work yeah if you stay up till 3 or 4 club and then you go to work 8 o'clock or something you used to be able to do that kind of stuff at that age yeah I can ask um it's glorious and you think you get away with it but you don't everyone around you know should you had a massive night mm-hmm you don't really well I didn't really care yeah yeah just shuffling of government personnel like firing of government personnel just hectic to a point you know political point is who are more sort of loyal in doing so proponents argue that the change would dismantle what they view as a vast unaccountable and mostly liberal government bureaucracy the project seeks to infuse the government and society with Christian values critics have characterized project 2025 as an authoritarian Christian nationalist plan to steer the US toward autocracy what does autocracy mean I think it's that's like it says it here is a system of government in which absolute power is held by the ruler known as the autocrat so dictator oh it includes most forms of monarchy and dictatorship while it is contrasted with democracy and feudalism e that's crazy various the project education policy supports parental control over curriculum and school choice initiatives it suggests cutting federal funding for initiatives that promote diversity equity and inclusion it
