Leah Messer the Teen Mom 2-star  has lived quite a full life. She shares her story candidly about her struggles with opioid addiction, her failed marriages, contemplating suicide and a secret abortion that she told MTV viewers was actually a miscarriage, and how it led to writing her memoir, Hope, Grace & Faith.

Leah touches on codependent relationships, motherhood of three daughters two of whom are twins, and one who suffers from muscular dystrophy.
