[MUSIC PLAYING] Fox Sports Update. Michigan Wolverines had coached your own Moors facing allegations. He violated NCAA rules related to an investigation into impermissible scouting and signed stealing that hung over the program throughout its run to last season's national championship. Michigan received new Sunday that Moors accused of deleting text messages from Connor Stallions, the former low-level recruiting staffer who coordinated an off-campus advanced scouting operation. Around the time the investigation was opened, Stallions had resigned from his position with Michigan football. Amid the signed stealing allegations in November 2023, he's expected to break a silence August 27 on Netflix. To find out he'd edged, Kishan Thompson of Jamaica, Lyles won in 9.784 seconds to edge out the Jamaican sprint by 5,000 of a tick on the clock. Lyles, the first man to win 100-meter Olympic gold since 2004 for the United States. After coming in second in his opening 100-meter heat, he still managed to qualify for the final. Enjoying the redemption after not being happy with his second place finish. Lyles was the favorite in the 100-meters and remains the favorite in the 200-meters. Elsewhere in the Olympics, USA Swimming has continued to climb, grabbing their first lead of gold over their rival Australia. Men's swimmer Bobby Fink took gold in the 1,500-meter final. Fink set a world record in the 1,500-meter freestyle on the final night of swimming. This is the second record. The USA Swimming broke on Sunday night and he won the first individual gold medal for the American men in Paris. Fink said it was a dream. He won the event back in Tokyo in 2020 and became the first male swimmer to go back to back in the growing 30-life event since Australia's Grant Hackett in 2000 and 2004 and the first American since Mike Burton in 1968 and 1972.
