(upbeat music) Hello, race fans, and welcome to Disc Golf Daily. For those of you not listening on YouTube, I will try to be as precise as I can about all the charts we'll be looking at. We're gonna start with new courses today. This week, we had 31 new courses. That beats our average of 22.4 and actually increases the average to 22.6 per week this year. Of course, growth this year. We had 17 new courses put in in the United States in the last week. In Finland, we had four. Sweden and Norway had three. Columbia had two. And Canada, Denmark, Latvia, and Bulgaria. Each got a new course. Total courses so far this year. We have 15,823 courses. I anticipate at the end of the year we will have 16,275. That is an 8.5% growth rate year-over-year. (upbeat music) When we look at PDGA earnings, actually nothing has changed on these. The PDGA pages have not updated. Ganon Burr's got 89,000. With his winnings at the Ledgestone, he has eclipsed $100,000. And it is the beginning of August. This is an exciting year for PDGA earnings in Disc Golf. Congrats, Ganon Burr on being the first person in 2024 to earn over $100,000. The FPO cash line at the Ledgestone was 948. That was the third highest of the season. And I expect these will just continue to go up as the season finishes out. The FPO cash line was 1019. And it's interesting looking at the last five events, starting with Des Moines, 1019, Crocal, 1018, the European Open, 1020, European Disc Golf Festival, 1018, Ledgestone, 1019, 1019 and 1080, they're just right there. If you want to cash in the men's side, you need to be shooting 1020 Disc Golf. That's pretty crazy. Top 20 earners, again, this is not updated yet. PDGA approvals. Last year at this point, we had 195 so far this year. At this point, we've got 150, that is 23% off the pace. This is one number, we're not doing that well. And I honestly, it doesn't matter to me. We've got plenty of new discs in the pipeline and we're growing, growing, growing. PDGA events. Last year at this point, we had 6,853 events. This year, 7,015, 2.3% growth rate. Fantastic, thank you to all the tournament directors for getting events up and running. PDGA rounds, this one, we were way behind, probably seven to eight percent down, but July was a wonderful month for event attendance at PDGA events. So far at this point last year, we had 401,000 people rounds that had been played at PDGA events. So far this year, 399,000. We are less than 1% behind last year. And at the rate we're going, we will surpass last year. PDGA membership, this number was down to, we were 4.5% behind. Last week, we were 3.25%. We're back down to 3.5% behind last year's pace. Right now, I estimate that at the end of the year, we will have 132,237 current members in the PDGA. (upbeat music) All right, we're gonna close the show out with United Rankings. Congratulations on Ganon Burr. He and Ricky Wysocki are flip flopping. Whoever wins the most recent event is ranked number one in the United Rankings. That's not really how it works. But that's what's been going on the last three weeks. Two weeks ago, Ganon Burr was number one. And after winning the European Open and then Ricky wins the European Disc Golf Festival and he's number one. This week, Ganon wins legstone. He's number one again. He's got 75 points on our United Rankings Scale. Ricky has 65 points. And we've got Calvin, Chris and Nicholas rounding up the top five. On the United Rankings on the women's side, Kristen Tatara has 40 points. Missy Ganon has 30. Own and Holland have 20 points. Evelina and Silva Sarn and round out the top six. Kristen is still number one, but we're starting to think there's some other really good players. As world's approaches, Missy and Holland and Evelina and Silva and Own are all going to have a chance to take down the world's number one player. Thank you very much for listening.
